TTweety愛旅行We stayed in this hotel for 2 separate nights, the first night room is a very splendid decoration, one little comment is we live on the 1st floor which is next to the passerby road and there was construction work early in the morning which was quite noisy. Yet, other than that, overall it was great. We came back again after visiting Bruges and this time we were arrange on the zero floor at first (then changes to the 3rd floor as the air conditioning wasn’t work well), both 2 rooms were much quieter and the hotel manager is very helpful too

EEleanor KateCould not have asked for a better location in Brussels! Just around the corner from Mannekin de pis and The Grand Place, neighbouring a beautiful cathedral and lots of places to eat and drink around the area 🧇🍫🍺🍟🥨
The room was excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We enjoyed using the complimentary products, dressing gowns and slippers. Mini-bar also available with free bottles of water. Bed was super comfy and the walk-in shower was brilliant.

FFazian, MalaysiaI really feel good and love staying at Novotel Grand Place,Brussels. Belgium was the first stop on my trip this time. The warm welcome from the Novotel staff made me feel safe and happy. The room was clean and comfortable—though not very big for the four of us, it was still spacious and well-arranged, with the added bonus of a bathtub. Breakfast was great, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a ‘Halal Food’ section, which made it easier for us as Muslims to enjoy the meal. A recommended hotel—I would definitely stay here again in the future.

WWanderingMuseStaff was pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable. Buffet breakfast was an abundant selection of breads, cheeses, salads and continental fare. Location was excellent. Less than a 5 min walk from Brussels central station and grocery store and 1 block from different restaurants. Nice safe area.

KKate ThomCheck-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait.
The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay.
When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not.
If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in.
Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10).
The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English.
The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

YYvonne Xin WingSuperb location right in the middle of everything. Yet at night it was quiet enough to sleep.
Rooms were big and spacious, our room also had a bath which was big enough for 2, separate shower area. Lift was also available in this hotel. The hotel is located exactly next to Maison Dandoy which was easy to miss as the front looked part of the cafe rather than a hotel.
Rooms needed some maintenance, the wooden chair in the room was broken with spikes of wood which was dangerous. Some lights in the room didn't work. No aircon, we had 2 separate rooms and one of them after a day out the room would be so hot and stuffy, the other room was fine. Bathroom floor tiles get really slippery once wet so also a hazard.
The other thing is that every time we enter the hotel we'll have to wait for the reception to physically open the door for us, it felt bothersome and we felt bad for them if we kept going in and out of the hotel

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is only two or three stops from Brussels central though visitors should be careful about taking the correct train (or you’ll end up in Leuvain and miss the Diagem station). The breakfast is more than adequate for business travelers and the gym is well-equipped. Rooms are unusually spacious and very comfortable. If there is a downside to NH airport hotel, it’s that there aren’t any cafes or restaurants in the area in case you didn’t have a meal in the city. Otherwise, the service and accommodations are excellent.

WwuchuanTLDR: Poorly staffed hotel albeit a great location
Room was left half cleaned (towel not changed, even with a sponge left in the toilet) . Hotel location is great accessible through the train station itself at Exit 2. But the room was extremely warm. Front desk did not pick up the call from the room so had to go down multiple times to try to get the room to be colder. In the end, staff only could say they will send someone up but never did. Only people that work the night shift are the front desk staff so they are understandably busy.
Regrettable that this experience did not match the standard of Pullman at other countries as well as the price of the room. Would not really recommend this hotel unless location is a high priority.

PPengguna TetamuSo much potential let down by poor management. We’ve stayed in over 200 hotels, and this is the first to charge a fee for a baby cot/crib (at €35!). This was requested to be placed in our room at arrival. We arrived at 1pm and after chasing relentlessly, the only placed it in our room at 9pm. Staff are very rude too. Mentioned nothing about WiFi, breakfast, location of room. Just throw a key at you without a smile and turn away.

La stanza era grande, a disposizione tutto ciò di cui uno aveva bisogno. Purtroppo nonostante ci fossero due televisioni (1 in sala e 1 in camera da letto) non sono riuscita a farle funzionare almeno per la sera avendo viaggiato con un bimbo che al rientro dalle passeggiate si sarebbe rilassato volentieri guardando un cartone alla tv.
Il bagno grande con a disposizione saponi, bagnoschiuma e shampoo.
La cucina non adeguata. Le posate però non erano pulite. Peccato.
L’ubicazione è’ favolosa e nonostante si trovi in pieno centro, durante la notte regnava il silenzio assoluto.
Ci tornerei volentieri.
