Room is clean and the toilet has a heater. Hotel is also walking distance to the train station - about 8 mins by walk. The only downside is that there are stairs leading to the hotel. Something inconvenient especially with luggages.

Perfect location. Everything is within walking distance. Fantastic value for money. Would happily stay again.

Hotel is near to main station only bad side is the road which makes quite difficult to push or pull your luggage. Take note about 6-7 steps before you reach to reception. If you don't bring, mid or large luggage, there won't be any issues. The staffs and facilities are perfect.

Great location, 6 mins walk from interlaken west train station to the hotel. Old and noisy environment due to poor design, wooden floor. Can hear drinkers from talking outside of the shops downstair even at 2am. Breakfast was great, but the same dishes and variety everyday.

Location is ok, parking is behind the hotel, but you should have a small car.

We only stayed one night at this hotel, but it was wonderful! Being able to check into our room at 1 p.m. after a horrendous train journey with a 2.5-hour delay was fantastic! The rooms are small but extremely functional, and nothing is lacking! There's even a small refrigerator! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating! Our only slight criticism is that we might have liked a few more Black Forest specialties at the breakfast buffet! But that's really nitpicking; otherwise, everything was of excellent quality and plentiful! We'd love to come back!

It was conveniently located in the center of Freiburg, and the hotel was clean. However, they charge a city tax separately, and I don't think that's the hotel's problem.

The hotel is located near Freiburg train station and within walking distance. Walking out of the hotel, you can reach the central city in 10 minutes, and the cathedral and other attractions are also within easy reach. The hotel staff are very nice and willing to help.

The triple room we stayed in was very big and well-equipped. The hotel service was excellent, the staff were very nice, and they gave each of us a bottle of water when we checked out. We drove a car and parked at the door of the hotel and checked in. We were fined within 5 minutes. I told the hotel staff and they tried to help me cancel the ticket. After a period of effort, the application was finally successful, and they sent me an email. I really don't know how to thank them for such service. I will stay in this hotel again next time I have the chance. It's great in every aspect!

The room is not big but very clean and quiet, nice!

Heel makkelijk te bereiken en net erlangs ligt een ondergrondse parking waar je een dagticket voor 18€ kan nemen. Het hotel is zeer netjes en ideaal om Freiburg te verkennen. Wij waren er om naar een voetbalwedstrijd te gaan kijken ook ideaal met het openbaar vervoer net om de hoek
