The room was a bit old but well maintained and big by HK standard! The facilities are also enough. Note that the hotel doesn’t provide bottle of water. However, Extra point for the service during the breakfast, the staff was very accommodating to any type of specific request (vegetarian, halal…) but we need to inform them in advance.

Still one of our fave hotels as it is in our old neighbourhood, with great food and amenities nearby. Location is fab as it is near enough to Causeway Bay to walk, and yet on the quieter side. Our room on the 18th floor was a good size, with a view towards Victoria Park. The beds were comfortable, and wifi was strong. Housekeeping was done daily. Filtered water was available from a machine at the end of the corridor. The bathroom was typically HK/China, in that you bathe while standing in the bathtub. There was some wear and tear here eg loose tap handle but that is easily rectified. Lifts can be a tad slow at busy times so factor that in if you are in a hurry.

The is a spot with a brilliant view of Sea and mountains. Won't expect too much for service or facilities in a Youth Hostel. Public kitchen and dining hall are available. Good for team building and family.

The check in was very fast and swift. Cindy was very helpful on K11 watsapp. Location and view was awesome. It was fantastic holiday at k11 and very convenient shopping and food mall just down to B2. I will definitely come back and stay at K11 Artus again.

A True Gem in Hong Kong – Exceptional Stay at Hotel ICON I recently stayed at Hotel ICON in Hong Kong, and it was an experience I’ll never forget. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. I particularly loved the panoramic views of Victoria Harbour – waking up to that stunning sight was a dream come true. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in the room’s design and amenities was impressive. The hotel’s facilities were outstanding. The rooftop pool was a highlight – a serene oasis with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary refreshments. Dining at Hotel ICON was another standout. The breakfast buffet at The Market offered an incredible variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. I also enjoyed the innovative and fresh dishes at Above & Beyond, which paired beautifully with the stunning view. The location was perfect – conveniently close to public transport, shopping, and attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. Hotel ICON truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Their commitment to sustainability, personalized service, and luxurious comfort make this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Hong Kong. I can’t wait to return!
