Je ne voyage pas souvent, mais cet établissement donnerait envie de le faire. Chambre spacieuse, confortable, parfaitement adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite, literie irréprochable, petit déjeuner servi dans une grande salle à la décoration subtile, produits frais et délicieux, sans oublier le personnel très dévoué et à l'écoute. En été, une piscine et une terrasse doivent rajouter au charme indéniable de cet hôtel parfait en tous points. Je le recommande vivement !!

Quelle déception ! Nous avions réserver une chambre familiale pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, une belle chambre mansardée, climatisé, avec un décor montagne... pour la modique somme de 130 € ! A notre arrivée à 18h30 nous récupérons la clé de notre chambre et à notre grande surprise la chambre n'avait pas été préparé ! Je redescend à l'accueil pour que la personne fasse le nécessaire et elle m'annonce qu'elle est seule et qu'elle ne peut rien faire et qu'elle n'a pas d'autre chambre familiale ! Elle nous propose de récupérer 2 autres chambres séparées. Je demande que les 2 chambres soient côte à côte avec une porte communicante mais ce n”est pas possible ! Elle nous propose de récupérer 2 autres chambres face a face et de laisser les portes des chambres ouvertes avec un couloir entre les 2 !!!! Résultat nous avons du dormir chacun dans une chambre avec un de nos enfants, nous qui pensions passer une nuit tous les 4 ! Quand aux chambres que nous avons eu, la tapisserie se décolle, il y a de la moisissure sur les murs , les moquettes au sol sont sales, le pommeau de douche à moitié cassé.... Pour un hôtel 3 étoiles c'est une honte !! Le parking devant l'hôtel est tout petit, à peine une dizaine de places, parking non fermé, pas de places de parking pour les personnes handicapées ! Hotel sans ascenseur, hôtel qui mériterai quelques travaux de rénovation ! Enfin pour nous ça sera notre première et dernière expérience ! A fuir !

Found Hotel Mont-Brison while looking a place to stop during a road trip, and it positively surprised us despite having already good reviews. The room was a bit on the smaller side, but on the other hand it looked to have been renovated recently and everything was clean and tidy. Bathroom was another positive surprise, and especially as the shower was great, good water pressure and didn't have to wait for hot water. Bed was comfortable as well and gave a good nights sleep. View from the balcony was great, watching towards the mountains over the town. Only minor complaint would be on the staff being a bit pushy and giving an intrusive look of themselves. When arriving to the parking, we got pounced immediately before getting of the bike. Same happened on the same evening when getting some left behind items from the bike.
