Lovely stay after the disaster typhoon Yagi. The outdoor facilities were destroyed but the indoor swimming pool was great for the children.

The hotel is situated in a wonderful area of the city. Generally, the common areas are well-maintained, and the service offered is of a high standard. The rooms are large and spacious. In our case, the view of the sea and Haikou's skyline was marvelous. The breakfast was good but not at the level of what we experienced at the Intercontinental in Beijing. As for areas of improvement, I would suggest adding smart TVs and hiring more staff proficient in English.

Hotel interior is very special in a nice way, and location quite convenient. But service was not very good. The room was not tided up every day. Breakfast was cold, no coffee and often no eggs. I told that I would like to have a cup of coffee every morning, and they did, but (although I was the only foreigner) I needed to ask every day again and wait for a long time. In the room also only tea, no coffee, although Hainan is a big coffee producer.

The room is fantastic. I love the lighting that is so updated. There are sensors around the bed, so when you need to go to the toilet at night, the small lights will come on so there is no need to look for a switch. The room is clean, however, the downside is smoking is allowed thus the hallways always have smoke smell. Also the lobby is not nicely decorated, and the lifts are open to all. No security at all. The doors open to the hotel and anyone can have access to it. The location is convenient, it is just across the road from the rail way station. We can walk to Wuyue Mall which is really huge.

While I had previously given this hotel a great review, our extended night was simply horrible. This is a no smoking hotel but the local Chinese guests do no respect the rule and smoked heavily in the rooms next to us, flooding the air conditioning systems the entire night. Hotel staff seemed helpless, and they kindly found us a temporary room for the night. However, our rest was affected and our belongings smelt like smoke the next day. The hotel should enforce penalties for such flouting of rules. Such bad experiences are what people remember more vividly than the good experiences.

酒店很不錯、房間也很大、環境很好、住的很舒適、最重要的是衞生乾淨、前台小姐姐服務態度很好、還有免費停車位、就在南大橋旁邊，很大的一棟樓很顯眼，定位很好找。還有餐廳和手信店，4樓還有洗衣房，好評。

有酒店感的民宿，舒適方便，很乾凈，設施不錯，唯一缺陷是衹提供紙杯。入住時正值強寒流期間，安頓好之後才發現暖氣失靈，房間電話也壞了，換房間再安頓好已是半夜。這一區比較靜，附近有商場，吃的挺多，豐儉由人。

Fantastic - I extended my stay! Would recommend the premium room over the deluxe Seaview room, much better layout and views😍 Nikki was professional, very helpful, and provided fantastic service. She was always available when I needed her! Also 吴玉姐 was very efficient, the room was always cleaned very well, presentable and she spoke English and helped me with my mandarin!!

Great location, hotel is nice and fancy. Grand lobby as you enter. The only downside of the outdoor pool is that you can’t use it when there’s a chance of thunderstorm and considering the Haikou weather, this is quite frequent. You are also forced to wear a swimming cap in the pool, which some do not prefer.

得知9月6號颱風 9月5號我帶着老婆孩子晚上11點從海甸島出發來到了麗思在前台見到了吳優 Peter 一個帥哥人超好勸我把車停到了地庫然後三天裏對我們一家子無微不至的關懷歡迎水果夜床服務即使酒店外立面鋁板受損但是內部設施完全沒有問題簡直是海口最堅硬的避難所我們住16層套房樓體沒有一點搖晃門窗厚度很高三天內沒有一秒停水停電一點感覺都沒有的安心入睡在早餐午餐晚餐酒店都能提供新鮮的食材最後我們一家人謝謝海口麗思所有的工作人員更謝謝這位好兄弟吳優 Peter

性價比很高，早餐特別豐盛，旁邊温泉也不錯（温泉本身很不錯，可惜洗澡更衣環境不行，內部沒有幹浴巾換，這個應該評在温泉，這裏順便説下）酒店浴缸帶按摩超預期啊，酒店建築風格也別具特色，小孩非常喜歡，當然缺點也有，一樓晚上睡覺不能開窗，怕外面有人爬進來😭😭#房間設施設施很不錯，裝修大手筆#早餐和觀瀾湖共用早餐，豐盛

We had a great stay at the hotel. The location is quite good, not that crowded than in downtown. A special thanks goes to Erin Wu. She made it happen that we got our rental car. I want also mention Kourtney Hey and Steve Shi for their good support struggling with my Apps. Also our room maid was great, I got always a extra coffee bag🙂. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that you have to wear a swim cap in main swimming pool. That’s the first time that we had to do this but this is a governmental rule I was told. Nevertheless, we can highly recommend this hotel.
