Great Hotel, great location and was overall a great stay. We checked in straight after leaving Tomorrowland camping and even though it was one of the Tomorrowland Hotels, our rooms were ready when we arrived and no hassles. Would recommend and definately stay again.

A wonderful hotel right next to the Botanical Gardens. Quiet rooms. Sadly, however, the doors are quite thin and have a gap at the bottom, so you can hear everything that is happening outside of your room and also can hear everything that’s happening inside the rooms when you are in the hallway. Besides, the bathroom door is incredibly thin and the bathrooms are very echoey, so travelling not solo might introduce some awkwardness if you are one of the people with shy bladders. Other than that, everything was great. Clean, friendly, top service.

The nicest budget hotel I ever stayed in. 24/7 free hot drinks, microwave and room size is big enough for 2 people. Hotel staff all are so friendly. Very close to the tram station Bailly. Just one note the way reaching to the hotel is quite a hike, so if you hate hassle with luggage, consider take taxi. But we are totally fine and very satisfied with this hotel. Thanks for making our stay very memorable in Brussels.

Excellent hotel. Spacious business room that was very clean. Good clean bathroom and a great shower. Breakfast had a good choice of American and continental foods. The location was very convenient for transport and walking to the Town hall square in 10 mins. Lovely rooftop bar to chill in after a hot day walking around the town. Overall a great stay.

The hotel is very beautiful, not the best experience however. The attitude of the front desk staff, especially the female manager, was not accommodating. I expected friendlier and more respectful attention from a hotel of this caliber. Both the morning and evening receptionists were quite intransigent. The room I booked was not what I requested, apparently due to availability issues. I had to ask them to push the twin beds together to make one, which took a while to accomplish. They only followed this request because my booking agency intervened and spoke to management; otherwise, it would have been impossible. The next day, I requested a late checkout but was told ”no.” The woman at the front desk argued that it was the busy weekend and tha my reasons were insufficient, claiming that since they had already fixed my room the day before (or that I could have just slept on the original setup), they wouldn't bend the rules. This dismissive narrative made my stay even more unpleasant! You urgently need to train your personnel to improve their customer service skills.

Hotel was clean, convenient. I love how big and spacious our room was and it had aircondition and a bath tub. It made us want to enjoy the hotel as well. The complementary was great. Will recommend

Room service has to be demanded every morning. Smelly sinknand shower had stains. But many towels and soap, also water kettle and instant coffee, was nice. Breakfast really expensive, hard to find breakfast stores nearby.

Facilities are old with smell in room and hall. Fitness is public one full of people and air quality is bad. Room bathroom is very small and lounge opening hours are short 16:00 to 20:00 and beverages and alcohol options are limited. Food in lounge is also very simple. Breakfast is quite good comparing to other services.

we chose this hotel as it was the one of the cheaper options for a concert nearby. however i was a bit disappointed with it despite the price. the toilet in our room wasn’t working properly and we asked reception to help, which they kindly did but it stopped working again after a few uses so i had to constantly take the toilet lid off to fix it myself. the carpet in the room also smells a bit weird so im not sure when it gets cleaned. weirdly we came to leave our bags as check in wasn’t until 3 but hotel staff came up to use and told us that check in for that day was actually at 5 so that was a bit inconvenient. the hotel is under construction for anyone wondering so there’s lots of noise during the morning. the rooms are also not very soundproof and i could hear people from other rooms very clearly at times. that being said the hotel has potential and the location of it is actually very good. it’s a very central location. if ur only looking for a place to sleep then those place is for you but I don’t think I will be coming back here anytime soon.

A stonethrow away from brussels-noord station. I stayed in a 6 bedder mixed dorm. Spacious room but no cabinets or shelves to put/lock personal items. The bathroom is spacious too. Common shampoo-bodywash provided. No kitchen or microwave at all. Have a bar if u want a drink.. breakfast available, if required, payable.
