Hotel Brussels dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

We stayed 2 nights and thank god it wasn’t any longer. As much as the bed was a very large bed and comfortable, the surrounding around was grotty. Brussels in general around here was awful. The room was pokey and small, walked into things while staying there. Forget being any bigger than slim, the bathroom was a shoe box! Your back is basically touching the wall, while facing the basin and the toilet roll holder is right in your face when you’re sitting on the toilet and your head almost touching the wall in front of you lean forward. No room for you to dry yourself in the bathroom itself unless you stand in the shower and do it. The hotel itself is beautiful, but lacks in the room which is the important part. Check in and out system is ridiculous. They’ve set up 3 ways to do so. Online via email, in person or on their check in kiosk. The issue with this, is you’re still made to go to reception! What’s the point of saying you can do it all online or at the kiosk if I still have to go to someone at reception? Remove your unnecessary online/kiosk. When checking in, I felt hostility from the staff member when I said I got an email to check in at the kiosk and I’ve already done it, so I didn’t want to waste more time doing it again. Then when I checked out via email, I got a notification to say the city charge was paid and I could leave. Thankfully for the hotel, I needed to drop my luggage and the lady still asked for my room number and said I still needed to pay for the city tax. Another example of a failed online system, just a waste of time. Then when I came back to get my luggage, I found that the tag with the same number was on multiple bags and the girl came out with 2 bags that weren’t mine and eventually had to come in and look for it myself. Apparently they used the same number but the girl gave me the wrong colour tag to my luggage tag. Again, another stupid system. Why are you not using unique numbers? Instead of relying on the same numbers but different colours?! All in all, stay somewhere else. There are nice parts of Brussels, but this area is not it and the closer you are to Brussels Nord station, you’ll feel like you’ve just entered Skid Row. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or the area. Nice big gym for a hoteland probably the very few positives about the stay.

So close but not so far from the old town or maybe the attractions which is good, if you’re staying inside around the grand palace, it may get noisy so this place is really in a good place so location is very strategic 😘 From the train station (Midi Station), 2 stops away and you can walk to the hotel easily 🫶🏻 This hotel is kinda old so it gives off the old vibes but you got what you need and breakfast is good 😄 everybody is so welcoming ~ if you’re in a budget and still want a good hotel to stay, here is the place 👍🏻 thank you 🫰🏻

The hotel is at a good location, a bit out of the centre but charming neighbourhood with a good mix of independant small establishments and chain coffee stores. There are tram stops and enough rideshare bikes and scooters less than 3 minutes walking, and also a carrefour express and organic supermarket in walking distance. Be aware that the hotel is on a relative steep incline!! The hotel itself was great quality for the price; bed was comfortable, bathroom a decent size with an amazing blowdryer and good waterpressure in the shower. A personal thing is that the pillows were much too thick for my liking, my neck was not happy the next day. This is something that can be easily fixed by providing 2 separate pillows instead of one thick one. The garbage bins were a bit confusing, because the 4 labels were not easy to read and I found it a bit weird there were not bin bags in them. I guess it's a environmental thing. Check-in/out was very smooth and friendly. We did not make use of the breakfast, gym or cinema room so I can't attest to those but overall the hotel looks modern and clean. One small personal dislike was the strong smell when you enter the lobby; not of cleaning product but a heavy perfume-type scent that I personally did not like, but again, this was a minor thing. Highly recommended this hotel if you're looking for a relaxed stay in Brussels.

It is a new hotel next to Brussels-Midi station. The decor is very modern. The staffs are super friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed it. They have a small cafe in the lobby and there are many place to hang out. There is also a small gym in the basement which is quite nice. Overall, it was a good stay.

The hotel is very beautiful, not the best experience however. The attitude of the front desk staff, especially the female manager, was not accommodating. I expected friendlier and more respectful attention from a hotel of this caliber. Both the morning and evening receptionists were quite intransigent. The room I booked was not what I requested, apparently due to availability issues. I had to ask them to push the twin beds together to make one, which took a while to accomplish. They only followed this request because my booking agency intervened and spoke to management; otherwise, it would have been impossible. The next day, I requested a late checkout but was told ”no.” The woman at the front desk argued that it was the busy weekend and tha my reasons were insufficient, claiming that since they had already fixed my room the day before (or that I could have just slept on the original setup), they wouldn't bend the rules. This dismissive narrative made my stay even more unpleasant! You urgently need to train your personnel to improve their customer service skills.

We checked in to the room and my bathroom had no soap, etc. I called receptionist 3x and waited for about an hour and no one came to bring soap for wash our hands. The next day we went out since 7am and came back to room at 4pm and our room still messy, they didn’t clean our room even we asked for it. Went downstair to speak receptionist and I asked him why my room still messy and no one cleaning yet and it’s already almost 5pm and he answered “I KNOW” 🙈😂!!!!!!!!

Hotel was clean, convenient. I love how big and spacious our room was and it had aircondition and a bath tub. It made us want to enjoy the hotel as well. The complementary was great. Will recommend

Harga: Saya memesannya untuk lebih daripada 700, termasuk sarapan pagi. Harganya agak berpatutan. Keadaan agak baik dalam semua aspek. Lokasi: Sebenarnya, lokasinya agak jauh, dan ia masih jauh dari Manneken Pis. Ia adalah kira-kira 2.5 kilometer dan mengambil masa setengah jam untuk berjalan. Adalah disyorkan untuk menempah hotel berhampiran Dataran Brussels. Ia berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari jalan mewah. Selepas bas lapangan terbang No 12, anda perlu berpindah ke bas lain. Perkhidmatan: Selepas membayar deposit sebanyak 25 euro, meja depan sebenarnya adalah meja depan bar hotel. Saya tidak pernah mengesahkan bahawa ia adalah meja depan Hotel ini mempunyai gim. Terdapat air minuman dan epal hijau di gim, dan anda boleh masuk dengan meleret kad anda. Sarapan: Saya habiskan pada pukul 10. Tiada siapa yang mengambil berat tentang saya, jadi saya makan di sana. Tidak banyak jenis, tetapi saya akan mengesyorkan melangkau sarapan jika anda ingin tidur sehingga anda bangun secara semula jadi. Dan apa yang sangat dibesar-besarkan ialah kerana tirai telah diselak di kawasan sarapan pada pukul sepuluh, seorang lelaki kulit putih dan seorang lelaki kulit hitam mencuri sarapan di dalam (bukan penduduk). Lelaki kulit hitam itu membawa beg sekolahnya dan pergi, manakala lelaki putih terus mencuri. Saya mendaftar masuk pada hari Isnin, dan terdapat beberapa hotel dengan lebih daripada 500 yuan di lokasi yang lebih baik kemudian saya menempah awal, tetapi saya mengalami kerugian. Saya pada asalnya mahu Ctrip membatalkan, tetapi Ctrip enggan membenarkan saya membatalkan.

I prefered this hotel as it is close to the EU institutions. However, there are better hotels on other parts of the city. In booking, I didn't select the breakfast as I confused. When I arrived the hotel, they told me to include breakfast for 29$ per day, which was expensive. When booking, I read that there would be drinking water as complementary but there was only empty bottles and it should be filled in from a machine next to the elevators. Lastly, the room was noisy because windows are not noise dampening. The furniture was also outdated.

The hotel is very close to FlixBus bus stop! There is a police station and halal supermarket for Muslim community behind the hotel. The hotel should consider having 2 front desk workers at a time instead of just 1 person manning the front desk. When there are group of people talking and running around at the hotel room corridor, I couldn’t find the front desk person to solve the problem as there was no one at the front desk.
