Hotel and cleanliness is very good, but please keep in mind that aged persons give rooms in within first floor, if no lift

Room was on the 4th floor, no lift to reach the floor. Behavior of the receptionist and other staff was descent.

The hotel is near the haridwar railway station. Room was neat and clean, staffs were polite and helpful. I am fully satisfied with the stay.
