Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We were assisted by Kim and Tracy throughout our stay, and they even prepared a special birthday cake. Kim was particularly helpful in helping us check in, as well as book and find nearby locations, such as pharmacies and spas. Huge thanks and much appreciation to Kim for making the stay such an enjoyable and memorable event. The hotel breakfast, tea break and dinner has a good spread of local and international foods. The pool has a great view of the city as well, especially during the sunset. The rooms of the hotel are very clean, and the organic architectural design is rather unique too. Housecleaning is very efficient and effective. Thanks for the great stay!

This hotel is about 100m away from Ben Thanh Market, 5 minutes walk to Saigon Square or Takashimaya. It is clean, almost new and customer service oriented. They offer you tea with snacks while they process your check-in. The staff will then wait for you to finish your tea and bring you go up to your room. They love showing you the rooms, as it gives you “Wow” factors. They gave us free upgrade and the toilet bowl is Japanese style. They will deliver chocolates and good night cards after dinner. They even remember my girlfriend’s birthday and left the birthday cake on the table. 👍👍👍 However, there are “not so good” to mention. They do not have wide range of TV channels. Only news channels. No Sports or other movies channels. The toilet bowl is also very close to the door, making me difficult to open the door at times. They should also not open the gym so early as some guests will throw weights on the floor while doing gym. The sound will wake you up. You also need to pray that it is not raining or you will get wet as their shelter could not prevent you being getting wet from rain. Overall, this is the best hotel by far I stayed in HCM, in terms of cleaniness, friendly & customer service oriented staff and room designs. It’s almost perfect hotel for me. Will I stay here again on my next visit? Yes I will.

Great location next to Ben Thanh Market and within 5 mins walk of Saigon Centre/Saigon Square. Surrounded by many local and international restaurants, 24hr convenience stores, hair wash places, cafes and even a "malaysian" street right behind the hotel with plenty of halal food. Rooms were a good size, and the breakfast/high tea on the rooftop was amazing. Viet, the manager, and his staff were welcoming and had many good recommendations. Will definitely stay again.

Overall the environment is good. Staff is helpful. Breadfast is good too.

The service was amazing! I was checked in by Anna, who greeted us with warm welcome, and the room was ready just right at time so we didn’t wait too long. Also, the Manager, Jennifer, who welcomed us with a surprising bouquet! Since it is our anniversary trip, and the hotel remembered the note, that was really sweet💖 The room was clean and stylish, however, the soundproof wasn’t good enough, so we kept hearing the noise from upstair(floor 11), which made our sleeping quality worse. This is the only part that I wish the hotel can improve.

Fantastic location! Hotel was relatively new and the room was spacious and comfortable. A few tiny service hiccups but the staff rectified things very quickly and sincerely. We had a good dip in the rooftop pool in the sweltering heat. The complimentary tea in the afternoons were great too. This hotel will be my top choice if I return to HCMC.

Excellent hotel with great facilities and a very conventient location! The only issue we had regarding noise from a nearby construction site were solved best by Hannah and Jennifer from the guest relation team. Thanks again for making our stay perfect!

There was a slight issue with bugs/ants crawling in the room, but my mother and aunt said the hotel overall was great and high quality! Customer service was 100% on point! We will be back!

Their services are outstanding comparing to the rest of the hotels. Staffs are super friendly and helpful and they are all smiley!! We love our breakfast there and all my kids and parents sleep very well. It is so convenient to all the tour spots. We will come back for this hotel again. Thank you !!
