Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

I was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

Cleaning staff kept taking our drinks. We asked for a mini fridge but there was a price tag we were not willing to pay. Front desk was helpful and often help resolve issues. Restaurant management was also helpful and accommodating durning misunderstanding of expectations. Bathroom is tiny but understandable as this is an old hotel. Overall stay was great, we are frequent guests at this hotel. Would recommend stay to others but be strategic on dates as price will fluctuate depending on events happening around the city. Local is ideal for downtown events and close to transit, do recommend not using a vehicle as many venues are within walking distance. Facilities are also key, with spool and fitness centre being top quality. Hope you enjoy your stay.

I booked the hotel because it came up as having an airport shuttle. However, you can not use it as a park and fly location. I had to book a separate park and fly location which ended up cost me just as much as the hotel night. Which we only stayed for 5 hours.

Requested the newly renovated room instead of non renovated. The hotel staff was very kind and friendly to let us check in at 1.30pm as our rooms was ready. Eventhough we didnt get the connecting room as we requested but we were happy enough to let us an early check in.

Got so lucky to have this room which was perfect to spend time to catch up with my friends! Suite room was amazing and the cleaner was the most professional one we have ever met! The location is just right in front of the Harbour and likely 5 mins from Union station! We definitely stay again

Great stay overall! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Everything went smoothly, and I had a pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Downtown Toronto! The hotel is conveniently located near the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The only small downside was the hotel parking, which was a little pricey at $40 per day. However, there are plenty of cheaper parking options nearby, so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!

來多倫多開會，提前幾天訂了這個公寓，價格不算便宜還沒有早飯，報着就近原則入住的，本來沒有什麼期待，進房間之後還是覺得性價比超高，在44層，有陽台的最高層，陽台上方就是天空，景色完美，就是感覺安全性稍差一點，完全是開放式的。

I stayed for one night between flights at the Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport, and everything was great. The shuttle picked me up on time and brought me back to the airport promptly the next morning. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. My room faced the street, so there was some traffic noise, but it wasn't overly loud and is to be expected for an airport hotel. Overall, a very reliable choice for a stopover!
