Hotel berhampiran Gürsel Mahallesi Merkez Camii, Istanbul

I had a great time here. The manager Ahmet and the employee Emre are very friendly that I may not forget them. I have no problem communicating with them as they speak english well. First of all, the checkin process is smooth. Initially they gave me a room in smoking floor. Upon my request, they have changed me to a non smoking floor. In Istanbul, the temperatures during nights are lower and almost everyone smoke. That may be the reason for the hotel to maintain different floors for people who doesn't smoke. I liked it. The room is maintained clean and well ventilated. I have attached a a few pics showing all the amenities you get. The housekeeping was done everyday. When it comes to breakfast. As I am on budget, hotel breakfast is the main thing I wait for. The unlimited breakfast is awesome. I am also attaching a few pics of same. Overall, I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. And I have also stayed in an another 4 star hotel in the city. When I compare to the 4 star hotel, I liked my stay at this 3 star hotel. Thank you guys.

PEtit déjeuner bien garni Personnel petit déjeuné souriant et sympathique Bilal et son collègue d'accueil son sympas , nous ont conseillé des sorties à Istanbul Chambre spacieuse et bien nettoyée et entretenu à chaque fois Le personnel professionnels et souriants. Par contre l'hote d'accueil Zafer n'est pas respectueux et impoli. Seul point négatif de notre séjour, il nous a embêté avec des fois , appels dans la chambre sans dire bonjour, se présente devant la chambre sans dire bonjour et son discours arrogant voire méprisant des clients Isolation sonore pas très bonne : on entend les voisins passé comme ils sont avec nous dans la chambre et leurs musique retenti tard le soir : notre sommeil est profond mais ça peut embêter des personnes dont le sommeil est léger

‎أود أن أسرد لكم عن الأحداث المؤسفة التي تعرضت لها أنا و زوجي أثناء قضاءنا أجازه شهر العسل الخاصة بنا في تركيا ‎حجزنا من تطبيق اسمه otelz فى فندق ”Ramada Hotel & Suites By WYNDHAM” الذي من المفترض بأنه فندق كبير و له إسم في الفنادق الكبرى الآمنة في تركيا ‎حينما وصلنا للفندق طلبوا منا دفع نقود زائدة عن المبلغ المطلوب الذي تم سداده بالفعل من خلال التطبيق لأننا عملاء أجانب حتى تفاوضنا على خفض المبلغ ليصبح ٥٠٠ ليرا تركي عن كل ليله و مع الأسف لا نعلم أي فندق آخر فالمنطقة و خاصة أننا كنا في حالة تعب شديد من السفر وكنا نريد أن نقضي وقت سعيد في أجازه شهر العسل فأضطررنا لدفع المبلغ و إستلمنا الغرفة ‎فاليوم الثالث في إقامتنا قمنا بالتنزه من الصباح الباكر و عدنا الساعه 10 مساء و وجدنا أن الغرفه لم يتم تنظيفها لأننا لم نقم بالضغط على زر التنظيف الذي يتواجد بجانب باب الغرفه. ‎قمت في هذه الأثناء بفتح شنطتي الخاصه التي كانت متواجدة فالغرفه و لاخد خاتم الزواج الخاص بي المصنوع من الألماظ الذي يتجاوز سعرهم الآن لأكثر من 100 الف جنيه مصري أي حوالي ٦٠٠٠ دولار أمريكي و محفوظين في محفظه خاصه لهم داخل الحقيبة الخاصه بي قد سرقوا مع العلم بأنهم كانوا متواجدين الليله الماضيه في نفس المكان داخل حقيبتي و هذا يعنى ان من قام بدخول الغرفه نفس اليوم هو من سرقها. ‎أصبت بحالة صدمه و إنهيار شديدة و توجهنا مباشرة إلى قسم الإستقبال الخاص بالفندق لتقديم شكوى رسمية و لكن لم يتم التعامل معنا بالشكل الإحترافي و قد أبلغنا بأننا يجب علينا الإنتظار للغد حتى يتواجد المدير !!! و طلبنا أيضا منهم بأن يكشفوا و رؤية تسجيل الكاميرا في الفندق و لكن رفضوا لنفس السبب و قالوا لنا اننا بأمكانا ان نرى الكاميرا فى وجود المدير فقط. ‎بعد مرور يوم من الأحداث المؤسفه في وجود المدير لم يوافقوا مرة أخرى على كشف و رؤية تسجيل الكاميرا في الفندق. ‎توجهنا إلى الشرطة بسبب سلبية تعامل الفندق مع هذه السرقة و عدم مساعدتهم لنا و لكن طلبوا منا الحضور غدا لشرطه السياحه و سوف يوفروا لنا مترجم عربى ‎توجهنا فاليوم التالي إلى الشرطة منذ الصباح الباكر و كان اول ايام العيد لنتفاجأ بإن لا يوجد شرطه سياحه و لا يوجد مترجميين فقط إثنين ظباط من الشرطة لا يتكلمون الانجليزيه و كانت الوسيله الوحيده للتواصل معهم هي إستخدام تطبيقات الترجمة لأكثر من 3 ساعات ‎تواصلنا مع السفارة المصريه في تركيا للمساعدة لكن للأسف لم يتعاملوا مع الموقف و كانوا في منتهى السلبية بعذر أننا في أجازه عيد و لا يستطيعوا تقديم أي شكل من أشكال الدعم و المساعدة ‎تواصلنا مع الجالة المصريه في تركيا و بالفعل تواصل معنا أحد افراد الجالية المصريه و كان يسكن بعيد عنا فأحضر لنا مواطن من سوريا يفهم اللغة التركيه و ساعدنا في تقديم بلاغ رسمي فالشرطه التركيه مكتوب باللغه التركية به كل تفاصيل الأحداث التي تمت بالفندق التي تم ذكرها. ‎بعتذرعن طول الكتابة في سرد هذه الواقعه المؤسفه التي حدثت لي و لزوجي و هي بالفعل من أسوء الأوقات التي واجهتها في حياتي و التي من المفترض أن تكون اسعد الأوقات ‎حتى الآن لم يتم حل الأزمة و لم تقم إدارة الفندق بالتواصل معنا و عدم مهنيتهم في حل الأزمه و تعاملهم في الحدث بمنتهى السلبيه و الإستخفاف. Personel sicakkanliydi ve her konuda yardimci olmak icin elinden geleni yapti. Özellikle resepsiyondaki personel oldukça ilgili ve misafirperver. Konum olarak birazcik arka ve ara sokaklarda ve bayir inip cikmaniz gerekiyor. Sisli meydana 10-12dk yurume mesafesinde. 15-20dk icinde de osmanbeye ulasabilirsiniz. Metro kullanmak isterseniz ortalama 15dk yurumeniz gerekiyor.

The staff are serving only if you pay baghshesh, so no pay no basic services Also the hotel charge for your child! Happened with me personally I had no option but to pay extra 200 € at the reception. And I witnessed another family had the same issue. As the receptionist neither allowed their child ( which was already booked for) neither cancelled there booing, the receptionist argued that it’s not there problem but it’s the website issue.I do not recommend this hotel, as you can’t trust them while there are much more options around

Hi ... I stayed with my family in Istanbul at Noble pangalti for 10 nights. The hotel is newly opened, everything was very clean and shiny. Sheets ,towels and duvet all brand new . I give the hotel 5 of 5 with everything nay be the only thing that I didn't like was the pillows, it wasn't very comfortable. For the people working there ( receptionists , housekeepers ) I definitely give them a rating 10 of 5 specialy Ali , however all of them were very polite, very helpful and very friendly additionally the gentlemen in the reception were all speaking English well. I very highly recommend the hotel, and as a usual visitor to Istanbul this hotel is a piece of mind for my coming trips.

It is a nice hotel which is in a good location. Taksim Square is a ten minute walk away. The room facilities are not up to date and a bit old, but it is a Piece of History and shows us how the Style of the 50s and 60s were. I find that again totally fascinating because for those Hotel Guests at the Time it was one of the most modern Hotels. So you can see the Change of Time. Most importantly, it was very clean and spacious. You have to see the Guest Toilet in the Lobby.There you can put yourself in the Time as the Ladies have styled themselves in the carpeted vestibule (today's time unthinkable) When you see how many and which Celebrities were in this Hilton Hotel then you are proud to be a part of this!!! It is currently being renovated and should be ready by 2025. I hope they find a good mix between the old and modern way!!!

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

We enjoyed our stay at the Conrad Bosphorus. Beds were very comfortable and we had very good sleep. Amenities are good, toiletries by Byredo. Very good breakfast spread. While the location offers amazing views of the Bosphorus Strait, we found it quite difficult to get a taxi in this location. Otherwise no major complaints.

Perfect stay in central of istanbul. Walking distance to Taksim and Galata Tower. Sishane metro and Tophane tram station are also nearby. Room was clean. The only thing we need maybe an electric kettle inside the room to make tea and coffee. And also more variety in the breakfast
