Hotel terbaik di Harvey

Saya tidak dapat mendaftar masuk pun kerana terperangkap dalam kesesakan dalam perjalanan ke sana dari Texas. Saya sangat kecewa. Saya akan melawat suami saya yang telah bekerja di luar sana sejak 3 bulan lalu.

The rooms are roach infested, the guests can be loud in the wee hours of the morning, and your maintenance requests will not be completed. We did not complain about the roaches during our stay because the front desk staff were absolutely wonderful. However, we realized that once they take your money and you leave, customer service no longer exists even when your stay is over $1200 dollars. Well, at least with the general management team. The general manager was the one who prompted me to leave this review after a potential identity theft incident that I brought up to the motel's attention, so I figured if she can't make us happy by simply being accountable for her actions, (inability to properly follow-up and resolve customer issues). I would follow her instructions and leave a review online instead. I recommend this motel if you're okay with your identity possibly being used to book rooms, roach infestations, loud guests, and no responses to maintenance requests. Also, I recommend that if you have any issues that you address them before you leave because once you check out, you'll have to deal with general management who has no regard for anyone else but themselves and they will make sure to remind you of that too when you bring it up to their attention after the fact.I’m

My 93 year old husband and I spent two nights at Hotel indigo last week and were very pleased with our experience. The room was nicely appointed in the bathroom was spacious though we did have an accessible room. The bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows! Every place in the hotel was very clean, and nicely appointed. We were most impressed with the Front desk staff who were so helpful, courteous, and kind. We want to do a shout out to Susanne, who couldn't have been nicer, as well as professional. The common interest hotel dining room had good food at reasonable prices. The valet parking was a bit pricey, but very convenient and the attendants were also very helpful. Just around the corner on Carondelet Street we discovered the Gallier oyster bar, which had good food at a reasonable price.

Clovia was a wonderful hostess who was very kind hearted. She took very good care of me and my mother in the morning making sure we were good and got everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and the workers at the front desks were nice. Will definitely be back!

My family stayed at this hotel for one night as we were in town for a family event nearby. Check-in and check-out were easy and the staff was friendly. The location was convenient to my family event and it's honestly no far from downtown so a viable option if you don't want to stay in the city.  The hotel is under renovation so if you feel that the noise might bother you, then you may want to look elsewhere. We stayed in room 320, one of the renovated rooms and it was nice and clean. Pretty standard for a renovated HIE room.  As mentioned, we only got ready and slept here so I can really comment on the breakfast and other amenities. We only had one real problem with the room and that was the A/C unit which was horribly loud. We all sleep with a fan on at home so we are actually used to noise when we slept but the banging, etc from this unit was unbearable. I tried to turn it off and it wouldn't - it was so weird. It was really late and I was really tired so I just sucked it up and put in earplugs and eventually dot some sleep.  Overall, it seems like a nice place, but I don't think I could stay again just based on the noise. Hopefully for others it is just an isolated incident with my room. 

Clean and nice room but not all rooms have microwave and fridge. Service could be better. No ice machine or beverage machine but they have ice water in the lobby. It was ok for one night.

Dapatkan sarapan, bufet ditutup kerana covid 19. Bilik bersih dan tetap sejuk walaupun lampu padam. Tiada perkhidmatan yang disediakan semasa kejadian cuaca. Mempunyai penjana yang berfungsi tetapi tidak menyokong lif. Secara keseluruhan saya akan berkunjung lagi, pekerja berbudi bahasa
