Hotel Perniagaan di Istanbul

We stay in Crowne for 2 night. We arrived a little bit early and the lady let us checked in slightly early and they even upgraded our room ( we are very lucky). They have lots of option for breakfast. The tram station is 5 minutes walk. You can get around the city with tram. We will come back to Crowne after our Konya and Cappadocia trip. It's definitely worth it to stay in this hotel.

The room is bigger and very clean, the bed is also very comfortable. 5 minutes walk distance from the Sabiha Airport. The hotel is perfect for those who have flights in the earlier morning. The room service and reception staff were excellent.

Location: a bit far from the centre. You need to take taxi to go to the hotel, and also to go out from the hotel. Service: the food from the room service is very delicious and also affordable than most of the restaurants. You need to try it! It also has an indoor pool which is nice. The food for breakfast was decent like all other turkish hotels.

Tek kelime ile muhteşem bir otel. Çalışanlarının güleryüzlü hizmeti otel içi imkanları muhteşem. Resepsiyonun güleryüzlü oluşu ve hızlı aksiyon alması, restoranın muhteşem yemekleri, odaların temizliği tek kelime ile harika. Yanında Avm ve tramvay olması artısı. Tüm lokasyonlara yakın. The location is very good. Not too far from main tourism location (Sultanahmet area). Pazartekke Tram Station is right in front of this hotel, so if you prefer public transport within Istanbul or to go to airport / bus station, this might make your trip much easier. Room is spacious, completed with kettle and daily complimentary bottled water, tea bags and coffee, and also iron and ironing board. My bathroom has a bathtub (although I only used it for shower). Breakfast is superb. The only thing I might complain is that the breakfast hall should be bigger for 5 star hotel, as (in my observation) it felt so crowded and cramped when almost all guests come for breakfast in the main breakfast time (between 8 and 9 am).

All the staff were wonderful, helpful and always had a smile. The staff in the restaurant on Level 1 were extremely helpful and assisted me to collect my food and drinks as I use a walking stick. The quality of the food provided was first class my compliments to the chefs. The staff at the bar in the Lobby were so caring and always served me with a smile despite how busy they were. The Housekeeping staff did a wonderful job, my room was always spotless. The staff at Reception were always pleasant, informative and helpful. I witnessed them manage a very difficult situation one night with great diplomacy and patience. Despite my not knowing how to speak Turkish everyone went above and beyond to help me.

Excellent stay in 5 star favorite hotel in Istanbul. Very luxury hotel and great value. We stayed with our big family and we satisfied with our experience. For business meeting you certainly choose the best hotel in Istanbul

Amazing hotel, i was staying on 15th floor, with Bosporus straight fabulous view, for you guys never came to istanbul before, you better try this hotel.... location is quite strategic, in term of elevation is able to see 360° specially from top pool floor, it is also nearby istiklel street where always alot of people shopping and walking around, near by taksim square, you just could go on foot, metro station is 450m to Sishane, and ready to go everywhere istanbul place, trem bit far but fine, full complete amenities, free and payable, receptionist officer was really nice on arrival i forgot the name, and check out office Bro Muhamet was really nice as well, for me, I m sure i will stay this hotel again but i will search for cheaper price from other agent. Bravoooo...

Breakfast buffet is worth attending. It's quite obvious that much care and attention is devoted to presentation and the food taste good. The morning staff is kind and works diligently to keep the area clean. Dinner menu (picture) show stir fry vegetables, but we were served over cooked boiled vegetables. The waitress confirmed that the picture(s) do not always match. Also the restaurant did not have many of items shown on the menu. Frankly, the place should consider offering daily breakfast and close thereafter. The exercise area is located in a hard to reach remote part of the hotel. A staff member had to take us there. The area is a total turn off and no doubt has not been utilized in years. Forget the gymnasium and take a walk Last, the hotel staff volunteered little or no information unless you asked them. They could use more customer care training. Overall our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel lobby and overall appearance is satisfactory. A nice hotel for a very short 2 - 3 day stay.

Unable to contact the front desk via phone. Saturday night, there was a wedding reception on the rooftop,very loud music until 11:45pm which is acceptable but I don’t expect that. Front desk staffs are helpful , providing good suggestions for sightseeing, really appreciated. So overall this hotel is still good!
