Check out time all around the world is 11:30 to 12:00 latest. I gave them room 11:44 and they still charged me for half day😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
I will not go back to that FKN hotel again and tell my friends and put in my Instagram too.
I travel 200 days out of 365 days with my wife and I use trip.com

The hotel’s breakfast and dinner are ok, but because of the hotel’s location, it takes about 10-15 minutes by car to go to the city. 10 sol.
The hotel is facing the lake view, you can see the beautiful lake view when you get up early in the morning

The hotel is in a very good location, with many restaurants and travel agencies nearby. It is on the side street of the main street and is relatively quiet. There is an elevator, it is clean and tidy, there is bottled water in the room, and the front desk service attitude is good. Breakfast starts early and eggs can be ordered

Não gostamos também do fato da gerente do hotel tomar café da manhã com os filhos/família no salão. No último dia em que ficamos no hotel, havia somente uma funcionária (tadinha, super querida) pra dar conta de tudo; um abuso...

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a quiet street close to the main square and main streets too, just about 5-6 minutes walk. Very impressed by the excellent services of their staff, especially Jimena, who can speak fluent English and was so helpful to make calls for me to my guides upon my requests. I stayed there for two nights. And one very accommodating thing was that they had tea bags, coffee, hot water and cups ready in each floor of the hotel so everybody didn't need to go down stairs to get some hot drinks and simply walked out the room a little to get access to drinks whenever needed. So convenient and I was deeply impressed !! Details make differences and I think the hotel is doing excellent in this. The breakfast was quite nice too with many kinds of fresh fruits, and strong wifi and hot shower in room !! The price was absolutely at perfect value. Highly recommended !!

GGuest UserThe man at the front desk was extremely kind. Everyone else was also kind. When I asked for a taxi to the bus terminal at night but couldn't get one, they sent me a taxi instead. I'm grateful.
I think it would be more comfortable if they could improve the bathroom's facilities to remove moisture. I'm satisfied. Thank you.
