Hotel Djerba dengan Spa

Points à améliorer : - Première impression quand on arrive dans le hall d’entrée : sentiment d’être oppressée. Amas de valises dans le hall. Hall de dimension petite vs l’influent de clients - Accueil à la réception déplorable ＞ Indication succincte et rapide du fonctionnement de l’hôtel (horaires restauration, bars…) - Une fois dans la chambre, aucun dépliant disponible concernant le fonctionnement de l’hôtel ＞ il a fallu requestionner la réception pour savoir qu’il fallait télécharger une application TUI - Très peu de prise de courant dans la chambre - Surprise de recevoir un chocolat chaud dans un verre à eau. - Ne débarrasse pas la table au niveau du restaurant ＞ service médiocre - L’accès au restaurant principal par l’intérieur du bâtiment se fait par la descente de 18 marches ce qui n’est pas adaptée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. - Le restaurant principal est configuré avec des tables très rapprochées les unes des autres ＞ Sentiment d’oppressement et d’être à table avec ces voisins de table. - Traversée des couloirs pour rejoindre les chambres, le spa assez longues ＞ Un seul ascenseur - Un client m’a clairement agressé alors que j’étais en ligne. Points positifs : - Dispose d’un fer à repasser dans la chambre - Chambre spacieuse et belle vue mer - Chaussons offerts - Diversité de nourriture au restaurant En conclusion : - le service client est à revoir. Nous avons pris la décision de quitter l’hôtel dès notre arrivée vs l’accès au restaurant. La communication avec la réception, le commercial a été très compliquée. Après une multitudes de sollicitations, nous avons fini par clôturer notre dossier de départ avant terme. - Nous sommes loin d’un 5 étoiles / palace ! La préoccupation première de ce type de standing n’est-elle pas la satisfaction client?

Katil Select Comfort anda disediakan dengan peralatan tempat tidur premium. Bilik mempunyai balkoni persendirian. Program satelit disediakan untuk hiburan anda. Das Essen war sehr lecker, genug, und viel fältig. Es gab jeden Tag was Neues. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Hotel Lage war auch super, praktisch Fuß am Meer. Ruhig und Sonnig.bis zum Sommer werde ich nochmal buchen. LG Houidheg

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They answered all questions and helped to the best of their abilities. Would definitely recommend if you're coming to relax with your family. The food is great, but the desserts are a bit lacking, I would not recommend anything with chocolate, but all the strawberry and fruit desserts were excellent. They also have great ice cream. If you like your tea, I would highly recommend bringing your own tea bags, but if you can make do with coffee then the coffee here is nice. Do pack a pair of slippers as the beach is a short walk from the hotel. The building is lovely and clean, there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun even in January. Just a quick tip for anyone coming here the taxis are very cheap and super convenient, don't rent a car.

My husband and I stayed at this resort from the 18th to the 25th of November. It was a last minute unplanned all inclusive break away from the cold. It was very quiet in the hotel as it's the end of season but we expected that. The whole experience from beginning to end was a pleasure. The hotel is huge and could do with updating in some areas but on the whole it is very nice, especially the main pool area. It is a huge complex with Berber style chalet like accommodation and two story hotel rooms. We were given a beachfront 1st floor room which was a huge bonus and it was very clean and had the basics. One major criticism is that there was no kettle in the room and so we couldn't have our coffee and hot chocolate in the morning and evenings. Waking up every day to the sound of the waves lapping on the shore was lovely. There was a lot of sea **** in a certain part of the beach due to recent storms in the Mediterranean, but we walked further down to avoid that area where it was beautiful white sand and turquoise waters. Due to the limited number of guests the choice of dishes was reduced, but we had the local Tunisian dishes on most days which was very nice. The buffet restaurant was the only one open for obvious reasons. We had to warm our food up in the microwave most of the time though as it wasn't hot enough. The staff were excellent and very attentive. One evening they decorated a table just for us and led us to it instead of the one we were going to sit at. It wasn't even a special occasion so that made it an even more heart warming gesture. Wi fi connectivity was very poor and could not be accessed in the rooms but just around certain areas near the main pool and was supposed to be in the reception and bar. Unfortunately there was a problem with it on arrival and we were assured that it was being fixed. On our third day the manager approached us at dinner and asked us if everything was ok. We mentioned the wi fi issue and he gave us a sim card for free and set it up. We hadn't asked for one and so were very grateful. The hotel kept on some of the entertainment staff but due to the small number of guests, they were limited to the type of entertainment they could put on. They were very friendly, especially Hashmi who we chatted with quite a bit. We went on two excursions. One to mainland southern Tunisia, to Tataouine and Chenini and the other to the sights in Djerba and a crocodile farm in the afternoon. Both trips were well worth it and we had the same guide, Aladdin on both trips. Our flight back wasn't until 7pm in the evening and the transfer time was 3.15pm. The manager let us have late checkout for free which was so nice of him and meant that we could just chill and not have to worry about luggage and what to do for the day. This was due to the hotel being so quiet of course. All in all it was a lovely break and excellent value and we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Les personnels sont très accueillant, la nourriture était varié par contre il y'avait une file d'attente pour les plats chauds, pour crux qui ont la formule all inclusive soft une cafétéria est à votre disposition jusqu'à 23h pour servir des boissons chaudes (Cafés, thés) et froides (Jus et boissonsgazeuses). Les chambres sont propres et le service de ménage passe chaque jour pour faire le nettoyage. Il y'avait des animations pendant la nuit. Concernant les activités sportives on a fait aquagym dans la picine avec un coach, du basket et du lancement des flèches. Il y'a deux picines et une troisième pour les petits enfants. Pour ceux qui veulent allez a la plage il faut sortir de l'hôtel et marcher 3 min et là il y'avait une parti réservée à l'hotel Venice Beach.

I stayed in the hotel (not for the first time haha) for two weeks in November last year and had a wonderful time as always! 🥰 The food was great with many options, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Big thanks to the animators who made us feel welcomed, kept us entertained during the whole stay and always showed up with a big smile on their faces. We enjoyed all the games and evening discos and showtimes! Such a friendly, fun, hardworking team that made our stay truly special. The beach and the pools were great too! During this time of the year, the water was colder but we all still enjoyed little swims here and there. I really loved everything there and will be coming back in 2025! ❤️
