Premier Inn Hagley

Place in terrible need of a makeover, the smell of damp in corridors is awful enough then gets worse in your room leaving you feeling dirty . All it needs is a bit of T .L .C. Wi Fi non existant and nobody on reception to be seen at night when i went to get code for Wi Fi at 1am on a Friday night for a good few hours .Breakfast was ok and free parking .

On arrival the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Rooms are really comfortable and cosy, very good size too which had everything needed for a perfect stay. Plenty of teas and coffees too in the room. I ate at the beefeater which has to be the best beefeater I've ever been to food was just phenomenal, mixed grill was perfectly seasoned. Desserts as well really good I had the triple chocolate brownie with ice cream. Very good selection of cocktails too as well as generous portions sizes. Phone signal/WiFi strength is weaker which is expected being in the countryside. Still able to connect to the internet just at slower speed which is no issue. Don't let the slightly poor phone signal put you off visiting this amazing hotel. I highly recommend visiting this premier inn for a lovely countryside break. Good location for clent hills too.

Following our stay at the Premier Inn Hagley i had to say we were very impressed with the beds, they were very comfortable and the room was big enough to accommodate a double and a single bed without feeling cramped. The staff went above and beyond especially the gentleman who carried my elderly parents luggage up to their room. I had an issue with my room card and the reception staff went above and beyond to sort it out quickly. The car park was big enough to not have an issue with parking. The only issue was the Beefeater pub opposite which for some bizarre reason had very little choice of food, despite this the food was good.

The staff in the hotel were fantastic and the managers in the restaurant. the waiting staff moan because we were on meal deals and asked us to eat in the bar which we did for 2 weeks. The cleanliness of the shower heads and the remote controls were disgusting and the bathrooms are tidy.

Very friendly staff, in a good location, WiFi wasn't perfect but didn’t cause an issue. Lovely touch with chocolate and colouring supplied for our children, helped keep them quiet and entertained! Will come again, and would recommend! Thank you ☺️

A perfect stay. Friendly receptionist on both arrival and departure. Spotlessly clean room. Requested a ground floor room as accompanied by my 94 year old mum, the room was spot on ! I cannot fault my stay at Hagley Premier Inn will definitely stay there again
