Cari Hotel 4-Star di Brussels

Could not have asked for a better location in Brussels! Just around the corner from Mannekin de pis and The Grand Place, neighbouring a beautiful cathedral and lots of places to eat and drink around the area 🧇🍫🍺🍟🥨 The room was excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We enjoyed using the complimentary products, dressing gowns and slippers. Mini-bar also available with free bottles of water. Bed was super comfy and the walk-in shower was brilliant.

I booked this hotel as a treat for our wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. The hotel is amazing - the rooms are bigger than you think and packed full of thoughtful touches. There's a hand written note welcoming you, a Bluetooth speaker, coffee machine and kettle, lights in the wardrobe, robe and slippers etc, etc. It's spotless and so comfortable, very luxurious for a reasonable price and so centrally located. Everything in the hotel has been thought out - from the style to the comfort. Highly recommend.

It was okay, the front desk weren’t the most helpful. Upon arrival I was told to pay a €50 deposit which could only be paid on a credit card or cash. When I then said I’ll have to go find somewhere to withdraw money I was told I can now use my debit card. Upon leaving they wouldn’t give me my deposit back via card and insisted on cash despite explaining I was leaving the country to which the front desk attendant said I can’t claim I wasn’t given a refund which felt like a motivated statement.  The room was okay, however the heating didn’t work properly and during a cold winter it wasn’t nice. There was a view from outside the window but not as nice as the booking page displayed it. Overall it was a fine hotel to stay at for one night however I would not be inclined to stay longer, next time I travel I will make note to avoid it.

We spent our wonderful trip at Brussels with this hotel with superb memories. we sleep soundly since hotel room is cozy and enjoying the atmosphere of the city happening each and every night. Hotel is few km away from grand place, the staffs are friendly and greets us with kind words in notes and welcoming cookies. we feel delighted staying comfortably with this hotel. We shall recommend to everyone whoever is coming to Brussels to stay at this Novotel hotel. we love this hotel and we shall be back with no time.

Check-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait. The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay. When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not. If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in. Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10). The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English. The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

Everything was excellent! Customer service was great and they were very friendly. The beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best I had ever tasted! The parking garage is limited and tight however we were able to fit our van. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

The hotel is only two or three stops from Brussels central though visitors should be careful about taking the correct train (or you’ll end up in Leuvain and miss the Diagem station). The breakfast is more than adequate for business travelers and the gym is well-equipped. Rooms are unusually spacious and very comfortable. If there is a downside to NH airport hotel, it’s that there aren’t any cafes or restaurants in the area in case you didn’t have a meal in the city. Otherwise, the service and accommodations are excellent.

the location is right connected to brussels midi and super good for late night or morning train arrivals. there’s also a convenient store nearby with a friendly man. only con would be that our TV wasn’t working on the first night and we’ve informed them. they told us the technician will fix it the next afternoon and we reminded them before leaving the hotel but seems like they forgot about it 🫠 survived 2 nights without TV. everything else was great as expected of pullman.

So much potential let down by poor management. We’ve stayed in over 200 hotels, and this is the first to charge a fee for a baby cot/crib (at €35!). This was requested to be placed in our room at arrival. We arrived at 1pm and after chasing relentlessly, the only placed it in our room at 9pm. Staff are very rude too. Mentioned nothing about WiFi, breakfast, location of room. Just throw a key at you without a smile and turn away.

This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. The hotel has no reception and, to this moment, has not provided any check-in instructions. We arrived in the evening around 8pm, after an international flight, with our 3-year-old child—only to find ourselves locked out, unable to access the building. No instructions had been sent whatsoever. Thankfully, some other hotel guests happened to arrive and kindly let us into the hallway. We tried calling the emergency number provided, but it only offered an automated message saying replies would take up to 24 hours—by which time we would already have left. We couldn’t access our room key until another guest, using her own instructions and code, managed to open the key safe and retrieve our key for us. Absolute nightmare. The room itself was ok—equipped with a fridge, some basic glassware, and a small TV. However, there was no coffee provided, so we had to purchase our own. Only two small bath towels were provided.
