Hotel Brussels dengan Gim

Check-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait. The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay. When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not. If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in. Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10). The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English. The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

The hotel was nice and has a parking garage (25 euros per night) need to be paid separately. It’s located near the Grand place, the room was nice but the hot water system takes quite long to warm up and is difficult to control. The only problem was that the house keeping didn’t knock on the door to check if there were people inside the room, she just opened our door an hour before our check out time.

This is my first time travelling to Brussels and stayed at this hotel. I have completed my online check in, so I have to do is just pick up the room key at the hotel. The room was comfy and all the necessities like hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel. I used my own toothbrush. The bed was comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the room need to be improved. There’s stain on the bathroom door.

We spent our wonderful trip at Brussels with this hotel with superb memories. we sleep soundly since hotel room is cozy and enjoying the atmosphere of the city happening each and every night. Hotel is few km away from grand place, the staffs are friendly and greets us with kind words in notes and welcoming cookies. we feel delighted staying comfortably with this hotel. We shall recommend to everyone whoever is coming to Brussels to stay at this Novotel hotel. we love this hotel and we shall be back with no time.

The hotel is at a good location, a bit out of the centre but charming neighbourhood with a good mix of independant small establishments and chain coffee stores. There are tram stops and enough rideshare bikes and scooters less than 3 minutes walking, and also a carrefour express and organic supermarket in walking distance. Be aware that the hotel is on a relative steep incline!! The hotel itself was great quality for the price; bed was comfortable, bathroom a decent size with an amazing blowdryer and good waterpressure in the shower. A personal thing is that the pillows were much too thick for my liking, my neck was not happy the next day. This is something that can be easily fixed by providing 2 separate pillows instead of one thick one. The garbage bins were a bit confusing, because the 4 labels were not easy to read and I found it a bit weird there were not bin bags in them. I guess it's a environmental thing. Check-in/out was very smooth and friendly. We did not make use of the breakfast, gym or cinema room so I can't attest to those but overall the hotel looks modern and clean. One small personal dislike was the strong smell when you enter the lobby; not of cleaning product but a heavy perfume-type scent that I personally did not like, but again, this was a minor thing. Highly recommended this hotel if you're looking for a relaxed stay in Brussels.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone; everything was amazing,from location and the staff. You can truly feel the high-quality, star-level service here. They helped us with everything and made our stay very comfortable. Also, definitely try the room service: the smash burger here is absolutely delicious. Would 100% recommend this hotel!

Nice, clean, and modern hotel with good amenities and excellent proximity to everything you need, complete with a convenience store next door. The rooms were very warm, though. Despite cranking the AC up to the highest settings, we couldn't even feel a cool breeze. The hotel sent up two fans, which made a minor difference but took up precious space in an already relatively small room. Another negative was the housekeeping communication. We put out the service sign when we left early in the morning, but the room wasn't cleaned. When we returned in the late afternoon, we were told the cleaning staff was leaving in an hour, so it had to be done right then or wait until the next day. We decided to just take new towels. However, when we left again for the night, the room was cleaned while we were gone, which left us confused about what the actual cleaning timeframe expectations are. They seemed to be training new staff during our stay, as a few of the people who assisted us wore trainee badges. One trainee, Lia, was great! She was patient and went out of her way to ensure all our interactions were satisfactory and that we walked away with whatever we needed.

The hotel is very beautiful, not the best experience however. The attitude of the front desk staff, especially the female manager, was not accommodating. I expected friendlier and more respectful attention from a hotel of this caliber. Both the morning and evening receptionists were quite intransigent. The room I booked was not what I requested, apparently due to availability issues. I had to ask them to push the twin beds together to make one, which took a while to accomplish. They only followed this request because my booking agency intervened and spoke to management; otherwise, it would have been impossible. The next day, I requested a late checkout but was told ”no.” The woman at the front desk argued that it was the busy weekend and tha my reasons were insufficient, claiming that since they had already fixed my room the day before (or that I could have just slept on the original setup), they wouldn't bend the rules. This dismissive narrative made my stay even more unpleasant! You urgently need to train your personnel to improve their customer service skills.

I have stayed here before as I really like the pool and the comfortable bed. The air con and black out curtains are very welcome. It's a stylish hotel. The shampoo etc were empty in the bathroom and the shower wasn't draining. Otherwise recommended

Lelaki kulit hitam itu membawa beg sekolahnya dan pergi, manakala lelaki putih terus mencuri. Saya mendaftar masuk pada hari Isnin, dan terdapat beberapa hotel dengan lebih daripada 500 yuan di lokasi yang lebih baik kemudian saya menempah awal, tetapi saya mengalami kerugian. Saya pada asalnya mahu Ctrip membatalkan, tetapi Ctrip enggan membenarkan saya membatalkan.
