Nice hotel close to the AirPort otherwise not close to anything. Staff is friendly but not they lack a bit in service. Not like a five star hotel in my opinion. I was placed at a dirty table and were told to wait. No one took away the former guests dish or cleaned the table. No one except the bell boy (he told me to wait) paid any attention to me. A very affordable hotel that is within walking distance to the airport. I have stayed in this hotel many times. Great if you have an early flight the next day.

New and clean rooms, secured hotel. quite during the night. next to a school so you can hear the student humming in morning which is kinda sweet

This hotel is owned by a wonderful, sweet family! If you need help, they will always help. The hotel is very clean, no insects. The rooms are cleaned. The linen is changed every few days. Thank you for a wonderful holiday! I recommend the hotel. The beach is a 5-minute walk away.

Friendly staff. Good size room. Stayed in room 409. Shower head not ideal position pointing almost 90 degree which is bit annoying. Great location in district 1.

The hotel is located in a good location not far from all major attractions. The staff was responsive. We enjoyed our stay even more after they cleaned the a/c. The 4 minor things i didn't enjoy about my stay are: 1. They gave us only 1 key. I requested an additional key but they refused. I think they should update to key cards in this day and age. 2. A spider made a nest in the bathroom 3. The refrigerator was packed with ice and needed cleaning 4. The furniture was dark and dated.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kin Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. The room isn't too big but its very comfortable and clean. The location is great, it's right within district 1 and everything is easy to get to. I was very comfortable during my whole stay here and would recommend it others.

Wonderful room and view with great service from the hosts! They helped us through every problem we had and were extremely accommodating to our different situations. Will be staying with them again!
