Venus pour une urgence familiale, avec une organisation complexe, nous avons pu compter sur l'accueil et l'aide précieux des équipes de l'hôtel. Arrivant tard (et même plus tard que prévu à cause d'un gros problème de train) ils ont été très arrangeant pour la mise à disposition de la chambre. La chambre est spacieuse, très agréable. Excellente literie. Chauffage puissant (et donc clim aussi car réversible : indispensable l'été dans la région !) Personnel très pro et très sympa. C'était parfait et ça nous a bien aidé, nous vous recommandons vigoureusement cet hôtel !
