Sunline Hotel

This was my second stayed at thia hotel. Excellent location with the best service ever. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Will defenitey back to this hotel or at leat will revel this hotel to others.

High reviews are for a reason. The value here is unbelievable. The team were exceptional and went over and beyond. Communication was excellent. Such an easy place to stay. Fantastic location to explore the Old Quarter. They also upgraded us to a balcony view, so we got to enjoy watching the thunderstorm that rolled in. We'd stay here again if we returned. The front desk was helpful and converse well in English. They upgraded my room as well. They provide clean and basic hotel services, amenities and toiletries. You can keep your luggage as a complimentary but not sure how long they can keep it for you. I only left my luggage for almost 12hrs. I like the location of the hotel as it’s near tourist spots and main shopping district and yet its street is quiet compared to the busy streets from tourists and cars/motorbikes. I stayed here during Typhoon Yagi and I would say it’s quite safe to take shelter from the storm. The photos from the website is same in real life.

Great location to explore Hanoi, lovely staff and a nice clean room with minimal noise so able to get a good night's sleep.

Clean, quiet, friendly service. Inexpensive, no thrills hotel executed very well. I wanted to order a coffee from room service but was told there wasn't such a service provided. The staff said that they could order a coffee and then have it sent to my room. I thought that this was very nice touch.
