When we check in, the front desk lady was being nice and friendly Unfo you missed our room for housekeeping the next day and we came back after 6pm, called the front desk to arrange it and was rejected at first as after 4pm. At the end a lady came by and changed the towels. We didn’t put any DNB sign on so it was entirely upto your handling, not upto our expectation for Marriott group in this regards

Frisch renoviertes Hotel in zentraler Lage, Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und gibt Tipps zu Stränden, Schnorcheln, etc., große und geräumige Zimmer, Kühlschrank und Aufzug vorhanden, Parkplatz gegen Gebühr, zahlreiche Artikel (Taschen, Sonnencreme, etc.) wurden im Zimmer zum Verkauf angeboten, Badetücher für Strand an der Rezeption erhältlich, viele Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war o.k., wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden

Setelah bermalam selama 5 malam, saya memberitahu meja depan bahawa saya mahukan sebuah bilik tidur besar dan memberikannya di sudut bangunan di sebelah kiri. Rasanya bilik-bilik berkembar harus berada di sudut, balkoni sangat besar, biliknya jauh lebih besar daripada hotel biasa, agak seperti tempat penginapan homestay (sebenarnya saya merasakan bahawa hotel ini berpihak kepada resort). Dari segi kebersihan, bilik dengan dua tempat tidur boleh dibersihkan dengan sedikit sebanyak tiga dolar sehari. Peti sejuk, peti keselamatan, pengering rambut, seterika elektrik, TV yang sangat jelas dan mesin kopi (TV dengan program paling banyak yang pernah saya tonton di Amerika Syarikat dalam beberapa tahun kebelakangan) semuanya tersedia di dalam bilik. Oh ya, hotel ini tidak mempunyai perkhidmatan ketuhar gelombang mikro, jadi jangan lupa untuk membeli yang sejuk untuk pemanasan di kedai abc. Terdapat dua kolam renang. Kolam air tawar kecil dibuka hingga pukul 8 malam, tetapi biasanya terdapat lebih banyak orang. Kolam air garam yang besar dibuka hingga pukul 6 petang, dan anda boleh mengambil pantai kecil untuk berjemur di bawah sinar matahari. Gelombang di kolam sangat menyegarkan, dan ada begitu banyak ikan yang dapat dikira sebagai kolam snorkeling kecil. Secara umum, saya merasakan bahawa saya tinggal dengan harga ini cukup selesa, dan ia boleh dianggap sebagai pengalaman yang baik. Lokasi hotel sangat bagus. Pemandangan lautnya hebat. Mereka yang tidak mahu makan di hotel boleh berjalan kaki 5 minit ke restoran yang tidak terkira banyaknya di bandar. Foto pertama hotel yang diambil oleh drone, lihat lokasinya sendiri. Dua dan tiga adalah pemandangan matahari terbenam di batu di sebelah restoran hotel.

Got this room thru Diamond Resorts (now owned by Hilton). We checked on trip advisor and other on line sites and was confident it was a nice place. WRONG WRONG WRONG. We got here yesterday. Front desk said we got one of the nicest units (2 bedroom town house). When we got the room I was ready to turn around and walk out. It smelled musty, the furniture is OLD which is putting it nicely. I'm sure it is the original from when unit was built in 1980. The countertops and ceramic tile floors are newer as are the kitchen/bathroom cabinets. But it has a long way to go to get even close to the pictures I saw on line. The $10 day optional air conditioning is a floor unit with 6” plastic piping running across the floor and out a hole in the wall. And then the ants..........everywhere. On the kitchen counter, in the bathroom, in the sinks, on the nightstand, etc. The topper was the ants I work up to crawling on the bedspread next to my face. Opened my laptop which was on the nightstand and had ants crawling on the screen and keys. When I put my phone down on the dresser, nightstand, or any counter there were ants crawling on it when I picked the phone up. Since the office closed shortly after we got there yesterday I was down there this AM. They were quick in sending someone up to put an ant killer in various places around the unit. After 9 hours the ants are not as numerous but still around. Hopefully tomorrow they will be gone. Not a fan of killing ants crawling on my leg after a shower. (They must have been in the towels as I didn't see any in the 27”x27” tiny shower. Be sure if you are looking at Sea Village that you find out exactly what unit you get........they are not all like the pictures online.
