We enjoyed a delightful three-night stay at your hotel. The hotel proactively contacted us the day before our arrival to confirm our estimated time of arrival and requested a call upon our approach. Upon arrival, two staff members graciously assisted us with our luggage, as our vehicle was unable to reach the hotel directly. We were promptly greeted with refreshments and efficiently checked in. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our room was spacious and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's convenient location offered easy access to dining and shopping amenities it was easy to get Didi. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kunming. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!

Atour was centrally located among all popular touristy places. Close to shopping malls, 南强夜市，南平街！The room was clean and comfortable. Good size and all amenities are provided. Housekeeping ladies were very friendly too! Good job to them. Front desk was helpful and responsive to my requests. Easy to flag a cab to get off and also alight. Given the chance, Will like to stay at Atour Light Residence Hotel again!

Bilik ini agak besar dan mempunyai semua kemudahan dan peralatan yang diperlukan. Hotel ini mempunyai persekitaran ***a halaman yang indah. Wanita di kaunter penerimaan tetamu memberikan perkhidmatan yang sangat baik dan sentiasa responsif kepada semua permintaan. Kakitangan perkhidmatan lain di hotel juga sangat mementingkan perkhidmatan. Secara keseluruhan ia adalah penginapan yang menyenangkan. Hanya ada satu cadangan kecil. Saya berharap bahawa peralatan mandian di dalam bilik, seperti gel mandian, syampu, dan lain-lain, mempunyai peralatan yang boleh diperbaiki atau dikunci pada dulang, atau datang dalam botol kecil.

Great hotel with great service. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially housekeeping staff Ms. Lv ya qin. 吕娅琴。 she did a wonderful job while I was staying, and then she offered a lot of help to me. Great hotel definitely will stay again if I go to Kunkming.

Checking in was simple. Friendly entrance and front desk staff. Room was spacious, clean, and a good quiet city view that doesn’t interrupt sleep. Bathroom is clean, minimalistic. Two sinks make it very efficient for a couple to get ready in the night and morning. Bed was also comfy enough. Overall, no complaints. You get what you pay for. A good room design that’s high enough for a good nights sleep and luxurious feel.

I booked this hotel because it is near the metro station and there is a huge mall opposite. The room is spacious, staff members are friendly and service is great. I had my dinner at the mall every evening and tried different restaurants every time. This hotel is truly international and I enjoyed a comfortable stay here.

Lots of cheap and delicious eateries nearby since the hotel is located in the university district. Hotel also provides shuttle service to and fro Kunming South Railway Station every 15mins. Food is buffet-style and has quite a wide variety. Room was clean and spacious as well. Only qualm was that hotel was not able to help us arrange for transport to the airport (at our own expense), nor did they offer any alternatives/options, and we had to figure this out ourselves.

It was a wonderful stay. I enjoyed the aesthetic and beauty of the place. I liked that they think about all details. Hot springs and swimming pool are nice. I also enjoyed the restaurant with its great choice of dishes. Strongly suggesting the place. The staff is very friendly and polite. When I was leaving I even got a small souvenir from the front desk manager. I stayed in a lot of hotels around China. I would say this was one of the best choices. Besides the location is also very convenient.

It's a brand new modern and clean hotel, which offers free shuttle to kunming south high speed railway station about 10 min away. It's convenient for overnight stay to catch the train next morning. The metro is a short walk away, 2 stops to kunming south railway. The rooms are located at the top 3 floors of the building and lift lobby is via another entrance beside the reception. The staff and driver are very friendly and provide ready assistance.

My first experience staying with the Atour chain hotels. Have always heard about the great price to performance ratio. I checked in late and there was a minor backend communication issue between trip.com and the hotel, the room I booked wasn't reserved successfully in the hotel's system. The front desk staff quickly came up with a solution. They upgraded my room to a suite with a balcony. They provided me reassurance that I won't be left stranded and directed me to have the late night porridge while they sort it out. I was grateful for their service especially after my late arrival in Kunming. I was touched by the details of the room. The room is clean, well lit and there was cold and warm air conditioning.There was even a retractable clothesline in the shower area. Charging ports were abundant at both sides of the bed. The room is smart but upon switching off the lights, there was no unnecessary illumination from the switches or the TV, great for light sleepers sensitive to light. The pillow choice provided a personal touch. I look forward to my next stay with Atour. Many thanks to the staff on duty that night.
