It is a very nice hotel. The Executive Lounge and the Rooftop Bar are on the highest Floor where you have a fantastic View of the Bosphorus and can enjoy delicious Food. Our Room was very large and very clean. When we arrived there was a Fruit Basket, different Variations of Chocolate and a Bottle of Wine served on our Table even though we don't drink Alcohol i found it very accommodating. The Breakfast is wonderful and there are many different flavors. The Coffee was unfortunately not good so I drank Çay. You can walk 10-15 Minutes and then you will pass various small Cafés, Supermarktes and Restaurants. I recommend this Hotel because it’s worth a Visit !

Everything about rixos tersane hotel is just exceptional. The staff is so polite helpful and welcoming. They made our stay exceptional staying at the hotel was just like a dream. We love how they arranged work shop for the kids for the whole day. i really can not describe how much we loved every minute of our stay in the hotel and how we loved the everyone in the staff espically Mr.Volkan who was really helpful with our stay if we decide to stay again in the hotel it is beacuse of Mr.Volkan, he’s so welcoming thoughtful and kind person thank you very much for your service. And thank you to the lovely amazing wonderful Ms. Kayan and Ms. Shayma thank you for being so kind and wonderful with our baby and the recommendation for kids activities. The property is beautiful and the service was impeccable. Appreciated their focus on safety and comfort. restaurants were terrific and offered different experiences. Spa facilities are exceptional with great service. Definitely recommend the hotel 2000%

Initially, I had to cancel my first booking due to schedule changes. Despite the rooms being non-refundable, the hotel reservation team went above and beyond to assist in rebooking and refunding the total amount. Their helpfulness and kindness were greatly appreciated, and I'd also like to commend the trip.com team for their exceptional support. Our suites were wonderfully comfortable, featuring a balcony and a spa bath, which added to the luxurious experience. We were delighted by the daily chocolates and macaroons that were provided. The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of delicious options, ensuring a great start to each day. As we checked out early, ahead of the Breakfast restaurant opening, they gabe us a small Snack pack- lovely thought! The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, enhancing our stay with their warm hospitality. They also have a good functional gym, however no pool. One suggestion for improvement would be to have some balcony furniture available, even if it's kept inside the suite. Additionally, having bath salts for the spa bath would be a lovely touch for suites, and for safety reasons, handrails are needed for the spa. Located near to Taksim Square. Easy access to metro. During 7 nights of stays they only changed towels 2 times, and full cleaning one time. The bottled water, tea & coffee need to request at the front desk. The room was spacious and view was nice. But the bathroom quite smelly. The front desk said there are construction beside the hotel. You can cook at the room too. They provide all the pan and cooking utensils there. Good for traveller that on a tight budget. So there are good and bad staying here. But i would say overall is ok and bearable.

I usually go to 4 or 5 star hotels so I don't know how this got in there.Superior 3 star at best.It seems well away from the centre and I didn't go to museums as normally the case. The staff were friendly.I was given the junior suite which was quite spacious. I did sleep well.However that's the end of the good news.I was unhappy at the following:- 1 I was not given a wake up call as requested. 2.The cleaner threw away a plastic bag containing fruit I had bought with me. 3 There was a blood stain on the sheet 4The bath towels were about 7feet off the ground. 5The corridor lights went off after a few seconds plunging me in the dark. 6Breakfast was very poor.Inadequate selections. So I was quite pleased to be leaving the hotel.

Неплохой отель. Близко к достопримечательностям. Номер семейный двухкомнатный. Завтрак скромный. Прачечная не понравилась. Даже попросила перестирать, но сильно чище вещи не стали. При выезде вещи оставляли в отеле, по Ка гуляли. А вот с трансфером обратно не помогли. Поздно обратилась. Но и такси вызвать не предложили. На пару ночей - хороший вариант.

Amazing! I am a female sojourner in Istanbul for four days, if you are worried to travel alone this is the place to be! Super nice staff, amazing food (Nobu is famous Japanese cuisine) I tried spa, all restaurant, and the breakfast is superb over 5star (they do provide champagne for breakfast) Bed are huge; showers are great, a bit hiccup for the shower floor flooding but they manage to solve it. For taxi, pls book in advance with concierge so no more hustle from hotel to airport (45mins ride)

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast is very good. The location is great. Walking distance to everything! Starbucks just there too. Everyone is kind and polite. Our room was lovely but toooooo small. Felt like I m on a cruise ship with that size 😅. They upgraded us to Bosporus view. Thank you we r grateful. I would have stayed longer if the room was bigger. We did asked to get bigger room but the price to upgrade was too much. So we moved to another hotel with bigger room. Free access to the spa. Steam bath, sauna, and the hammam but Idon’t know how to use it. There was no soap or scrub to use. Maybe people go there with their own shower stuff? Picture of our view 😊

اقامتي كانت لمدة ٧ ليل وكانت سيئة جدا وبسبب ادارة الفندق بعد كل الشكاوي التي سوف ادونها لم يتعاون ابدا بالرغم من تكرار ترددي لهم لمدة ٣ ايام متتالية اشتكي لهم ولكن دون جدوى وليس لدي اي خيار اخر بسبب تم الدفع مسبقا ولايسترد المبلغ كما يقال سقط الفاس في راس والشركة التي رتبت حجوزاتي من خلالهم ليس لهم ذنب بسبب اخلال الفندق الاتفاق لراحة عملاء . . الغرف سيئة جدا بحيث حتى لايرقى الى مستوى نجمة واحدة والصور تحكم ، بحيث الصور المعروضة للفندق في مواقع الحجوزات غير تماما عن الوقع ، بخيث الواقع غير تماما كما ذكرت لايرقى ابدا الى ٥ نجوم ولايستاهل حتى نجمة واحد كغرف وهذه الملاحظات لو تم اصلاحها من قبل اصحاب الفندق ربما سيرقى الى ٥ نجوم. ملاحظتي هي نقد اتمنى يصل الى ادارة الفندق ليتم اصلاحها فورا من أجل راحة النزيل الذي دفع مبلغ مقابل الحصول على خدمات ٥ نحوم والمحافظة على سمعتهم وسمعه الشركات السياحية التي وثقت من الفندق . الملاحظات : ١- السرير و الفرش عبارة عن بقع داكنه بسبب لم يغير او ينضف منذ انشاء هذا الفندق ولدرجة عند ضربة سترى كمية الغبار الذي يخرج منه وهذا خطير جدا لمن لديهم مشاكل صحية مثل امراض الجلد والربوا . ٢- الفرش قديم جدا جدا جدا وعند تكرار الطلب مع ادارة الفندق حول تبديل الفرش لم يتجابو ، الفرش والاغطية قديمه جدا لدرجة لون الفرش الابيض الباهت كانه مغبر و سترى بعض البقع وايظا غير مكوية كما هو واضح في الصور من اول ليلة غير مرتب تمام كانه لم تنظف الغرفة بين نزيل ونزيل اخر والمخدات مختلف عن الاخر وايظا الاغطية غير مكوية وقديمة والمخدات بها تكتلات يدل عن انها قديمه جدا وغير مريحة . ٣- الدوشق او المرتبة كمة ذكرت عندما كشف عنه الغطاء اندهشت من كمية البقع والاوساخ بسبب قديم وعمره الافتراضي انتهى ربما اكثر من ١٠ سنوات او مستهلك لدرجة تاج التعريف ممتحي وسترى كمية الصوف او الخيوط التي تخرج منه لدرجة الخيط ينقطع بكل سهولة لانه يابس وتكتلات حوالي اسفنج السرير المرتبة اويظا في الاسفب كما هو واضع في الصور . ٤-من الواضح تم تجديد الفندق من ناحية اوراق الحائط والاصباغ ولكن التجديد غير احترافي لفندق ٥ نجوم لانك سترى كانه ترقيع خاصه في الصبغ اختلاف الدرجات كما هو واضح في صورة السقف . ٥- الغرف مطلة على احد الشوارع الرئيسيه وطوال الوقت ستسمع اصوات هرن السيارات وخاصه سوف تنتزق ليلا باصوات الشرطة والاسعاف وهذا بسبب ضعف الشديد لعزل النوافذ . ٦ - الستائر قديمه جدا ولاتعزل الضوء الخارجي بحيث مقاسات الستائر غير مستاوية عند اغلاق من جهة سترى ينفتح من الجهة الاخرى . ٧ -الفندق لغير المدخنين وسترى هنالك لافته داخل الفرفة تحذر من التدخين غرامه مالية ولكن الغريب من الامر الغرفه من قوة رائحة الدخان كانه احد يدخن داخل الغرفة وذلك لسبب انتقال الدخان عبر فتحات التهوية وضعف العزل بين الغرف في مجرى التهويه . ٨ - طبعا فنادق ال٥ نجوم يكون هنالك ملحقات وخدمات داخل الغرف ولكن لم اجدها في الغرفة مثل القهوة وملحقاتها واحذية الحمام ورداء الحمام ومناديل ورقية و الثلاجه خالية تمام من اي خدمات ولايوجد اي مناديل ورقية داخل الغرفة وملحقات اخرى وعند طلب ملحقات القهوة والشاي تم تقديم اكياس القهوة والسكر في اليد بشكل عشوائي يدون الريق لو الكتل او اكواب الى ان تم الطلب مرة اخرى كما هو واضح في الصورة . ٩ -الثلاجة قديمة جدا لدرجة بها ترسبات كما هو واضح في الصورة وبها رائحة نتنه تشبة تعفن الماء بالخشب . ١٠ - دورة المياه لاترقى ابدا حتى الى نجمة واحدة بحيث قديم جدا جدا والسقف متقشر

A very convenient hotel if you need to stay overnight between flights. The airport is within walking distance, literally 3 minutes walk. The rooms are not the first freshness, but everything is very clean!
