No customer service. Even the security guards cannot help with any enquiries. I did not stay there as I could not get my room key. There is no directions to tell me where to collect my room key. i paid for the stay but did not stay there at all. I called the hotline helpdesk but nobody picked up my call. I wasted my money paying for the stay and did not stay there at all.
This was a very bad experience. I will not want to stay there anymore. Despite staff working there , nobody can help me , they kept telling me that they know nothing. Even if there is no check in counter, they must at least put up some notices or directions where we should go to collect our room key but there is nothing at all at the level 1 lobby to guide us.
Very bad service and poor experience.
