WWanderingMuseStaff was pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable. Buffet breakfast was an abundant selection of breads, cheeses, salads and continental fare. Location was excellent. Less than a 5 min walk from Brussels central station and grocery store and 1 block from different restaurants. Nice safe area.

PprettyikahHye guys! Malaysian review here 🇲🇾 I stayed at Bedford Hotel Brussels for 4 days 3 nights with my family and honestly we’re super satisfied. Location very strategic, dekat city centre betul-betul. Cuma masa mula-mula sampai tu agak jauh sikit nak jalan kaki dari bahnhof ke hotel sebab waktu tu kami belum beli public transport ticket lagi. Tapi once dah ada ticket, tram & bus memang dekat dengan hotel and terus boleh go around the area, so memang senang nak go anywhere. Area around the hotel pun easy to find halal-friendly food, memang banyak actually, so jangan risau, just cari memang ada yang halal certified 👍 Room quite spacious, clean and comfortable for family stay. Service pun tip top, honestly nothing to complain. I asked for extra blanket pun mereka cepat hantar terus ke bilik hihi 🤍 Overall memang recommended kalau datang Brussels with family ✨

AAndrea SamuelsThis hotel was on point, I loved the size of the room, the size of the bed, & the en suite was clean and everything was modern. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay here again.. I did feel there needs to be clearer instructions on how to turn up the heating and warm the room up..... Other than that it was well worth the money.

PPengguna TetamuStayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

PPengguna TetamuApart is een goed woord voor dit hotel, het idee is leuk maar de executie wat minder. Keuken is eigenlijk alleen geschikt voor een eitje dus verwacht niet te besparen op het eten, er zijn drie pannen waarvan er 2 te groot waren voor op het kookplaatje en er zijn 2 veel te grote deksels voor de pannen. De ventilatie zat echt vol met een plakkaat aan stof, en de airco werkte maar half en gaf merendeel van de tijd een error melding, niet heel fijn met 35 graden. Er is ook een waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat inbegrepen, maar geen thee of koffie, dit moet je beneden voor €3 kopen. De buitenplek zijn 3 tafeltjes met een paar stoelen maar eigenlijk zit je je half op de stoep, dus verwacht hier ook niet teveel van. Medewerkers waren aardig en spraken engels dus dat was fijn. Het lijkt een hotel meer geschikt voor business men, die bij het Europese centrum moeten zijn. Als met al vind ik het duur voor hoeveel je nog zelf moet doen bij vertrek, zelf het afval wegbrengen en alles afwassen (waar absoluut geen middelen voor worden meegegeven, we hadden niet eens een theedoek) geeft het geen hotel achtige ervaring. Ik laat het zelf nooit vies achter maar dat dit verwacht wordt voor €130 per nacht vind ik eigenlijk absurd. Ook krijg je voor een week 2 setjes handdoeken, hier moet je vervolgens €1,50 voor bijbetalen als je schonen wilt.

WwuchuanTLDR: Poorly staffed hotel albeit a great location Room was left half cleaned (towel not changed, even with a sponge left in the toilet) . Hotel location is great accessible through the train station itself at Exit 2. But the room was extremely warm. Front desk did not pick up the call from the room so had to go down multiple times to try to get the room to be colder. In the end, staff only could say they will send someone up but never did. Only people that work the night shift are the front desk staff so they are understandably busy. Regrettable that this experience did not match the standard of Pullman at other countries as well as the price of the room. Would not really recommend this hotel unless location is a high priority.

PPengguna TetamuVeloce e chiaro il Check in e il check out. La stanza era grande, a disposizione tutto ciò di cui uno aveva bisogno. Purtroppo nonostante ci fossero due televisioni (1 in sala e 1 in camera da letto) non sono riuscita a farle funzionare almeno per la sera avendo viaggiato con un bimbo che al rientro dalle passeggiate si sarebbe rilassato volentieri guardando un cartone alla tv. Il bagno grande con a disposizione saponi, bagnoschiuma e shampoo. La cucina non adeguata. Le posate però non erano pulite. Peccato. L’ubicazione è’ favolosa e nonostante si trovi in pieno centro, durante la notte regnava il silenzio assoluto. Ci tornerei volentieri.

MMeena BThe hotel location is quite good as it was just a few minutes to the bus/train station. The breakfast is very basic, though. No amenities such as kettle, cups or phone to call the reception.in the room. The check-in time was long, as there was only 1 person present and the queue was quite long.
