PPengguna TetamuI had an excellent short stay at the B&B Hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast with yogurts, eggs, croissants and some vegetables, clean room and coffee facilities at the end of the hall on every floor. The mattress are quite firm (I say this having and extra firm mattress at home). The doors slam shut if not guided, so you might want to arm yourself with some earplugs against potential inconsiderate neighbours. I recommend staying here if you want to be in the quiet Ixelles area.

Jjalanjalan2Hotel staff were friendly. Provided really good dinner options at chez Jacques that was really near hotel. Best to go early before dinner crowd. Breakfast is complimentary however it is basic and don't expect much. Room is small but manageable. Overall I would recommend this hotel for short term stay.

PPengguna TetamuStayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

PPengguna TetamuApart is een goed woord voor dit hotel, het idee is leuk maar de executie wat minder. Keuken is eigenlijk alleen geschikt voor een eitje dus verwacht niet te besparen op het eten, er zijn drie pannen waarvan er 2 te groot waren voor op het kookplaatje en er zijn 2 veel te grote deksels voor de pannen. De ventilatie zat echt vol met een plakkaat aan stof, en de airco werkte maar half en gaf merendeel van de tijd een error melding, niet heel fijn met 35 graden. Er is ook een waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat inbegrepen, maar geen thee of koffie, dit moet je beneden voor €3 kopen. De buitenplek zijn 3 tafeltjes met een paar stoelen maar eigenlijk zit je je half op de stoep, dus verwacht hier ook niet teveel van. Medewerkers waren aardig en spraken engels dus dat was fijn. Het lijkt een hotel meer geschikt voor business men, die bij het Europese centrum moeten zijn. Als met al vind ik het duur voor hoeveel je nog zelf moet doen bij vertrek, zelf het afval wegbrengen en alles afwassen (waar absoluut geen middelen voor worden meegegeven, we hadden niet eens een theedoek) geeft het geen hotel achtige ervaring. Ik laat het zelf nooit vies achter maar dat dit verwacht wordt voor €130 per nacht vind ik eigenlijk absurd. Ook krijg je voor een week 2 setjes handdoeken, hier moet je vervolgens €1,50 voor bijbetalen als je schonen wilt.

PPengguna TetamuHappy with the location, accessibility, and courteous front desk staff, however, the nearby area is not too great. But if you are travelling via Eurostar to Brussels then location is perfect. I am not too happy with the cleanliness of the room as there was dust on the floor, carpet is not clean either, and a one of the linen is soiled. Washroom was clean and spacious.

JJessica_GThe area is close to Brussels Midi station, not very safety area, the nearby attraction “Hill gate “ is under renovation, visitors can’t go to top for viewing the city. Bathroom is very small, hard to turn around.

La stanza era grande, a disposizione tutto ciò di cui uno aveva bisogno. Purtroppo nonostante ci fossero due televisioni (1 in sala e 1 in camera da letto) non sono riuscita a farle funzionare almeno per la sera avendo viaggiato con un bimbo che al rientro dalle passeggiate si sarebbe rilassato volentieri guardando un cartone alla tv.
Il bagno grande con a disposizione saponi, bagnoschiuma e shampoo.
La cucina non adeguata. Le posate però non erano pulite. Peccato.
L’ubicazione è’ favolosa e nonostante si trovi in pieno centro, durante la notte regnava il silenzio assoluto.
Ci tornerei volentieri.

PPengguna TetamuSo much potential let down by poor management. We’ve stayed in over 200 hotels, and this is the first to charge a fee for a baby cot/crib (at €35!). This was requested to be placed in our room at arrival. We arrived at 1pm and after chasing relentlessly, the only placed it in our room at 9pm. Staff are very rude too. Mentioned nothing about WiFi, breakfast, location of room. Just throw a key at you without a smile and turn away.

MMeena BThe hotel location is quite good as it was just a few minutes to the bus/train station. The breakfast is very basic, though. No amenities such as kettle, cups or phone to call the reception.in the room. The check-in time was long, as there was only 1 person present and the queue was quite long.

HHAL_xoshxoI did a late check-in. The reception is open 24 hours so I was able to check in with peace of mind. It was hard to work at night so as not to disturb other guests. There are no curtains for the beds. There is a bathroom and toilet in one room.
