I don't know why it has so many good reviews! I stayed there on a whim for three days. Location and transportation: It's quite remote, on a hillside, and you need a taxi to get everywhere. The hotel has a shuttle, but it's infrequent (see picture). Cleanliness: The hotel is new and the cleaning is good. However, I stayed in three rooms, and one of the king-size rooms on the fourth floor had a lot of stains on the coffee table and carpet. Service: Honestly, the service was pretty much nonexistent. The front desk staff was mostly men, and check-in was very routine. Unless you ask, they wouldn't explain much. On the first day, I booked a one-bedroom apartment, but was given a studio or twin beds? I had to go to the front desk to change rooms. Room amenities: This is the biggest complaint! The room is completely soundproof. I could hear the knocks on the door and the voices of the people next door clearly. People were singing, chatting, and drinking until 3 or 4 o'clock in the morning. I called the front desk at 2 o'clock to contact them, but it was completely useless. I felt like I had been partying all night in my bed. Absolutely terrible! Choose carefully.

Other than that, the breakfast was very basic, with only two kinds of bread, French fries, milk and juice, and not even eggs. I should have skipped the breakfast and saved more than 200 yuan. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel entrance.

Very good, convenient transportation, only 500 meters away from the nearest M7 subway entrance. The hotel is very clean, and the furniture is very complete. There are washing machines, dryers, pots and pans, and there is a good supermarket at the entrance of the hotel. Because we stayed for 10 consecutive nights, we cooked several meals in the apartment, which solved the problem of not being used to the diet. Both the front desk and the floor service staff are very enthusiastic and professional, and basically can speak English. In particular, there is a guy named FURKAN at the front desk who is very enthusiastic and knows a few words of Chinese. Whatever questions you ask him, you will get patient answers. The hotel has a shuttle bus to take guests to the shopping center, and there is a subway entrance there, so when we left, we took the hotel shuttle to take the subway, which is very convenient and saves the money for a taxi. It was a very good experience. I feel that living in an apartment hotel is still very good.

Very good, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a good layout, living room and dining room, Siemens washing machine is very powerful, suitable for family travel, business trips, the last night in Turkey, it is really right to choose here. Very nice apartments. Relatively new. But everything is in good condition. Price-quality is excellent. The guys at the reception are super great!!!

Excellent rooms and facilities. Friendly and centrally located staff. I love the location. What I like most about this hotel is the early check-in. They don't give you any problems if you arrive early to the room and they don't charge you extra. It's definitely my favorite in Istanbul.

Very good. A very new hotel apartment in the European New District. It is far from the pier. Everything else is good. The service staff of the whole hotel is also very good. There is a supermarket next to it. The restaurant at the door allows customers to order takeout and deliver it directly to the room. However, it is a little more expensive than buying it in the store. The hotel has very new facilities. It's a pity that I only stayed for one night. I can stay for a few more nights next time. The kitchen utensils are complete. Very good
