Great stay at this very well located Premier Inn. Easy to get to. Ample hotel parking for £6/24hrs. Great town centre location for pubs and eateries. Room was spotless. Breakfast very good. Then there were the staff ...can I give the staff a 6* rating please? Absolutely brilliant. Thank you all

The hotel was easy to find and had adequate parking if you include the overspill just opposite. The window in our first room didn't close and we were bothered by the beeping of the pedestrian crossing outside. However having mentioned this to the young lady at reception we were quickly moved and given a glass of wine each. Later I asked for a phone charger and a different member of staff kindly lent me hers. It is little touches like this that really make a hotel. The room facilities were fine, as expected from a Premier Inn. Only 4 stars though as a lot of the menu was unavailable.

This is a town centre hotel with parking, good in itself, the staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was spacious and airy and comfortable and overall, for a town centre location, it was quiet. Food good if not somewhat typical of a hotel menu. Ideally situated on the quay side and for exploring the local attractions.

I've stayed twice at this hotel this year. The space is what you'd expect from a Premier Inn and the bed comfortable, plenty of breakfast options. The staff makes this place lovely though - friendly, welcoming, helpful, kind. Will likely stay here again if I need to be in the area again for business.

Have been to this hotel many, many times over the past few years and have never been let down by the amazing staff and service they constantly provide. By far; Maisie, Jack and Hayden have always been so welcoming and friendly whenever we’re staying and always supported any troubles we’ve had (if any.) throughout the stay. Always guaranteed a good breakfast and clean, fresh room whenever you book in especially for the price.

We stayed here for my birthday the staff where so friendly the place was lovely and clean the room was lovely food was lovely .the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and for my birthday thankyou Ipswich quayside . definitely be coming back again

Excellent service especially from Ellie, Marnie, Belle and Jack. Nothing was too much trouble and they really looked after us. After arriving late, we were greeted at reception and offered a hot drink. Breakfast was lovely as always in Premier Inn. Thank you all.

The staff especially Haden and Jack, really go the extra mile to ensure your stay is as good as it can be! Offering local layout of the land, and sorting parking while being booked in. Being in the restaurant, offering fast service with hot food! Great attentive service, would recommend.
