交通出行：地鐵站出門就是，因為帶孩子要趕早晨6點多的高鐵，所以選了這家，坐第一般地鐵兩站地就到哈爾濱西站了，天冷孩子早起也不遭罪～
住宿：圖片實拍，樓層也不是特別高，窗外視野敞亮，房間很乾凈温馨，熱水夠用，電視也有免費的節目看，隔音也很棒，整晚睡眠都很舒服。
吃：山河屯鐵鍋燉，是攻略上做的，沒想到就在樓下馬路對面，房東小姑娘也是給推薦的這家，味道很棒，太方便了！ 旁邊的 六泰居也是一家連鎖，走之前最後一頓飯，吃的特別舒服，味道好，服務也好，上菜快。不住這裏真的是沒法這麼方便的吃這兩家店哦

The location is not bad. The hotel is on top of a shopping mall. About 20mins ride to main attractions such as zhong yang da jie. They gave us a free room upgrade which is big. The only minus point is that shower area was flooded after bathing, and there is a drainage smell coming from the washing area. Have to close the door when sleeping. Overall it is still a pleasant stay.

房間除了提供飲用水還有雪碧和可樂，註明了免費🆓，如需其他一些常用品能提供的 前台都會安排👍🏻

工作人員在每個環境都很熱情有禮，感覺東北人也好温柔啊，哈哈😃

房間很衞生，有問題響應非常及時👍🏻，
有自助洗衣房，提供兩台洗烘一體機，多住幾天就很需要這個👍🏻
目前的小問題是衞生間感應燈邏輯不合理，聽説後期會整體改造，

位置：房間位置距離西站很近，距離地鐵站有些距離，有到西站的送站服務（其他站暫時不開通）。該酒店和其他等酒店共同位於一棟樓上，性價比可以。
環境：從房間可以看到西站的景色，夜晚很好看。設施服務：榻榻米房型符合年輕人審美，投影屏幕很大且靈敏好用，房間內配有一次性馬桶墊、鞋套等（店家很貼心）。
不足之處：可能哈爾濱温度太低，感覺房間內的熱水不是很熱（第一天滿足 20 分鐘淋浴，但是第二天水温就不行了）；房間有沒有地暖，沒太注意，不冷不熱，但有空調，所以保暖還好😉

非常近哈爾濱西站，新開的艾特鉑酒店門面是法國豪華式装飾的大堂(雖然是小了点)，你一定会有所期待呢!!但原來是要出門口再過六七個鋪位的一幢大樓上电梯九樓它基本上全部是不同名字的出租酒店和民宿，比諸於中央大街同等價錢房間及佈局它可算是一個不錯的選擇。接待处是殷勤特別是清潔小姐姐真的是太貼心了

1123456xin.來到這家酒店，體會到了賓至如歸的感覺，從酒店大堂一進來給人的感覺就眼前一亮，前台的工作人員會主動幫我拿行李，主動問好，對於我提出的問題都一一解答，還告訴我附近的美食，這家酒店停車很方便，酒店門口也有停車位，地下也有停車位，這對於開車出來的人簡直太方便了，他家的大堂裝修的很豪華，房間的佈局很不錯，給人很舒適的感覺，房間的茶也比較不錯，經跟前台溝通，他們的老闆是福建人，真的很懂茶，房間還配備了這麼好喝的茶，小冰箱裏還有迷你吧，有哈爾濱的特產格瓦斯，味道還是不錯的，房間乾淨整潔，他家的早餐比較不錯，甜品都很好吃，麪條也很好吃，樣式很多，有中餐和西餐，酒店的位置很不錯，臨近哈西站和機場，附近還有地鐵站，打車也很方便。他家的前台服務還説不説是真的好，在每個工作人員的臉上都能看到笑臉，值得推薦的一家酒店。

NNidiaThe Staff are amazing ,super helpful and with a great attitude I asked for the pick up service from the airport to hotel, and the driver was the sweetest and kindest! He waited for me even when I had a huge delay on my flight. Then at the Hotel Charles and all the staff received me super friendly and happy. The room was spacious and well designed. The location is a bit remote from the highlights of the city but doable with taxi or didi. The breakfast was good but not enough variety, every day is mostly the same menu. The room service menu is limited but super good, the food was always delicious and again the staff amazing. Thanks!

PPengguna TetamuIbis Hotel ialah hotel yang paling menjimatkan kos sepanjang perjalanan saya ke Harbin. Hotel lain dengan keadaan yang sama adalah jauh lebih mahal. Sikap perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik. Disebabkan saya mempunyai dua anak dan hanya ada dua bantal di dalam bilik, saya menghubungi meja depan untuk meminta bantal. Selepas beberapa ketika, makcik perkhidmatan bilik membawa bantal dan membawa saya 4 botol air mineral. Kalau tak cukup minum boleh minta lebih.

We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay.
Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient.
Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room.
Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly.
Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on.
Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

MMaisonGMany of the previous reviews confirmed. We arrived late at night but were able to check in easily. The location was spectacular near many coffee shops and Russian restaurants. We even stumbled upon a nearby karaoke bar on the pedestrian street! It is near enough to walk to the Sophia Cathedral (which is seemingly closed).
Ice and Snow World is far enough to need a car but close enough that it’s a quick ride.
After hours of touring in the cold, the heated floors were much appreciated. The bathtub was also very nice.

PPengguna Tetamu很有人情味的青旅，老闆、大姐和義工人都熱情又善良。最開始帶娃定了兩天，怕不適應。結果第二天就續房了，從週一住到了週六，從一開始的拘束，到最後大家非常熟悉熱情。
旅客也都是熱情的，大家會一起拼飯，既能吃好多種，又便宜。
老闆還組織了在旅社做飯，有廚藝的一定要自鑒，老闆超級喜歡旅客下廚一起聚餐。
這的鐵鍋燉超級好吃，強烈建議和驢友拼餐去吃。
不遠處有個diy的店，店主温文爾雅的少年，便宜態度又謙和有耐心，就在旅店去79路站牌的途中（我不記路，我是這樣去路過的）
見到了好多回頭客的旅客，估計我們九月份還會再來（幼兒園娃的錯峯之旅）

PPengguna Tetamu櫃枱職員找不到我的訂單 ，花了大約10分钟才安排到房間給我,雖然是這樣,前台職員很有禮貌及很盡力幫忙,非常感謝！上到房間有3位職員正在繁忙地舖第3張床（梳化床），我告知他們我們只有2人，不需要第3張床，但可以不須要還原原本的梳化。我們放下行李就離開房間，不想阻擾他們在我房內工作。晚飯回房, 發現房門依然大開， 但並沒有人在房裡， 雖然我知道酒店很安全，但門大開，並没有人在裡面，始終有点兒不好。房間裝修算不錯，眼見到的地方算清潔（床下底有很多塵）, 洗手間內的厕紙並不是新一卷，因只剩下一少半（不夠半卷）。電視不能接收电視台節目，只能收看收費節目或指定免費節目，前台安排维修人員（沒帶口罩）處理，他按了幾按电視搖控，叫我們看直播台吧（直播帶貨那一種），然後他開口咳了兩聲說自己感冒，急腳地走了！电視問題沒有解決，還在我房間散播病菌 ,實在不能容忍！我立刻不管室外零下十幾廿度，打開窗（幸運窗能打開）,希望多新鮮空氣入房，。然後打电话去前台要求換房， 但沒有空房，叫她找人消毒房間，她说沒有，還問我怎樣消毒！我無辦法之下，找trip.com處理, trip.com客服非常高效率,立即跟洒店聯絡, 安排了一个非常有禮貌及帶口罩的職員帶酒精到我房噴, 還送了一对公仔做小禮物!酒店最重要衛生安全,提供一个舒適安全環境給住客, 並不是散播病菌的地方。洗澡間熱水只能洗澡25分钟，（事實上大約15分鐘水已經很涼）,再次加熱要45分鐘，非常不方便！只怪我們沒有洗澡前留意檣上指示。早餐尚算多選擇而且美味！但衛生方面有代改進， 食物抬下的碟竟然有條毛，非常嘔心！其中一位餐廳人員竟然面向一盘抄飯咳。酒店非常近滑雪場，非常好！酒店中餐廳食物美味，分量大， 价錢非常合理！
