Hotel dengan Wifi di Kobe

"Saya bertukar ke hotel ini pada saat-saat akhir kerana lokasinya yang selesa. Tanpa diduga, ia benar-benar melebihi jangkaan saya! Beberapa kejutan: Lokasinya lebih mudah daripada yang saya bayangkan. Banyak kedai terkenal berada dalam jarak 5 minit berjalan kaki, apatah lagi kereta bawah tanah, yang terletak di tingkat bawah. Sangat mudah untuk ke Kyoto keesokan harinya; Wanita di meja depan memberi saya hotel bertingkat tinggi. Pemandangannya bagus. Saya melihat matahari terbenam ketika saya mendaftar masuk. Tidak perlu pergi ke Gunung Rokko. Ia juga sangat tenang dan kalis bunyi, tidak ada bunyi sama sekali pada waktu malam; Kemudahan bilik adalah sangat baru dan pintar. "Hotel is just off chinatown in a quiet street. Rooms are clean and comfy. No view. Simple hotel with no frills. Near to motomachi station. 5 mins walk to merikan park, harbour etc. great to explore Kobe as a base. Recommended."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and always willing to help with any request. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my stay. The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more memorable. The food was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay."

"The “sea view” was very disappointing and honestly not what I expected at all when booking this room. What made the experience worse was the pricing issue. After my booking became non-refundable, the hotel price dropped by around 30%, which was shocking. I’ve never had this happen before. The explanation that the lower price was a different non-refundable rate doesn’t fully justify such a big drop. On top of that, trip.com customer service only gave me an update after I followed up four times, which was frustrating. Check-in was also a poor experience. We arrived around 9pm with a child, and there was no staff at the ground floor to help with luggage at all, even though the reception is on the 17th floor. After check-in, there was again no assistance with luggage, which was very inconvenient when travelling with a child. Despite my booking clearly stating one adult and one child, there were no kids’ amenities provided, not even a child’s toothbrush."

"This place is awesome!! I can feel that a lot of thought has been put in when they came up with services/things the hotel guests might like to have eg extensively long hrs for public bath, free ramen for supper, free icecream after bath, free yakult kinda drink for morning, massage chair, manga comic books to read, free dessert and water in fridge in room ….and the hotel is close to merikan park as well as train station! Absolutely loved my stay!"

"Title: Squeaky Clean and Good Storage, But Be Aware of Strict Cashless Fees and Missing Essentials Review: I recently stayed at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kobe Sannomiya. While the hardware of the hotel is good, certain policies and service gaps significantly impacted the comfort of my stay. On the positive side, the hygiene standards here are excellent. The room was spotless and very modern, which is always the most critical factor for me when traveling. I also want to express my appreciation for the luggage keeping arrangement. Being able to store my bags securely and easily both before check-in and after check-out was a huge help, allowing me to explore Kobe freely without the burden of heavy luggage. However, international travelers need to be aware of a major caveat: this is a strictly ”cashless” hotel. I attempted to pay with cash to avoid bank fees, but was refused. I was forced to use my VISA card, which meant I was hit with foreign transaction and exchange fees that amounted to roughly an extra 5% cost on my trip. I found this policy very rigid and frustrating for guests who prefer using cash. Furthermore, the in-room amenities and service were disappointing. Guests should know that the rooms are completely bare of essentials—there are no razors, toothbrushes, or toothpaste provided in the room. Realizing this late at night caused unnecessary trouble. Additionally, the housekeeping service lacked attention to detail; even though my Yukata (sleepwear) was clearly used and left out to be changed, the staff did not replace it with a fresh one. Overall, Sotetsu Fresa Inn offers a very clean environment, but the lack of basic in-room amenities and the strict payment policy make it difficult for me to fully recommend it to travelers trying to manage their budget and convenience."

":) Location was awesome - within short walking distance to train station. Love the ice cream provided by the hotel. The front desk staff are polite and helpful :( The pillow is too hard for me. Amenities didn't include cleanser and milk lotion."

"One of the best experiences in my life. The view from the windows is incredible. Kaiseki dinner was awesome (requires booking in advance, though). Modern yet real onsen. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The only problem: bad private bath condition. But nothing critical."

"This is a great family-friendly hotel, featuring both indoor and outdoor playgrounds that are perfect for kids. The breakfast is good and offers a satisfying start to the day. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Meriken Park, making it ideal for a relaxing stroll or sightseeing. It also provides a shuttle service to and from Sannomiya. Do note that the pick-up and drop-off points are at different locations, and the shuttle bus departs punctually. The room is spacious, which adds to the overall comfort of the stay."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view, which made the experience very comfortable. However, I was disappointed that the swimming facilities required an additional charge. The entrance to the lobby was also quite hard to find from the station. Still, a decent stay overall."
