Cari Hotel Rekaan Unik di Phuket

We arrived late. there were two gentlemen who greeted us with warmth and affection. (Perhaps one of them is the manager since he wears different shirt from others.) They are handsome,polite and speak fluent English. What surprised me was that they could feel the difference from Mandarin , Japanese, and Shanghainese. (Our little daughter speaks Shanghainese and Japanese because her father worked at Tokyo.) That means staffs in this hotel are very smart. Also, everyone will say hello to you with smile and be ready to help you at any time. And during our stay, my daughter was bitten by the mosquito, and was hurt. They sent a pro nursing staff to our room to treat the wound. We felt very comfortable in this hotel and got great experiences. Besides, we would like to say sorry that because of our carelessness that we put the tips near the TV casually on 28th April , the staff who was on duty that day didn’t take her tips. But she still cleaned our room perfectly. Back to the hotel, the room is clean and big, everything we need can be found easily. There are two swimming pools. One for adults, which shares a fabulous view of the sea. The other one is for children. Our daughter enjoyed it so much. The hotel has free shuttle bus to the center and free bicycles. But we chose to eat at the hotel. They’ve got 3 restaurants and one coffee shop. Pizza,Pasta or local Thai food can all be tasted here. That’s enough for us. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time we come to Phuket and will definitely recommend to our friends.

We stayed at 1BDR pool villa, and happy to have Gam as our butler. She is sweet and taking great care to us like friend. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast everyday, we love the variety and taste of food, especially the thai soup noddles! We had Tea and Happy Hour in The Club. We loved the snacks and drink in HH more(maybe we are not sweet favour), choice of snacks is not as much as other IC, but are signature. Choice of drinks served alcohol lover~ Staff are cheerful, no matter who you met in the resort. Buildings are beautiful and remarkable! We slept very good for 3 nights with cosy beds and good room temperature, almost no mosquitoes disturbed . only minor cons to remarks: 1. floor in bathroom area is slippery even it is dry, a bit dangerous. 2. temperature of fridge is too high, drink is not cold enough. To conclude, I will certainly back to IC if I revisit Phuket :)

Stayed based on a friend's recommendation. Amazing hotel. It is far from the airport (90 mins no traffic) but a self organised grab will cost around 1,000 baht which isn't bad. Hotel organised car will be a bit more. The rooms are great but the real advantage of this hotel is the superb customer service. All the staff are lovely, and the general manager even came to our table in the morning to wish my partner a happy birthday and then arranged a cake for our room. The breakfast is possibly the best I've had in a hotel. Not necessarily the largest but most foods are covered (Thai, Chinese, English breakfast, continental) with a superb egg station that even does Eggs Florentine. The hotel is very close to a great beach and there are some nice restaurants only 20 mins walk away. There is also a nice like (2.1km to go all the way around) within half a km of the hotel which was great for running etc. The gym is very small and fine for maintenance sessions but was a.bit disappointing compared to the rest of the hotel. The hotel has some nice bars too which were good for happy hour. This is a great hotel and a nice place to stay in Phuket if you're not into the party atmosphere of other areas.

Our stay started badly on arrival, directed to parking but then staff disappeared leaving us to try to find lobby on the dark. Turns out lobby is up a further hill road from where we thought, and another customer pointed us in the right direction. Anyway, once booked in, the hotel is very nicely luxurious. The Italian restaurant is quite expensive for pretty basic Italian food, though, but staff very attentive so that's what you're paying for. Garden View Grande Delux room is nicely large, with balcony, worth the upgrade I think. We were lcky to be one near the main buildings, so walking to pool or back was fine, further rooms would need the buggy. Location is great for the Airport and northern Phuket, but really just a private resort to not leave, and the nearby beach and town had plenty of restaurants to chose from, cheaper eats to high end. If just wanting a five star resort that just hapoens to be in Phuket, then this is a good choice, but if wanting more adventure or exploration, chose more southern locations.

I recently stayed at Katathani Phuket Beach Resort and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided were excellent. However, I did encounter a few staff members who were not particularly friendly, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this, the majority of the staff were helpful and accommodating. I would still consider staying here again due to the quality of the room and amenities.

Ini adalah hotel yang paling memuaskan dalam perjalanan saya ke Thailand! Kemudahan: Kemudahan ini sangat lengkap dan dilengkapi dengan bar mini dan makanan ringan semuanya percuma. Terdapat concierge untuk membantu anda mengambil barang-barang apabila anda pulang dari rumah. Kebersihan: sangat baik, bersih Kemudahannya sangat baru. Tempat tidurnya sangat baru dan selesa. Persekitaran: Hotel ini dibina di atas gunung dengan kehijauan pemandangan yang menakjubkan. Perkhidmatan: Concierge di kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat baik. Wanita di kaunter penerimaan tetamu boleh bertutur dalam bahasa Cina yang ringkas. Ia amat sesuai untuk menginap di hotel Pergi membeli-belah di bandar lama dan makan di luar. Sangat disyorkan untuk pasangan melancong dan mendaftar masuk dengan rakan-rakan Sarapan pagi yang kaya dengan pelbagai dan penuh dengan perasaan bercuti. Datang lagi lain kali!

This was a Perfect experience! From beginning to end, 7 days of lovely space, customer service, food, everything! I can not say enough about how happy we were. And the location is perfect too! Close to the airport but you never hear the planes, just appreciate proximity. Close to the beach, amazing Thai massage and cheap local food. Everything was better than expected!

My first time on Tripadvisor to share some disappointments about the level of services I received upon check-in at this so called ”5-star” hotel. - I am Thai but live abroad. I came home to Phuket to visit my friends and family and chose to stay here to get a holiday feeling while in my home place. - I drove to the resort myself, and came in right past the security box but no one came out to help guide me to where to park or tell me about the lobby location as the lobby is not in an obvious place. - There's a sign pointing to the lobby but the road is very steep and not an easy drive up - I drove right up to the lobby, jumped off the car and came inside the lobby (still with no human contact up until this point) - At the reception, there were two staff there, with no smiles on their face looking busy counting the money. My friend had to say hi to get their attention. - The check-in process was fast and easy but we were disappointed as there were no cold towels nor welcome drinks provided. (I thought this was something to be expected at a 5-star hotel). - The check-in was done within 2 minutes, and we were provided with a room key card but no other information was provided i.e. breakfast time & location and facilities around the hotel. We had to ask for this information as we walk to our room. - There were 4 bottles of water in the room but they were left out of the fridge so none of them are cold and ready to drink. In the 30+degree heat, cold water is something very common in hotel rooms in my opinion and experience staying in hotels in Thailand. - The bed is big but the mattress is very hard and not comfortable. - We're in the room for the past 40 minutes and the air conditioning does not feel anywhere near cool when it was set at 18 degrees. Overall we are very disappointed with the check-in and services at the lobby as both myself and my friend did not feel welcome. The room is another disappointment, no cold water in the room, a hard mattress, the pillows feel cheap and the air conditioning does not get cool. None of our experiences so far feel like any other 5-star hotel we have stayed in before. I would definitely not return here again in the future or not recommend this place to anyone.
