We routinely stay at Marriott properties in Istanbul and tried this one for a change. It is located slightly outside the hustle and bustle but 5 minutes to the subway and ideally located near restaurants and shopping. Our special observation is about all of the staff; they were so friendly and welcoming. We give a shout out to Eren at Breakfast, Putra in housekeeping. The breakfast is until 11am and is the best we have had in Istanbul hotels. The executive lounge is on the top floor and the staff very good. The fare is heavy on desserts but light on other items. This has now become our hotel in Istanbul

The team is professional and helpful. All the staff are friendly. They helped us with booking taxi and assuring a fair price, which made us feel safe and protected. The hotel is equipped with good amenities. We enjoyed the breakfast and spa programs.

I stayed 3 times in 10 days. Mu best location. Another important issue is hotel have rail donation for earthquake. Safety with luxury.

This hotel consistently delivers an enjoyable stay, featuring comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and contemporary bathrooms. A nearby shopping centre, Water Garden, offers a variety of dining options. The gym/spa facilities meet expectations. Over the years, I've stayed here four times, attesting to its appeal. However, the hotel's airport transfer service could use improvement. The van we were assigned for a second time, a Volkswagen, is in a state of disrepair with a very strong smell of cigarette smoke and bad ventilation with little air conditioning and one small window. Considering the transfer's high cost and the typical 1.5-hour commute in traffic, I found the experience uncomfortable. For future trips, I plan to opt for Uber XL or Blacklane for a more pleasant journey - we used a taxi to get back to the airport this time.

I stayed at this hotel due to an unplanned layover of one day. It’s a modern hotel with a great hospitality. The staff were very helpful and service minded. They were very helpful and professional. As a Titanium member I got upgraded and access to the executive lounge. I would definitely stay here again. Only one remark, I asked the concierge to order a taxi back to the airport. This taxi overcharged the price with more than 100% - compared to what I paid from the airport to the hotel. If I order a taxi through the hotel, I would advise to make sure that the taxi is not overcharging.
