Hotel with a perfect location right by the harbor at Lindholmen, only a 6-minute free ferry ride to the city center. I truly liked my room with a wonderful view, enjoyed the super yummy breakfast and also enjoyed the atmosphere in the hotel lobby during the evening hours. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I honestly loved the overall atmosphere and spirit of the hotel.⁣ ⁣⁣ The hotel is a perfect place to stay for business people, couples, friends, families, and solo travelers like me. ⁣ ⁣ Also, I’d add that there is complimentary fitness and wellness area on the top floor. Highly recommended!⁣⁣

Wir waren jetzt zum dritten oder sogar vierten Mal im Quality 11 und waren bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Die Lage am Fluss und die Aussicht auf Stadt und Älv ist halt schon einmalig, am Tag wie in der Nacht. Diesmal waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Als wir am Sonntag um halb Vier ankamen, war das Zimmer noch im Zustand, wie es unsere Vorgänger hinterlassen hatten, kann ja mal passieren. Nach einem Drink in der Nähe war es dann so weit. An der Reception waren wir gefragt worden, ob wir das Zimmer jeden Tag gemacht haben wollten. Ja, bitte, selbstverständlich, sagten wir. Montag: Kein Aufräumen des Zimmers, nur gerade die Abfalleimer waren geleert, sonst rein gar nichts. Also meldet man es erneut an der Reception. Sie notiert es und verspricht.... Dienstag: Abfalleimer geleert, kein Staub wischen, keine Betten gemacht, einfach nichts. Wieder meldet man es an der Reception. Wird notiert, es wird versprochen, ... Nichts geschieht. Tüchlein, die man in die Dusche legt zum Auswechseln, werden liegengelassen. Ein Tuch, das man auf den Boden gelegt hatte, wird nicht ausgetauscht, sondern wieder aufgehängt (!). Katastrophe sowas! - Erst als man am Mittwoch erneut und nun etwas böser reklamiert, kommt um 17 Uhr eine Zimmerreinigungsfrau, Hotel sei halt voll, man komme nicht nach ... Es wird dann das Zimmer gereinigt und sogar die Betten frisch bezogen. Generell: Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und verdiente da und dort, mal etwas aufgefrischt zu werden. Anderes: Der Boden in allen Liften ist dreckig und wird nie gesaugt. Frühstück: Reichhaltig, frisch, wir haben gar nichts auszusetzen. Tiptop! Restaurant: Die sind da sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Alle. Das Essen ist gut, der Wein auch. Personal m und w, sehr nett und aufgestellt.

Scandic Europa is the perfect location to stop if you ate going to a concert at the Ullevi stadium. Located right by the main station. The rooms were adequate and the breakfast excellent. We did have a couple of issues that were immediately sorted out so nothing negative to say. We left very early in the morning, Uber was on time and we were provided with breakfast boxes. Overall a very good choice.

Very central hotel located close to the train station. Super nice service at reception and fantastic servive in the oak bar, You have to visit this bar. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. A littel bit crowdy at breakfast and hard to get seats, So choose another time than peak time when the hotel is almost full. But overall a great place to stay.

It’s very rare you find a hotel that checks all the boxes but this is it for me. Had the friendliest welcome when arriving at a late hour. The check in was quick, easy and I was in my room in no time. I’d forgotten adapters for my electrical items, the hotel was like no problem. Turns out the rooms have USB and USB-C plugs in the rooms so was covered. Moving onto the room. I had the best sleep ever. Perfect climate control. Wonderful views to wake up to and just every little detail was just amazing. After a delicious breakfast (lots of choice, Swedish and international cuisine), I explored the hotel further, the gym looks really good (I didn’t use it… just told myself I should have) and they also had a sauna. Moving outside, the location. The freshest air ever (it was nice to breath there) and literally just over the water from the city centre. If you like to walk, it’s perfectly acceptable however as I travelled with people who don’t like to walk, the hotel directed us to a bus stop one minute away. Literally two stops later, you’re in the centre. The hotel pointed out the work being done on the water front. There’ll soon be the option of getting back and forth that way. Finally, the team. It’s clear that this hotel clearly has the customers at the heart of what they do. Everyone I spoke to was warm, friendly and open to sharing hints and tips to make our stay in Gothenburg magical. And it was… EVERYONE needs to visit this wonderful city. I’m already planning my next trip and I will definitely stay again at this hotel.

The reservation page said this was a 4* hotel, which it is definitely not. It doesn't fit any of the Hotelstars Union criteria, but moreover there was: - noone at the reception at 7 p.m. The reception was supposed to close at 9 p.m., - phone queue when calling the number written near the closed reception, - no fridge in rooms, - broken bedside light, - broken lights in the bathroom, only 2 of 4 worked, - loud noise of people arguing at 6 a.m. (walls not thick enough), - no shampoo in the bathroom, - no kettle in room, - no power sockets near beds, - no tea for breakfast, - a laughable ”fika available throughout the day”, - less breakfast options than I would have expected (and for example, there was no bowl to put the cereals in, so you had to mix them only with bowls which had yoghurt in them). For one day stay, this is a good hostel. As a 4* hotel, this is the worst one I have been in so far.

歐洲的酒店設施跟國內沒法比，主打一個夠睡就行！房間連帶衞生間總共大約10平，一個人是夠住了，但是也就僅限於睡覺，旅行箱攤開放地上基本就佔滿了空地。 早餐還是可以的，所有東西都很新鮮，但是品類較少，我自己每天早上都是三明治+穀物酸奶的組合，再來杯咖啡，這早餐營養就足夠了。 總體來説中規中矩吧！每次來都住這個酒店，也住慣了。出門左拐不遠處就是有軌電車，10多分鐘就能到市中心，交通還是很便利的。

My room was beside a busy children’s playground that ensured I woke up early, but at least the room was air-conditioned to a pleasant temperature. Showers were not in the best condition, but were usable. Breakfast was bland but dirt-cheap. All in all a “you get what you pay for” experience, so I can’t really complain.

The hotel is located right near the main shopping area and close to many interesting sites. Public transportation is a few minutes away as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was nice. The breakfast was good and there is a waffle bar available in the evenings. The street is very busy and loud so if you want some quiet you have to close the window (if you're on the street side) but once the window is closed the room is silent. Very good value for the money, I definitely recommend it.

The staff working on the weekend were super nice and helpful, and I’ve stayed here many, many times, always so nice & such a lovely boutique place to stay with many awesome things to like. On the day I checked out oh my god, where did this girl suddenly come from? Little wanna be Swedish police officer banging on my door trying to get in. Ok i fell asleep after breakfast? So what. Even after i checked out & and was just having a coffee in the lobby, she came again in my face demanding to know if i had checked out? She was just rude, unprofessional, behavior was unbelievable. Really ruined my experience at the nice hotel Pigalle. Actually, I don’t accept people thinking they are better than everyone else & they think that they can just talk to people like they are a piece of crap. Therefore, sadly, I don’t think I will ever stay here ever again.. Sorry but..

Amazing room and a great location. Our short stay was overall great and the hotel is cozy and nice! Note that the reception is not open 24 hours, so late check-in requires using a provided PIN. This was not very straightforward to us.
