Kemudahan: sangat lengkap, nampak kolam renang kecil dari bilik, mandi tiada masalah, penghawa dingin tidak bising, bilik yang saya diami sangat besar, jika anda suka hotel yang lebih besar, ia hanya sesuai untuk anda. Kebersihan: penuhi keperluan saya Persekitaran: Sangat bagus. Saya tinggal di bilik di mana anda boleh melihat laut dan matahari terbenam. Reka bentuk luaran hotel adalah kelas pertama dan sangat tersendiri. Sarapan yang disediakan juga menepati keperluan saya. Lokasinya, jauh dari pantai dan tidak jauh dari jalan komersial, saya sangat suka, kerana kami pernah ke Pulau Phi Phi sebelum ini, jadi kami tidak berminat dengan Pantai Patong, mahupun di Bar Street, dan pada masa yang sama masa, kita takut terlalu sibuk Tempat itu sangat bising sehingga saya tidak dapat tidur. Tetapi saya menikmati hotel peringkat pertengahan ini, saya rasa ia berbaloi.

I recently had the opportunity to extend my stay at Thavorn Beach Village Resort and Spa Phuket due to a missed flight, and I must say it turned out to be a delightful experience. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in accommodating our last-minute request for an extra night, ensuring a seamless transition to a new room. Although our new room was located further up the hill, away from the beach, it was a luxurious haven. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities one would expect from a high-end resort. The panoramic views from the room were stunning, making up for the slight inconvenience of having to take a slow-moving roller coaster car to the lobby area. Speaking of the facilities, I can confidently say that they are nothing short of excellent. The resort boasts an array of amenities catering to various interests and preferences. Whether it was lounging by the pool, indulging in spa treatments, or taking part in the recreational activities offered, there was never a dull moment during our stay. One aspect that truly stood out during our extended stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From assisting us with our luggage during the room change to offering helpful suggestions for local attractions, their attentiveness and professionalism were commendable. Despite the unexpected change of plans, Thavorn Beach Village Resort and Spa Phuket remained a five-star experience. The comfort and luxury of the room, combined with the outstanding facilities and the hospitality of the staff, made it a memorable stay. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and indulgent getaway.

Bilik ini berfungsi sepenuhnya dan sesuai untuk perjalanan keluarga. Kolam renang sendiri diselenggara dengan baik dan bersih. Sikap perkhidmatan perlu diberi perhatian khusus, yang masih terkemuka. Perkhidmatan kereta point-to-point yang ditempah dari kaunter penerimaan tetamu hotel adalah jauh lebih murah daripada yang di jalan👍 Mari kita bincangkan tentang lokasi hotel. Ia berjarak 10 minit berjalan kaki dari Jiangxi Leng, dan terdapat banyak kedai serbaneka dan gerai makanan dalam jarak 5 minit dari kawasan sekitar, yang sangat mudah.

Love all the activities on offer at this resort - great pool(s) with slide, convenient to go to the beach and had complimentary beach activities too (kayak, stand up paddle board etc.). Lots of things to do in and around, didn't even need to leave the hotel at all. Love the turtle shelter and getting to feed the turtles was a fun thing to do. Clean rooms and sheets, great job done by housekeeping overall. Breakfast spread was great too, and so was Cucina and the bistro downstairs. A bit out of the way if visiting Patong/ Phuket Old Town/ malls but didn't really need any of that when the resort was so self-containing. Loved our short getaway and 100% will be back.

Keseluruhannya bagus, di dalam bilik adalah kualiti kemudahan yang baik. Saya suka sarapan pagi, terdapat pelbagai pilihan dan semuanya lazat. Entah bagaimana secara peribadi saya fikir kakitangan kelihatan tidak ceria mungkin mereka sibuk semasa tempoh cuti panjang. Jika tidak, jika pihak hotel mengaturkan bas ulang-alik ke bandar Patong dalam perkhidmatan, saya fikir ia akan menjadi sangat mudah untuk tetamu yang menginap selama 1 malam dan bagi mereka yang tidak menyewa kereta dalam masa tinggal yang singkat di sana.

Lovely and picturesque hotel with a beautiful territory and multiple pools, right beside the sea. Very convenient location close to lots of the restaurants, shops, bars and not far from the walking street. Simple but clean and cosy rooms with very comfortable matrasses and nice balconies. We had a slight issue with the Wi-Fi in our room which we reported to the reception. They sent an IT person who fixed it quickly. Very caring and friendly attitude of the hotel staff. I definitely recommend this place! *One thing about the taxi service right outside of the hotel (and it's nothing to do with the hotel itself) - just an advice - be sure you fixed the final price before you started the trip. We took their cars twice and both times they wanted more money at the end of the trip for no reason even though we agreed on a price before (they are very friendly when you are booking them, but get quite aggressive at the end of the trip). They left a bad impression, maybe try to find a different place to take a taxi if you need one.

Great hotel for family. My kids enjoyed the pool and it’s slides. Their petting zoo is amazing. The room design looked dated but still very comfortable. The garden within the hotel is huge and beautiful, the management did a great job balancing the lush greenery with amenities. Karon beach is just crossing a road. This is best beach in Phuket, with white powdery sand and Amazing sunset. I would choose this hotel again when I back in Phuket.

Architecture style good for IG photo taking (some construction still going on to make it even better) Location near to beach n shopping (hotel hv shuttle service) Children friendly Dinso Resort blessed with excellent service staff that always put on a smile, that helps to bring people back to stay. Restaurant food list delicious Our room is big, view is great - Seaview Few point for hotel to improve: 1) toilet seat have stain that can't be removed 2) table too small to and only 1 chair. As we call for roo.m service but no where can we seat to eat we are a group of 4 people, so we have to stand n eat our meal. 3) the air con sometime let out some unpleasant smell (guess is the drainage.) 4) when rain the front door will hv pool of water but later on the put a towel to stop the rain water getting into the room. Overall Dinso is great will stay again

Firstly, they served delicious cuisines that you simply have to try. I mean for me, all the meals I had there was perfect. Dinner - Asian Buffet Breakfast - Breakfast Buffet Lunch - ala-carte at Beach Restaurant Bad thing: Splash Jungle Waterpark needs EXTENSIVE maintenance. If you planning to ride on those “giant” slide, I recommend you not! It causes my back to be itchy and is this acceptable? When was the last you guy sanitise the tube? Is it still up to the standard set and how will you ensure the ridding the tube will not cause any repercussion to its user?

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and appreciated the many positive aspects of our experience. The hotel environment was awesome, and we particularly enjoyed the private bench where we could feed the sea and fish without traveling. We also appreciated the many activities for kids, the big pools, the breakfast buffet with a variety of food, and the friendly staff. However, there were a few areas that require improvement. The room cleanliness was not up to par, as we found cigarettes ends on the floor outside our room and the bathtub was not fully cleaned. Additionally, the coffee provided at the breakfast buffet was not up to the hotel's usual standards. Furthermore, there were maintenance issues during our stay, such as a broken sink and a blocked toilet bowl on the last day. As a family-friendly hotel, we would have appreciated some kid-friendly facilities in the room, such as plastic cups for brushing teeth and kids sandals (as provided in other Marriott hotels). Finally, given the price we paid for the room, we were disappointed with the brand of the shower products and the size of the room and shower area.
