Hotel Dengan Spa di Wilayah Gunma, Jepun

The hotel is brilliant overall. The room was big and clean, with the needed toiletries. The heating might be too warm for my partner and me, and we had to leave the balcony door open to let in fresh air. We definitely love the Japanese balcony and onsen bath. The food for dinner and breakfast was local and delicious. It's easier to get to the hotel if you drive. The hotel does provide shuttles. It would be better if the young staff could learn better English as there were plenty of international tourists. It did create some funny embarrassment. To our surprise, the staff member with the best English was the young lady serving us at the restaurant. We'd like to thank her for this. (P.S. I do speak some Japanese.) In sum, it was a great experience, and we enjoyed the stay. We highly recommend this onsen hotel to fellow tourists.

1. Bedroom: The room itself is decently spacious. All clean and well-maintained. 2. Bathroom: Cleanliness is top-notch. Three big bottles of bodywash liquid, shampoo and conditioner are provided 3. Wifi: Excellent 4. Location: Lawson and Maebashi station is just 5 mins walk. 5. Parking: the hotel has a limited car park space. If the carpark’s full, you will be directed to park at Aquerus building, just next to Maebashi station. You get to pay 600 ¥ per night at Aquerus. 6. Things to know: Despite the fact that it looks like a three-star basic hotel, don’t let that fool you. The hotel offered lots of freebies. You can eat a complimentary ramen from 22:00-24:00. You also can take complimentary ice creams and probiotic drinks (opened at certain time period) in front of bathing facilities. There’s an onsen facility if you want to have a nice relaxing hot bath. Don’t expect the hotel staff to speak fluent English here, though.

A dining room - Joy of joys - serving up Japanese convenience store breakfasts and evening set menu, strictly timed sitting, meals befitting a North Korean cruise liner. Or boarding school meal. And here’s the rub - pricing itself at 3x the 5-star Ritz Carlton Chicago for the same dates, where you’d still have $500 left for dining. The onsen? Well let’s say it’s no Aman. It does have a great view over the town below to the volcano rim opposite. And the staff is impeccably polite and demure, just completely untrained or empowered to solve problems. (That’s a Japan thing, though.) A total ripoff. Because the Japanese clientele, largely, never complains enough to raise the bar. That volcano I mentioned is several hundred years due for an eruption. Couldn’t come sooner!

We stayed in one of the rooms with a private onsen. It was a large room with two beds on the floor and a dining area. There was also a tiny makeup area/table on the side that I truly appreciated. The in-room onsen was large and comfortable. It had a large window that opens which brings in the refreshing cool air. The Skintheque toiletries were luxurious and perfect. The large shower was also a plus for us. Food was unbelievable. I was able to try new tastes and flavours I won't soon forget. The breakfast chicken with tomato and onion was a surprise. Dinner's abalone was also a revelation. My DH is a tall and large man. We truly appreciated the length of the bed, the size of the shower and onsen. The only problem is that the hotel staff is not very well-versed in English, though they do try their best.

Takaragawa Onsen exceeded all expectations. Upon arriving at Jomokogen station, a friendly driver meets you with a sign and drives you comfortably for 25 km. You need to register in advance by sending an email to the hotel. Upon entering, you immediately feel transported to the past: you leave your shoes, choose a yukata robe with an obi, receive socks and special bathing attire, and proceed to your room in a traditional Japanese style (I highly recommend this to fully experience the atmosphere of the place). When you enter the room, you will likely experience a shock, as it feels like you've stepped into an old movie. I recommend a room with a small balcony in the Main building overlooking the river. Check-in is around 3 PM. You can change and head straight to the hot springs. Yes, everyone has been to saunas, steam rooms, and hammams, but the onsen is unlike anything else. It's impossible to convey the emotions. The combination of hot, clear water, pure air, surrounding nature, the rushing river, the play of light on the leaves, the scents, and the silence offers something new and unique. There are three public baths on the premises and one exclusively for women. After bathing, head to the restaurant for dinner, featuring local dishes. I recommend ordering both dinner and breakfast in advance. The food is very delicious and unique. You will sleep on futons, which will be carefully laid out for you while you have dinner. It’s a wonderful experience, and you'll sleep as lightly as a child. I would love to return here to experience that happiness again. One day was not enough.

The main entrance of the hotel was up on a slope, which was not as easy as we were carrying luggage. Remember to ask the front desk for the password of the back gate. It was a short cut route leading to the main shopping street and the Kusatsu Yubatake. The room was pleasant and clean, a bit too basic. There was only a socket near the tv wall, not close to the bed, which was a bit inconvenient. There was wide range of food in the buffet, with some interesting local dishes. Food was delicious. The hotel also offer free late night snack noodle, which worth trying too.

This ryokan is close to the bus terminal and main square yet not too massively big. There were still crowd control with limit on maximum number of person in each onsen so it was a pleasant experience with about 3-4 persons in the onsen when we visit during our stay. Dinner and breakfast (excellent) were delicious. Only 1 check-in/out staff speaks minimal English and she used google translate to help during communication - we managed fine. Meals were in private dinning room and staff who spoke good English explained the various courses. A pleasant experience. We stayed in the traditional room without bath and it was clean and comfortable. Would recommend!

出張した際の宿泊先として利用しました。 草津温泉湯畑から歩いて行ける距離にある宿で、人気なのも納得な宿の造り込みとサービス、そして湯加減でした。 チェックインをした際に担当してくださったのが外国人女性スタッフでしたが、とても丁寧に親切に説明してくださり、受付だけでなく部屋への案内までもおもてなしの気持ちがしっかり伝わりました。 部屋の雰囲気も良く、居心地は抜群。 ディナーはバイキングで、寿司や本マグロのお刺身、天ぷらなどといった和食、ポークステーキやローストビーフ、ラクレットチーズやピザなどといった洋食に麻婆豆腐などの中華料理など様々な料理が楽しめる贅沢なバイキングでした。 飲み放題が2750円で注文できたのでひたすら生ビールを注文。 生ビールはアサヒスーパードライかキリン一番搾りかで選べますが、どちらかというとアサヒスーパードライ派なので飲んでは注文、飲んでは注文とハイペースで飲みながらお寿司や天ぷら、ステーキをメインにひたすら食べ続けました。 お寿司は本マグロや真鯛、カンパチやサーモンなど僕好みのラインナップで、ややシャリが多めですがどれも本当に美味しくてバイキングなのに鮮度の良さすら感じてしまう程。 ポークステーキは焼きたてを楽しめるので美味しくいただけましたし、山菜の天ぷらも揚げたてで美味。 色々食べた中でのMVPはやはりお寿司ですかね…！ なんならお寿司9割他1割ぐらいでも良かったと思える程美味しかったです。 ガッツリ飲み食いした後の温泉も最高。 大満足の内容でした。 ご馳走様でした。

ツインの部屋を予約したのですが、宿泊確認メールに喫煙可能という文字があったため、 部屋の変更を依頼して和室に変更しました。禁煙希望の方はツインは全室喫煙可能ですので避ける事をお勧めします。実際喫煙可能のお部屋はとてもタバコ匂いがきつかったですよ、でもフロントの対応がとても良くて安心しました。 設備は古いですが問題点はありませんでした。 トイレを流す音がうるさいぐらいかな？、かなり快適です。 お風呂は万代の湯で、湯畑の湯より優しい感じですが、草津の湯は体が火照り寝苦しくなるほどのパワーがありますねー、流石です！　内湯、露天風呂どちらもかなり大きくて快適 食事が最高です！一万円でこのコスパは素晴らしい！！　しかもサービスと思われますが 基本プランなのにカニが付いてました！カニは大変だからあえて避けたのですがやはり美味しい！、感謝です！、群馬県産の食材中心で、豚肉も200gもあるので硬いかな？と期待して無かったのですが、全然柔らかくとても良いお肉で大満足！　朝食も群馬産オンパレードで、特に納豆が素晴らしく美味しくて、9個で3700円とお値段張りますがお土産で買いました。でもこんなサービスを受けてこのお値段を考えると全然okですよ、また湯畑の大東館までの送迎もあり、湯畑の湯にも入れる、しかも、漫画も揃ってる、本当に素晴らしい宿です。絶対お勧めです！！ また、長期滞在したいですね

Isolated hotel meant for spa n ski. Nothing around for 5km. No convenience store or restaurants. Stayed in the East Wing. Room needs upgrade but comfortable. Faces the mountains. Good onsen. Good at hotel is very expensive. Access road has Yen1070 toll each way, up and down. Nearest town is Tsumagoi.

11月28日に一泊しました。 予約は草津ホテルのHP。 一泊二食付き、本館角部屋を予約しました。 草津温泉バスターミナルからは、お宿の車で送迎していただけます。 草津ホテルは、西の河原公園入口の高台に建築された木造3階建の美しい和風旅館。 趣きのある館内は、とっても良い雰囲気です。 さりげなく置かれたアンティークの調度品、飾られている生花などは控えめで美しさ。 片岡鶴太郎さんの書や絵も展示されていました。 隣接する片岡鶴太郎美術館は、草津ホテルが運営されているようです。 本館3階の角部屋は、コーナー2面が窓に囲まれた見晴らしの良いお部屋でした。昔ながらの木枠の窓が良い感じです。 前日降った雪のおかげで、草津の雪景色を堪能できました。 2020に増築された食事処の「奥庭」は、和テイストを残しながらもモダンで明るい雰囲気。 朝夕のお食事は、盛り付けも美しく、新鮮な食材を使ったお料理は全て美味しくいただけました。 大浴場(露天ふたつ湯）こちらも新しい別棟に有ります。 開放感に溢れ、清潔に保たれています。源泉掛け流しの大きな内風呂と併設されている露天風呂共に、さすが草津！とっても気持ちの良いお湯でした。（西の河原源泉） 草津ホテル、口コミどおりの素晴らしいお宿で大満足！

11月28日に一泊しました。 予約は草津ホテルのHP。 一泊二食付き、本館角部屋を予約しました。 草津温泉バスターミナルからは、お宿の車で送迎していただけます。 草津ホテルは、西の河原公園入口の高台に建築された木造3階建の美しい和風旅館。 趣きのある館内は、とっても良い雰囲気です。 さりげなく置かれたアンティークの調度品、飾られている生花などは控えめで美しさ。 片岡鶴太郎さんの書や絵も展示されていました。 隣接する片岡鶴太郎美術館は、草津ホテルが運営されているようです。 本館3階の角部屋は、コーナー2面が窓に囲まれた見晴らしの良いお部屋でした。昔ながらの木枠の窓が良い感じです。 前日降った雪のおかげで、草津の雪景色を堪能できました。 2020に増築された食事処の「奥庭」は、和テイストを残しながらもモダンで明るい雰囲気。 朝夕のお食事は、盛り付けも美しく、新鮮な食材を使ったお料理は全て美味しくいただけました。 大浴場(露天ふたつ湯）こちらも新しい別棟に有ります。 開放感に溢れ、清潔に保たれています。源泉掛け流しの大きな内風呂と併設されている露天風呂共に、さすが草津！とっても気持ちの良いお湯でした。（西の河原源泉） 草津ホテル、口コミどおりの素晴らしいお宿で大満足！

Ia adalah penginapan yang sangat bagus. Makanannya lazat dan kakitangannya hebat. Bilik itu bersih dan kami menerima minuman alu-aluan. saya nak pergi lagi.

1. Bedroom: The room itself is decently spacious. All clean and well-maintained. 2. Bathroom: Cleanliness is top-notch. Three big bottles of bodywash liquid, shampoo and conditioner are provided 3. Wifi: Excellent 4. Location: Lawson and Maebashi station is just 5 mins walk. 5. Parking: the hotel has a limited car park space. If the carpark’s full, you will be directed to park at Aquerus building, just next to Maebashi station. You get to pay 600 ¥ per night at Aquerus. 6. Things to know: Despite the fact that it looks like a three-star basic hotel, don’t let that fool you. The hotel offered lots of freebies. You can eat a complimentary ramen from 22:00-24:00. You also can take complimentary ice creams and probiotic drinks (opened at certain time period) in front of bathing facilities. There’s an onsen facility if you want to have a nice relaxing hot bath. Don’t expect the hotel staff to speak fluent English here, though.

無料サービスの数々は無料なりの内容ですが無いよりありがたいものです。女性スタッフが多く柔らかい印象。何より気持ちの良いホスピタリティを感じました。 メーカーと共同開発した枕が安眠ポイントだそうで希望者にはフットピローの貸し出しも。近くの温泉施設の割引券がある事は後から知りました。そう言った事は目に付く様にしていただけると嬉しく思います。 前日に急遽の予約だったためダブルルームしか取れませんでした。 ダブルと言ってもセミダブルのベッドで基本的にシングル利用で広めのベッドと言った感じでしょうか。 ほとんどがこのタイプの部屋でツインは数える程しかない様です。 二人での料金があまり変わらず広いベッド2台のツインが良かったんですが‥なかなか取れないのかも知れません。 部屋でも廊下でも他の部屋からの物音や声はある程度良く聞こえた気がします。

房間很大，兩張床加梳化床，可以容納三至四人也可以，不過對於我們兩人就很寬鬆，住得很舒服，而且浴室外加多一個洗手盤位，很方便。 大堂入去有一種香味，感覺很高級，不過間房燈光有一點黃，梳化也比較舊，房間感覺不太新，不過空間大所以也喜歡。 泊車泊酒店500Yen全日，泊完張飛俾酒店職員就可以。

Ia adalah kira-kira 2 minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Maebashi, dan pengangkutan adalah mudah. Perasaan keseluruhan telah memasuki musim puncak, tetapi tempat mandi awam yang besar sangat cantik dan baru. Saya mahu menggunakannya lagi.

結婚式場のやっているヴィラとは知らず、チェックイン、アウトを式場のスタッフさんが行ってくださいました。ホテルではないので、24時間スタッフがいる訳ではないので注意が必要です。一軒家のようなヴィラで、吹き抜けは広く、外も美しく、天窓から月がみえ、とても落ち着くステイになりました。恋人と宿泊したのですが、美しく荘厳な式場の様子を無理言って見せていただきまして、そちらの案内や景色にもとても感動しました。2人で結婚したくなっちゃったねーと帰宅しました。結婚を何となく考えているカップルにもオススメかと思います。
