Hotel Gran Canaria dengan Gim

Hotel was clean, apartments are very spacious including balcony. All rooms are Seaview. Beds are comfi too. All receptionist are super cool and very helpful. Apartment could do with a little renovating. Apartment could do with an oven also around swimming pool could do with a little renovating as you can see like mould from the water on the edges of pool. I think dinner and breakfast for adult is too expensive. Overall I would visit again.

El personal del hotel es de 10, simpáticos, atentos, da gusto encontrar gente así. El hotel está muy bien, buenas instalaciones y muy limpio.

The hotel was ok.Very nice architecture reminding of Africa. They even have some real baobabs. But there was one issue why we will not return. The light in the evening was so dim, they you could not read the menu in the bar. Same in the rooms. They do not give the guests the opportunity to decide how much light there is in the room. No extra lamps or a dimmer. There is only this African savannah light everywhere. Also light from outside all over the day is dim, due to loggia construction instead of balconies. Difficult to read a book in the evening.

Lovely holiday at delightful hotel Had fab room overlooking golf course with own sun loungers (408) Beautiful modern room with the biggest monsoon shower ever seen Breakfast fab served by the pool Lunch also available there. Great choice and price Dinner half board only thing that let it down. Served inthe Atlantico restaurant in a separate section at the back of this lovely restaurant and a very mediocre selection of uninspired dishes. Ate there a la carte on another evening and that was fab, totally different experience ! Rooms lovely and clean and chocolates left on pillow some days - nice touch. Shane water tea bags and coffee weren’t replenished once used Pool fantastic and spa lovely and staff friendly All in all would recommend !

Me and my partner just returned from a 5 night stay at the Anamar Suites, the location was ideal, nice and close to the beach and the local shopping centres, bars and restaurants. The Anamar was very clean and the facilities were good. I feel that there were not enough sunbeds for the amount of guests that were staying there so unless you got one early then you wouldn’t be able to get one which was slightly annoying. The food was ok, not a lot of choice and very samey but was edible and alright. My only issue that I’ve had with the hotel is some perfume that I had go missing from my room - I asked the reception staff if they’d been made aware of any accidents of spillages made by cleaning staff but they were not aware, when I advised that the perfume had gone missing they didn’t seem concerned or didn’t say that they would investigate it - I’ve never had an issue like this at any hotel so I am disappointed that my perfume got ‘lost’. I made sure that when I packed up, I checked the room thoroughly before leaving - stripping the beds, looking under them and pulling them out but unfortunately had no luck so as you can imagine that this put a bit of a dampener on our stay at this hotel.

My first visit to this H 10 hotel and the have to say it was AMAZING. As a regular guest in h10 in Europe this was one of the best. I’d read some negative reviews but my experience was perfect. The reception gave me a warm and efficient welcome after a long day of travel. I booked half board in a standard sea view room. Yes the room is outdated and not worthy of a 5 star hotel BUT I opted for this and not a renovated room.. it was very clean and comfy with a lovely view so I was happy. The buffet restaurant had lots of choice and I was impressed with the quality of food. There was a microwave to heat up some food if required which I used as some dishes were lukewarm but that’s standard for buffet food in a hotel. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The hotel is just beautiful… the pools were warm enough to swim comfortably in January and the affinity pool was simply wonderful. It was relaxed and peaceful…. Mainly older clients like myself at this time of year… a mix of nationalities. The only negative I had was It was a bit isolated so not great for seeing things but good for just relaxing in the sun. If I stayed for longer than a week I think you’d need a car to get out and about . Although there was a bus station nearby to go to other places… and the taxi rank was right outside the main entrance. The best supermarket Mercadona was just up the road from the main front entrance near the hospital about a 7 minute walk. The shopping centre on the beach side was pretty run down and the few supermarkets there were way out priced so I wouldn’t bother with them. The walk to masapalomas was easy along the coastal path. Thank you for my visit and I’m definitely bringing my family back next year. I don’t know why anyone would complain about this hotel … and I am quite fussy!

This hotel is part of the Bull Hotels chain, and I chose it for its location on Las Canteras beach and for its spa facilities. I spent three nights here and treated myself to a Junior Suite. It was huge with a west facing balcony with a glimpse of the sea. The rooftop pool was lovely with an attentive lifeguard on duty. I also made use of the spa with its hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room and Dead Sea pool. I was slightly disappointed with the evening meals in that I expected more of a choice. Men are supposed to wear long trousers but I noticed some men wearing shorts. The hotel's location on the beach is perfect. In the evening, the promenade is busy with people walking up and down - nice atmosphere. The Santa Catalina bus station is ten minutes walk away with good connections to the rest of the island. Las Palmas is a busy bustling city with a very different feel to the resorts in the south. I enjoyed my stay but three nights was long enough.

The service - Victor and Sergio have been so kind and helpful - they guided me with the best tours and always with a smile ☺️, the breakfast and service is so good ! the room is okay but the location makes up for it , the tours pick up from The hotel and it’s super convenient just 2 blocks from The ocean
