A mi juicio este Hotel ofrece una magnífica relación calidad precio. El Hotel es muy bonito y sus cabañas también. Únicamente le reprocharía la falta de espacio para guardar sus cosas en las habitaciones. En invierno, la calefacción es excelente a pesar de una temperatura exterior a menudo inferior a cero. El personal mantiene todas las zonas con una limpieza impecable. He apreciado mucho la cocina disponible para los huéspedes, lo que permite a cada uno comer lo que quiera. Honestamente, a pesar de no ser un Hotel de súper lujo, ofrece más comodidades que muchos de ellos. Está situado a menos de 10 minutos del centro y delante del Hotel nunca hay problema para aparcar un coche. En pocas palabras: más que recomendable.

I was staying on 8-9 september for 1 night. Facilities in the hotel are surprisingly good and the sauna was perfect. Room are nice and tidy. Toilets are a bit small but its clean and have everything you need. The breakfast have a wide range of selections with hot and cold plates. Specially appreciate Susanne, Iren & Andita showing us useful informations in the area by patiently answering our questions and showing exceptional Standard of customer service. Will be staying in the same hotel if I'm travelling to Sweden again.

There weren't many hotels to stay for family trips. There is a room for 4 people, so I made a reservation right away. Unlike other hotels, the two-story room was unique. There's a room on the first floor. There are two rooms on the second floor, which can accommodate a total of four people. On the dinner soup buffet there was not much to eat for the price(209kr), but the breakfast buffet was excellent. The Lunch was 149 kr. Lunch was good. The view is good because there is a hotel right in front of the river. I was a little uncomfortable because there were no curtains in the bathroom window. I think it need curtains for the bathroom window. Free parking is very good!

Scandic Europa is the perfect location to stop if you ate going to a concert at the Ullevi stadium. Located right by the main station. The rooms were adequate and the breakfast excellent. We did have a couple of issues that were immediately sorted out so nothing negative to say. We left very early in the morning, Uber was on time and we were provided with breakfast boxes. Overall a very good choice.

cozy but dated hotel. Breakfast was good and room was ok but lacked air condition. A table fan was available but it was full of dust. Staff were generally friendly by nordic standards. Location is good and travel to the city centre is 10-15 min away by bus. Parking was available at 125 SEK per day. Overall an ok place to stay. Avoid very warm days as no air condition avalable it seems.
