Hotel dengan Khidmat Ambil/Hantar di Istanbul

This property gave us good staying experience having all the promised amenities and well served. On the problem is many service staff do not understand English which is not something bad but still. Regarding the location of property i was but disappointed because this is very much in the outskirts of the Istanbul city, and when the city itself is a attraction and you live beyond doesn't make any sense and you have to travel 25 to 30 kilometres every day to get to your visiting spots. Otherwise they do give a five star service as they pretend to.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels around the world but this is on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. The location is great, the room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Especially Mustafa Emrah, he deserves to be the best employee of the year. He went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Exceptional service! Thank you so so much! I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Istanbul. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

Definitely I will come here again for my next visit to Türkiye, it’s close to Taksim square and many foods surrounding. Can easily get taxi, buses and metro. The room is so huge, with living room and kitchen :) The room is clean and the hotel staffs are so nice, very helpful :) Thank you 🙏🏽

Nice place near to the airport and five minutes to the main market also nice view from the rooms. Respectful and quick response staff. High recommended. The picture is the view from the room at night.

Pertama sekali, ia adalah tempat yang sangat bersih. Mereka mempunyai Netflix, YouTube dan kebanyakannya di televisyen mereka. Saya dan rakan saya menyukainya. Jika kami datang lagi, ini adalah tempat pertama kami akan menginap. Anda boleh tinggal tanpa sebarang keraguan.

İmpera otel, gece hayatı ve eğlencenin ortasında olmasına rağmen, çok güvenli ve sakin bir sokakta. Kahvaltı sunumları çok hoş, personel ilgili ve nazik. Bölgeyle ilgili güzel tavsiyeler alabilirsiniz. Muazzam bir şarap seçeneğine sahip, iyi pizza ve iyi makarnalar ile hazırlanmış menüleri var. Taksim karmaşasından uzak durmak isterseniz şiddetle tavsiye ederim. Ben bir standart odada kaldım, çok şık mimari dokunuşları olan şehir oteli, binanın tamamında büyük bir emek ve vizyon var, odalar büyük diyemem fakat kullanışlı. Kaldığım odada manzara yoktu, bunun bir eksikliğini hissetmedim, sonuçta sırf manzara için farklı otellere fahiş fiyatlar ödemek istemedim.

Myself and partner stayed for 4 nights. Before arrival, I received regular emails from the hotel and they told me they would be giving us a lovely room as I informed them it was our anniversary and we are excited to visit Istanbul. We arrived at the hotel quite later than expected due to our flights getting delayed. We were shown to our room and it looked nice, but I must admit I was expecting more. But it was clean and the view outside was beautiful. We could see all the landmarks and a lovely view of the Bosphorus. We went out to explore and came back to the hotel around 10 pm. We decided to have a drink in the lobby. The lady instructed us we must pay cash for our drinks. This seemed odd, but we paid in cash. When we took our drinks and sat down within 5 minutes later a couple paid for their wine, and the same lady had the card machine to take card payment. I called her over and she seemed reluctant to acknowledge me. After my persistence, she asked how could she help me. I asked why we were forced to pay in cash and those guests had just paid with a card. She walked away and the manager came over. I told him we were guests at their hotel and what had happened. He explained the machine wasn’t working when we wanted to pay, but it is working now so if we wanted to we can now pay by card. We didn’t bother to do this as I wanted to understand the reason. It did seem they wanted cash payment in case we did a runner…also strange how the machine suddenly worked 5 minutes later. It did annoy and upset us both as we didn’t believe the explanation. When we went up to our hotel room we noticed a bad smell. We didn’t notice this earlier, but my partner described it like a perm solution (Not pleasant at all). In the morning we called reception. Housekeeping came up and they were unable to speak English. They went into the bathroom and filled up the air spray dispenser. I called reception and was baffled that this was the fix. I explained that there is clearly a more underlying issue and that masking the smell will help, but not resolve the issue. The next day reception was very helpful and they moved us to a nicer room with a better view. However, no air freshener in the bathroom so this is not consistent in all rooms. This makes me think we were deliberately given a bad room, despite their promise of a lovely room for our anniversary. There were lots of positives though. Some of the staff are very polite and helpful. (not all of them. We found some to be quite rude to us) The staff on the front desk were always so friendly and nice. The staff during breakfast were also very friendly. Although they don’t all speak English I had some difficulties determining if there was meat in a specific food item. So if you have allergies there could be a slight risk here. Something I think the hotel needs to resolve. But the food during breakfast was fantastic. So many options and the food was always varied and fresh. The hotel itself

24시간 데스크라더니 항공편 지연으로 오후 11시 넘어서 체크인 했는데도 데스크에 사람이 있었어요. 밤에는 사람이 거의 지나다니지 않는 곳에 위치해 있으니 여성 분들께서는 밤에 나가지 마세요. 바로 맞은편에 도미노 피자가 있어요. 숙소는 깨끗하고 이스탄불에서 머문 숙소 중 가장 넓었어요. 화장실도 호스 샤워기가 아니라 해바라기 형태의 샤워기라는 것만 빼면 좋았어요. 방 안에는 500ml 물 2병이 있었네요. 방음은 잘 안돼요. 다만 공항 버스 정류장이 생각보단 멀어요. 캐리어 끌고 가기엔 여름이라 날도 너무 덥고... Moovit에선 이상한 주유소 앞이 정류장이라고 하는데 그거 믿지 마세요. 구글맵에 나오는대로 BIM 슈퍼마켓 앞이 정류장이니 헷갈리지 말고 찾으셔요.

I am upset because after 4 days staying there...while check-out they were trying to get money from me for 4 bottles of wine,which i even didnt see in mini bar! It was Ramadan. That spoiled my trip in Istanbul. Most probaby the staff of Konak hotel are strealing. Very bad experience. Never go there again.

Very professional driver. Mr Mehmet who was in contact with me prior to landing and patiently waiting for my arrival after clearing customs. The front desk staff, Kader is very pleasant. Check in is fast and the message prior to my arrival was reassuring. The hotel is near the airport and I would recommend it for a layover. It is clean and the staff even leave complimentary snacks and water. Thank you for the hospitality, diligent staff: housekeeping, front desk and driver for shuttle.
