Food was delicious, breakfast has many choices of Asian and Western food. The real germ of this hotel is the staff. Their English are limited but they really can go a thousand miles to help. Very attentive and polite, I love their smiles since I knew it from hearts not copy and paste ones. Thanks Nam Cuong Hai Duong and will see you in the near future.

My stay at the Purple Lotus Hotel was wonderful. This is a new and very clean hotel and my ”Junior Apartment” was very clean, comfortable, spacious (living area with kitchenette and sperate bedroom), and affordable. The free breakfast had a lot of different food items from which to select and was delicious. I also had dinner in the hotel restaurant for two evenings which was also very good. But the best part of my stay was the customer service. Prior to my arrival, the hotel staff arranged a car service to pick me up at the airport in Hanoi and bring me to the hotel. After my stay at the hotel I planned to go to Ha Long Bay (a beautiful UNESCO site) because it's not too far away. Again the hotel arranged my car service transportation to Ha Long Bay and then also from Ha Long Bay to the airport in Hai Phong. They coordinated pickup times and locations with me even two days after I had already checked out of their hotel - it was the fantastic staff at Purple Lotus Hotel that made my travel plans a success and my stay in their hotel a great experience!

My stay at the Purple Lotus Hotel was wonderful. My stay at the Purple Lotus Hotel was wonderful. This is a new and very clean hotel and my ”Junior Apartment” was very clean, comfortable, spacious (living area with kitchenette and sperate bedroom), and affordable. The free breakfast had a lot of different food items from which to select and was delicious. I also had dinner in the hotel restaurant for two evenings which was also very good. But the best part of my stay was the customer service. Prior to my arrival, the hotel staff arranged a car service to pick me up at the airport in Hanoi and bring me to the hotel. After my stay at the hotel I planned to go to Ha Long Bay (a beautiful UNESCO site) because it's not too far away. Again the hotel arranged my car service transportation to Ha Long Bay and then also from Ha Long Bay to the airport in Hai Phong. They coordinated pickup times and locations with me even two days after I had already checked out of their hotel - it was the fantastic staff at Purple Lotus Hotel that made my travel plans a success and my stay in their hotel a great experience!

오래된듯한 호텔이지만 관리를 잘하는곳이다 다만 시설이 오래되어서 냉장고 소음이 심하고 티비채널이 너무작아서 볼것이 없다 특히 모기를 조심하세요 모기가 진짜 많아서 밤새 모기와의 전쟁을 치뤘습니다 모기약도 없어서 다음날 모기약을 뿌렸습니다

Nam Cuong Hai Duong might be a land mark of this area, the hotel is big but net and warm. My room was spacious and well appointed. Food was delicious, breakfast has many choices of Asian and Western food. The real germ of this hotel is the staff. Their English are limited but they really can go a thousand miles to help. Very attentive and polite, I love their smiles since I knew it from hearts not copy and paste ones. Thanks Nam Cuong Hai Duong and will see you in the near future.
