It is a clear and tidy hotel with no doubt. However, some of its staff were extremely rude. I went down to ask them if the hotel offered turndown services. The man starred at me then asked, in a highly disrespectful tone, “what do you mean by a turndown service?” Completely shocked that I would encounter such a question at a Nikko hotel, I could not say a word for like ten seconds while that man continued starring at me. How can I reason his behavior if not an intentional embarrassment?

Between the ”resort fee,” additional taxes, and parking, be prepared to pay and additional $55 / night than what's listed.
Not much going at the hotel other than an overpriced but well-decorated restaurant / bar on the first floor and a medium-sized gym. Not much within walking distance. It's on the bay, but the views or walking areas around the bay are not good.
Overall, we felt this was not a good value, and could have paid a lot less while being at least as comfortable at a three-star hotel.

Beautiful old hotel right in downtown Financial District area. Lots of downtown shopping, stores, high end fashion and general stores. Hotel breakfast available for purchase was delicious but pricey. Lunch options would be great. Front desk and concierge were both friendly. Microwave and colder fridge/ better air circulation in room would have been nice.

Was here for holiday, chose this location as heard it is one of the safer areas. It was too bad, just that opposite the park there are quite of bit of homeless people sleeping.
Location was alright, was accessible to Fisherman wharf, Golden Gate (took Lyft all the way). Around $10 to $25 per trip.
Service was quite good, the staff was friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning staff was cheerful and greeted everyone.
However for the room, it was not the best, not what i would expect of Hilton having frequent the brand in other countries. Unlucky as got one of the un-renovated rooms. Room was outdated. The shower is a one way, so you can't control the flow of the water. There isn't even a sink stopper to fill the tub. Overall because of the room, wasn't the best for me.

舊金山瑞吉可以説是當地酒店天花板級別了，也是美國住過的最頂級的酒店之一了，地段絕佳，酒店隔壁就是SFMoMA，離Union Square購物街基本也就步行5-7分鐘。酒店整體規模不大，但服務，硬件，設施都非常精緻細膩。雖然和國內的瑞吉酒店品質相差甚遠，但在美國不能以國內的標準來評判，極力推薦！

I want to share my recent experience at this hotel, which I regretfully cannot recommend. The hotel has an attractive location but is marred by a lack of basic amenities and poor customer service. During our six-night stay, we discovered on the second morning that there was no hot water. We informed the receptionist, Andy, but were met with a dismissive and rude attitude. We were informed that there would be no hot water for the rest of the day, and this lack of basic amenities was for a total of three days of the six days of our stay. Please note that according to California Civil Code §1940.2, it is the responsibility of the hotel to provide and maintain hot and cold running water for guests. To make matters worse, when we requested to check out early due to this issue, we were offered no refunds as our stay was prepaid on expedia. Expedia told us that the property was to decide while the property said it was expedia.. As I am a hotelier myself, I know it is the hotel’s call in the end. We were offered a shower facility in a separate building which was very inconvenient as we had to walk out of our building and take elevators to get there.. This was not a suitable alternative to the basic amenity that we had paid for. To add insult to injury, at time of check out, Andy offered us only $80 as a refund on a reservation worth over $1500, what a humiliating act, we could not believe it! Better not to offer anything, because really it is a shame to offer this to people.. We were one of the many customers to complain, and we saw that the receptionists had no sympathy towards anyone.. Yes, all businesses are there to make money, but not like this. What they did is close to stealing from someone! I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers, and I will continue to write on other platforms to warn people..

3.服務：酒店前台服務中規中矩，門僮服務態度不錯
4.周邊：酒店在坡上，離CHINATOWN兩條馬路，從酒店到漁人碼頭一路步行，剛好可以把景點都逛了；
5.餐飲：除中式餐，周邊墨西哥餐還可以，一份足夠兩人實用；
6.安全：在漁人碼頭不遠，有遇到流浪漢，遠遠看到立即躲開，其他地方沒有遇到，晚上不敢出去，所以不清楚晚上是否有流浪漢出沒；
7.交通：鐺鐺車、小火車都很方便，華為手機和中國號碼（漫遊）受限較多，Google地圖使用非常不便，Uber使用受限，出租車對人民幣計費來説，太貴了；
8.是否排華：普通民眾面上還是比較友善的、很熱心，也很有禮貌，沒有遇到排華的那種極端人士；
9.旅遊感受：不擁擠，居住民生活比較悠閑，運動裝流行，人均鯊魚褲，山城，出門爬坡下坡頻繁，日均2萬步以上.

NNancy XIt's a hotel with some proud history. They've arranged a corridor to introduce their past and the hotel is elegantly decorated. There's some sort of package that I've paid for at trip.com. that I didn't really know about and they've given me 20 dollar allowance to use for the hotel food because of this. The room is clean, and basically you could use the lift by yourself because it requires you to enter your floor number before you get in the specific lift. The hotel is right in front of the union square so you're accesible to many stuff. I've talked to some guests at the breakfast place and some of them have come here many times. I think I would come again some time, if SF city has less homeless and become cleaner, like it used to be.

PPengguna TetamuGreat stay with a great in-house Indian chef at their restaurant. Food was excellent. Not a grandiose property but was excellent for a base for day trip around San Francisco and walking out in the city. Staff was excellent. Only minor quip would be that I supposedly got a 2 level upgrade on my room. However, the view of the room was horrible and on a relatively low floor. I guess you need a ”20 level” upgrade to get a nice room. That said, having booking through Amex FHR and having those benefits, it made the stay nice.

PPengguna TetamuAmenities are really lacking - the room lacked basic items, including no free water in the room, no slippers, only one dressing gown (despite being booked for two people). Temperature controls were inconsistent. The lighting was either on or off - no way to turn off just a few.
Service was predominately pretty poor - staff were grumpy and aloof from our arrival onwards. But Sammie was fantastic - when we encountered an issue with the heating in our original room she was super accommodating and friendly.
Redeeming qualities - the room was really clean, housekeeping were great, the view from the roof was great, and the location was walking distance from so many places (MOMA, Union Square, Oracle Stadium, Chase Stadium, Pier 33 for Alcatraz, ferry building etc) as well as good food options.

Room is clean. Only thing that needs to be upgraded is coffee machine which is bit outdated.
Food & beverage on main lobby is good and affordable, had a pepperoni pizza which was so good.
Would book again when in SF

We stayed one night only to attend a concert at 'The Warfield', a venue next door. The neighborhood is a bit rough but the hotel is just next door to where we needed to go and it was the best option we found. The hotel itself is quite nice, modern, clean. No complaints. We stayed in the King Room with Skyline view. It had everything we needed. A fully stocked mini bar, some snacks. The shower was frankly my favorite thing about the room. We ordered burgers and a breakfast in bed and the food was fairly good. The only thing I didn't like was the mattress, it had a dent on my side of the bed and was a bit uncomfortable to sleep in. Besides that, we never heard any noise from outside. It was a Wednesday so I don't know if it's loud on the weekends. Overall was a good stay, great option if you're going to the Warfield. We left the car with the Valet, it was a bit expensive but again, easiest option. They take and bring your car when you need it. We didn't have to wait too long. As for walking around the neighborhood, like I said, it's a bit rough. So use common sense.

PPengguna TetamuArrived from uk 25Dec for 3 nights with our teenage daughter Room was a very good size and comfortable but without a view . However a roof terrace o. 16th floor to see the city from .Breakfast area was spacious and adequate for what you would expect in North America. The only thing that let it down is the area .but its also a good point 3 min walk to Westfield shopping and the tram to fishermans wharf . 5 min walk to union square .As other reviews say a large homeless population in this area we never felt unsafe walking to / from. The hotel but were aware and alert whist walking .saying that we walked all the way to the amtrak bus stop on mission st with our cases no problem at all after check out . So somebody who is visiting this area who hasn't seen a downtown are of a US city may be a little uneasy . Its a sad part of life and outside the control of the hotel so all in all a good stay
