Very basic business hotel, rooms don’t look that updated. Close to Hakodate station, 5 min walking distance, decent stay but gives a no frills vibe.

Clean, quite spacious for Japanese standards. Close to the station (3 minutes walk) and walkable distance to the main sights - around 20 minutes by feet to the old town and harbor. For the price it's a bargain.

Very close to Hakodate Station, about a 5-7 minute walk. The hotel lobby is very nice, offering self-service toiletries and complimentary drinks. The room was very clean, and it's great value for money. It's also conveniently located near Hakodate Morning Market and a large drugstore.

good location nice staff so freindly.There is the service send my baggage to the next hotel .It 'so convenience.Lovely stay here the staff is very helpful.I will visit again.

The hotel service was pretty good, with smiling faces at check-in. In the afternoon, there was a faint, recurring noise, but it was never resolved. We walked directly to and from Mount Hakodate. Oh, and on the second floor, there's a ping-pong and pool table. The facilities are quite basic, but it's still fun to play a bit.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for the price, exceeding all my expectations! The lobby bar on the first floor offers complimentary hot drinks, and it seems there's even a gym available for use. The room was meticulously clean and came equipped with a women's toiletry kit and other amenities. It's just a three-minute walk to Hakodate JR Station and the bus terminal. Right across the street is Hakodate's famous soup curry, and there's a convenience store and Saizeriya nearby.

I love breakfast at this hotel. Room is good. Service very good staff so nice.

Had a nice comfortable stay! Room is spacious, staff really polite and helpful. They're is a very nice lobby space with free drinks for guests of the hotel. I happened to have the greatest view, ships in the bay Location is great! Very close to the station and morning fish market. Area around has lots of restaurants and cafe.

Location :  Hakodate train/bus terminal is 5 min walk away, city tram line stops right infront of hotel, numerous restaurants within short walk including morning markets, daimon yokocho for late night eats.. and hotel even have some restaurants coupons for hotel guests .. Hotel : Staff members were nice, room is decent sized, rates are decent.. unfortunately many areas are starting to show signs of aging.. but rooms and bed was clean so it didnt really bother me..  Summary : Will stay there again if ever return to Hakodate..

Generally ok. Not far from train station or bus. Quiet and easy to get around. Some eateries n the fish market nearby

Nice hotel, spacious and clean rooms. Huge playground on 2nd floor thus I wish fitness would be better equipped. But they had squash room, mini golf, pool table, table tenis, darts..

Room is big, very near to the tram, about 5 mins away from JR Hakodate station, there’s a 7-11 opposite, very convenient

The hotel is conveniently located just 300 meters from JR Hakodate Station, with easy access to major attractions like Goryokaku Park, Tachimachi Cape, Hachiman-zaka Slope, and Hakodateyama Observation Deck via tram and bus. Hakodate Morning Market and Kanemori Red Brick Warehouses are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained, and the bedding is excellent. Breakfast offers a good variety of Japanese and Western options, and the food is delicious. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around JR Station. The front desk staff are welcoming and patient. Overall, this stay offers great value for money.

Not too far from JR hakodate station and tram station (hakodate ekimae). You can walk to morning market. There are Lawson and 7/11 around. You can leave the baggage at hotel after checkout.
