Luccombe hall hotel has the best site for any hotel on the island. Overlooking the sea with no public access between the hotel and the sea/cliff top. So no noise from vehicles or anyone else. Just the beautiful gardens/pools and the sea. So many facilities including the new video arcade. Spa with great indoor pool and hot tub and sauna. Games room. The rooms with sea views are exceptional. The restaurant overlooking the garden and sea view is also a great feature. The menu throughout the day is extensive, whatever time. And the staff are very special. They will cater for whatever you want. The nicest people. I will be going back.

What a wonderful place this is. Superb location. Fabulous views. Spotlessly clean accommodation. Friendly staff genuinely wanting to please. A marvellous choice for breakfast and a delicious dinner to be had in the sister hotel next door, a stroll away through beautifully kept gardens. Three granddaughters made full use of the two outdoor and the indoor pools, all heated, and found plenty of games to keep them occupied. This not one of those hotels with notices everywhere telling guests what they cannot do. A tremendous effort has been made to anticipate what guests may like to do and to ”go that extra mile” to achieve it - it has succeeded.

Excellent location and superb breakfast and facilities including pool/jacuzzi/steam room which were all great. Staff were always friendly and willing to help, and was also some entertainment in the bar some evenings. Good local pubs and restaurants as no good in hotel during evening.
