Ulasan Jetwing Lighthouse

We were first given a room with a view on the bar and swimming pool, just next to the second floor open terrace which was awful in terms of privacy. Fortunately we were changed to a room on the far East of the old building and the view as fantastic.. the room was old but well maintained. The problem was the terrace door was not sound proof and we learnt at night how bothersome it would be. Because you see, our room was just above the restaurant that gives directly to the sea where waves crash on the rocks. Impossible to have a quiet night. Light sleepers better choose a room in the swimming pool area. Food was ok. Service as everywhere in SriLanka was slow and not very responsive. You had to ask twice for hot water or something. We expected more for a 5 stars. We tried the restaurant next to the spa on our last night and service was great there. The pizza at the pizza restaurant next to the pool was very good. Location of the hotel was great, a 5 min by tuktuk to the castle. Unfortunately, everything was almost perfect until the day we left. We realized the hotel has a monopoly on all the taxi and tuktuk that come and leave the hotel. As I couldn't book a car on Uber or kangaroo cab, we just asked a driver who just dropped a group of people if we could hire him and he was ok but the hotel staff interrupted us and sent him away because they asked us to choose from their drivers which was completely absurd. We insisted on using this driver so they entered in a negotiation with the driver to get a cut on the fees. Apparently these are common practices in 5 star hotels. A total mafia style management. Outrageous. And in the hotel room, you have a biography of the founder that highlight his ambition to highlight Sri Lankan hospitality. I encourage him to take a look in the mirror. For that I would not recommend this place, especially during winter vacation when prices are half a grand for 2 nights!

We stayed here in June when it’s low season so it’s not crowded. Staff was super friendly and the pool size is huge facing the sea. In June the waves are really rough so can’t go swim in the ocean. Breakfast and Dinner was amazing, hotel restaurant manager and staff’s service was exceptional. Our room was facing the sea so we get to wake up seeing the ocean. Room was very clean, the only thing is there are lots of spider babies around the sink and closet, also some tiny ants around, everything else is really good. We will definitely come again!!

加勒海邊，盛夏的海風很舒服 吹着風躺在户外躺椅可以忘卻時間 巴瓦的設計格調自不必説，多留點時間細細品味就好，不要匆匆來去 多年前的設計 設施雖有年代感 但永不過時 這就是巴瓦的魅力 另外 攜程撿到了相對稍微便宜的價格 好評一個

衞生：之前就看到大家的評論説衞生有問題，進屋後發現確實是這樣，浴缸有頭髮，咖啡壺裡有茶葉在裏面，想泡咖啡時發現的，早餐也是，蒼蠅啥的飛來飛去，別的都懶得説了 環境：臨海的環境真的很不錯。 服務：下午1點多到達的，收了護照坐着等半天，沒動靜，我站起來問才告訴我房間沒好，要等半小時，不問你就不説是嗎！還有入住後敲我門就為了給一張破明信片，沒有歡迎水果就算了，還就給兩瓶水，豈有此理 設施：很普通，和房價不對等，舔着臉這麼高的價錢就這？照片看着都挺好，實際呢，別人説房間潮，我還不信，入住後，真想罵人，不僅潮，味道還很噁心，什麼玩意真是以後絕不再來！

很難評的一家酒店。確實很有設計感，不算奢華但很漂亮也很有特色，建議大家親自去感受一下網紅旋轉樓梯到底傳遞的是個什麼訊息……很難評…… 位置去加勒古堡非常近，服務和設施還行，餐廳食物很難吃。 另外，酒店把我的套房賣給了別人，升級了一個我不喜歡的房間，我沒接受最後住了一個基礎房，酒店竟然不退差價，最後攜程自己貼錢退了。不得不讚一下攜程，特別是在國外哪怕有時差響應也非常迅速積極的協調處理，事事有迴應，件件有着落。

設施：設計大使的晚期作品，樓梯一整個驚艷到了。光線、自然、窗很好的佈局，窗中有景。 環境：在海邊，離加勒城六分鐘 服務：服務人員都很親切，有個英國老奶奶過生日，大家很親切的對她問候。

環境：美呆了，處處是景，不愧是巴瓦的傑作之一 服務：貼心周到，有求必應 衞生：非常乾淨，房間面積大 地理：位置優越 餐飲：挺滿意

加勒的燈塔酒店，是巴瓦的低調作品，大堂在二層，太美了，真的太美了，那種樸素的美。 入住速度稍微有點慢 但服務態度超好。SPA樓走過去要5分鐘吧有一些台階，但是那邊景色更好，推薦。 房間挺大 床超舒服，室內設計也是漂亮的不得了，入住儘量要高層，海景更棒。酒店有 兩個主泳池，很美但真心曬，衹能下午4點以後去。 早餐不錯 但沒有其他jetwing好吃，但也不錯了～ 酒店門口就有突突車 好像還是酒店自己的員工，到加勒要價800，600-700就可以、看心情。回程的時候倒是更貴了 記得砍價。好酒店 如果有緣再來加勒 還住這裏

在傑特威燈塔酒店的入住體驗堪稱完美。這家酒店坐落於斯里蘭卡加勒，面朝浩瀚的印度洋，擁有令人驚歎的景觀。我入住的是一間面朝大海的房間，房間不僅寬敞舒適，還帶有一個小花園。每天坐在窗邊的寫字枱上辦公，或者在花園裡欣賞大海的無盡美景，都是一種美妙的享受。 酒店的背景也值得一提，它是由斯里蘭卡著名建築師傑弗裏·巴瓦（Geoffrey Bawa）設計的，是他晚期的重要作品之一。巴瓦巧妙地融合了傳統與現代元素，讓建築與自然無縫連接。酒店的主樓梯更是由藝術家設計，描繪了僧伽羅戰士抵抗葡萄牙侵略的歷史場景，充滿文化與藝術氣息。 酒店所在的海灘也讓我驚喜不已，沙灘上有豐富多樣的貝殼，非常適合像我這樣喜歡撿貝殼的人。餐廳價格合理，甚至比古城內的餐廳更划算，無論是早餐還是晚餐，都讓人感到物超所值。 總的來説，傑特威燈塔酒店性價比極高，無論是環境、服務還是價格都令人滿意。我十分推薦這家酒店，並期待未來再次入住。
