Accueil en français, parking gratuit puisque dans un centre commercial. Les chambres sont très sympa, originales et confortables. Très calme. La salle de bain, grande et bien agencée. Le petit déjeuner est bien ( beaucoup de gâteaux). Facile à trouver et impeccable même pour quelques jours.

We had a wonderful stay at Loano 2 Village. This was our second stay in four years. All that impressed us 4 years ago remained, and more was added to it. We saw many of the same members of staff from the last stay, which just shows that the resort is managed properly. The staff are exceptionally warm and professional. The service is of very high standard. The accommodation is very comfortable and pleasant. The setting of the resort is excellent, sandwiched between the sea, lovely Loano, and the mountains, with spectacular views. The facilities, the gardens, the spacious pools, the playground are all very well-kept. We had the half board option. The food was delicious, plentiful, varied, and of high standard. Wine, juices and water were included. The poolside bar is an excellent value for money, and serves superb lunches, drinks and snacks. There’s plenty to do in the region. From spectacular caves, to miles and miles of beautiful and safe seaside cycling routes, to trekking and mountain biking. The coast is dotted with many beautiful villages and towns to visit. We highly recommend Loano 2 Village!

La mia recensione è per la cucina. Non sono mai stato ospite della struttura ricettiva perchè sono del posto. Già in diverse occasioni ho potuto apprezzare l’accoglienza e la qualità delle preparazioni servite per l’aperi-cena nella suggestiva location estiva: splendide “sale naturali” create nel giardino esterno che con le alte e curate siepi donano relax e frescura. In occasione dell’ultima nostra visita di ieri sera con due amici, nel locale interno, abbiamo apprezzato la cordialità e simpatia dei titolari e la bontà degli “stuzzichini” di accompagnamento all’aperitivo. (Oltre alla disponibilità di andare incontro alle eventuali esigenze alimentari di un commensale). Era tutto ottimo ma un particolare plauso va al primo piatto servito in abbinamento (la scelta era fra due). Io e mia moglie abbiamo provato i tagliolini con mazzancolle e zucchine. Buonissimi! Complimenti alla cucina! Anche questa volta una bella esperienza.

I stayed at the nh D****na prior to a mediterranean cruise. It was a very comfortable stay. Friendly staff and a wide variety of breakfast items came with a wonderful room with all the comfort you could ask for. I choose nh Hotels anytime and anywhere. Looking forward for my next holiday break. Cheers!

My family and I just returned from the Sea Arcade hotel and had to write a review as we found this hotel to be magnificent. The view from our room was breath taking, the staff at reception pleasant and very helpful. Rooms offered a luxurious design and beds and pillow were very comfortable as was the spacious bathroom. If staying here you should eat breakfast here also, obviously for the variety of choice but also for the staff. One gentleman in particular who made us feel so welcome and made as laugh. We will most certainly return here in near future.

La Struttura é situata nell'entroterra di Loano, a 5 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia, è ottima e completa di tutti i comfort necessari, la camera pulita e spaziosa con vista sul mare in lontananza... il personale gentile dell'hotel è stato gentile e disponibile. La colazione ricca di scelta, per tutti i gusti.

This is a really good hotel and really value for money. I am wondering what you are looking from one hotel...... wide room, good view, clean rooms, kindly staff and good price. So.....all the above you will find in this hotel. The location is little far from city centre, but you can afford this. All the others are just perfect!!!

Ho soggiornato con mio marito presso l'hotel per tre notti, di ritorno da un viaggio all'estero. Cercavamo una struttura non particolarmente ricercata ma accogliente e rilassante per concludere il nostro periodo di ferie con qualche giorno al mare. Hotel Florenz ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative da tutti i punti di vista: la posizione è ottima per raggiungere il borgo di Finale e non troppo distante dalla spiaggia (15 min. abbondanti) , la camera spaziosa e accogliente, la colazione eccellente e varia (con anche alcuni ottimi prodotti fatti in casa, come i biscotti o il pane al pistacchio) e il personale gentilissimo e particolarmente ospitale. Ci è stata data la possibilità di usufruire della doccia dopo la spiaggia verso le 17 benché avessimo lasciato la stanza stamattina alle 10.30 e non ci è stato chiesto alcun supplemento per questo servizio aggiuntivo. Non possiamo che ringraziare per il nostro soggiorno presso hotel Florenz!
