I stayed at this hotel already second time. Clean hotel room but many problems that can become annoying. Staff not responsive to missing items in the room or problems occurring while staying. Very limited breakfast options for vegetarians, you need to pay for better coffee or other breakfast options, no alternatives for protein source other than sausages fried eggs or bacon. No other vegetables than oily mushrooms or sad warm tomatoes. Bad soundproofing in some rooms which makes it difficult to sleep while there is a wedding or other party downstairs (5th floor). My room had very loud ventilation in the bathroom due to dust stuck in the outlet, luckily closing doors helped and it was turned off after midnight. Good localisation close to shops or other pubs and restaurants. Easy public transport from the airport. Friendly staff but it depends on who you talk to. It can really vary from super helpful and nice to dismissive and rude. Do I recommend this hotel? I guess it’s an average in regards to breakfast and amenities but rooms are very clean and tidy, no fridge in the room so take it into consideration coming for a long stay. I feel that I overpaid for breakfast and staff response to some issues was substandard.

Clean, friendly, welcoming, comfortable ... You can't ask for more. This was the first night of our holiday in Ireland. It was brilliant, from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed. It was simply furnished in a personal way - nothing elaborate but everything clean and bright. Breakfast was a delight - the usual fare but all nicely presented and served in a very friendly way. This is B&B only, but it was perfect for what we wanted. Close to the beach too.

I stayed at this hotel already second time. Clean hotel room but many problems that can become annoying. Staff not responsive to missing items in the room or problems occurring while staying. Very limited breakfast options for vegetarians, you need to pay for better coffee or other breakfast options, no alternatives for protein source other than sausages fried eggs or bacon. No other vegetables than oily mushrooms or sad warm tomatoes. Bad soundproofing in some rooms which makes it difficult to sleep while there is a wedding or other party downstairs (5th floor). My room had very loud ventilation in the bathroom due to dust stuck in the outlet, luckily closing doors helped and it was turned off after midnight. Good localisation close to shops or other pubs and restaurants. Easy public transport from the airport. Friendly staff but it depends on who you talk to. It can really vary from super helpful and nice to dismissive and rude. Do I recommend this hotel? I guess it’s an average in regards to breakfast and amenities but rooms are very clean and tidy, no fridge in the room so take it into consideration coming for a long stay. I feel that I overpaid for breakfast and staff response to some issues was substandard.

Clean, friendly, welcoming, comfortable ... You can't ask for more. This was the first night of our holiday in Ireland. It was brilliant, from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed. It was simply furnished in a personal way - nothing elaborate but everything clean and bright. Breakfast was a delight - the usual fare but all nicely presented and served in a very friendly way. This is B&B only, but it was perfect for what we wanted. Close to the beach too.
