Great place to stay in Key West! Bartender Ken at the Tiki Bar provided great service and recommendations/advice for biking and restaurants and Diana and Rosie served up a great breakfast in the Bistro. The boardwalk on the waterfront was a great place to linger after a day of riding bikes.

Hotel had a great vibe, filled with plants and was very colorful in the lobby, a true feeling to the name, Havana cabana. The pool was the best part, so clean and had inner tubes to float around and relax. Two complimentary drink passes during check in was a plus. Food was excellent for lunch and breakfast. We went as a family trip so the only downside was there weren't a lot of kids. At one point we thought it was ”adult only” but then towards the later afternoon we started to see more kids. Rooms were clean and service was good. Definitely will stay again.

Hotel com quartos confortáveis e limpos e instalações limpas e bom café.
Tive um sério problema no ckeck in, pois minha reserva era para 5 pessoas, incluindo uma criança de 10 anos, e a atendente disse que os quartos para essa confirguração não estavam disponíveis e que a única solução seria alugar um novo quarto. Apesar de nao concordar Assim fiz para não gerar conflitos no passeio e pensando em resolver com a Trip posteriormente esta situação mas ao entrar no primeiro quarto percebi que poderia suportar minha família e retornei á recepção mas com outra atendente, pois já havia sido trocado o turno, solicitando o cancelamento do segundo quarto, o qual foi atendido pela atendente, que me informou que não haveria nenhuma cobrança extra e que o cancelamento havia sido realizado.
Ao efetuar o check out, a mesma atendente que fez o ckeck in estava novamente a serviço e me cobrou novamente pelo segundo quarto dizendo que ele havia sido separado para mim e que obrigatoriamente eu teria que arcar com os custos.
Somente após muita resistência e contestação minha esta atendente concordou que não havia débito pelo segundo quarto autorizou o check out. Vale informar também que não foi uma pessoa simpatica e gentil, porém até o momento este débito ainda está sendo cobrado no meu cartão de crédito e solicito o estorno desta cobrança.

PPengguna TetamuWe loved this little romantic place so much! It was perfect! Next to Eton bikes (ask for discount 😜) close to Duval street and only 300 m to key west express. The staff was absolutely friendly and attentiv. Our room was nice and provided everything we needed. Fridge, coffeemachine, hairdryer…. Nothing more to say but ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC 🥰

PPengguna TetamuKali ini kumpulan jabatan pergi ke Dujiangyan, dan kemudian memilih hotel Hampton by Hilton yang baru dibuka ini. Lokasi hotel sangat baik. Chengdu telah memandu selama lebih satu jam. Lokasinya di Bandar Dujiangyan. Ia berhampiran dengan beberapa tarikan yang mesti dilihat, seperti Nanqiao dan Taman Gunung Yulei. Terdapat juga banyak makanan berdekatan, restoran periuk panas, barbeku.
Bilik itu tidak disangka-sangka selesa dan hangat. Kecekapan daftar masuk di kaunter penerimaan tetamu juga baik, dan terdapat tiga pilihan sarapan pagi untuk dihantar ke bilik semasa yq, yang sangat intim.
Nisbah harga / prestasi juga sangat tinggi. Saya akan tetap memilih tempat ini apabila saya membawa keluarga saya ke sana pada masa akan datang ~

SSunny Cintron 21This was an awesome experience. Hotel was nice and quaint. Only thing I didn't like was we didn't have anyplace to hang our clothes up or put things away. Near Duval street and downtown. Pool area was well kept. Staff was very friendly. If I stay for longer than one night I will definitely look into a bigger room. Close to beaches, shops, dining. I would stay again for the price it was worth while.

PPengguna TetamuIt’s too far out from the main area although there’s a shuttle into town. All our clothes smelt damp after just 4 days of being there. The room felt very damp the bed especially. Pool is ok but I’m sure you’d struggle to get a sun bed in high season. The beach is nice across the street but the sunbeds are rentable from a company $$$

PPengguna TetamuBeen to Key West many times. (we live in Fort Lauderdale, so it's a nice getaway that is a short drive) Our preference is to stay at guest houses on the east end of the island, rather than staying in the busier east end. We rent bikes on arrival and keep the car parked. Parking is a problem with this property. They have what appeared to be 6 spots at $25/night, and 20 spots at a lot nearby at $20/night. None of which were available. Options were to park at meters at $5/HOUR, or to find rare non metered street parking. Since we frequent the area often,we knew where to street park w/o meters, just 2 blocks away.
The room was clean and simple, no maid service, you had to go to the desk and ask for towels, soap etc. Comfortable bed and a fridge in the room. Only drawback was the constant drone of window unit A/C that barely kept the room cool.
When I booked the room the confirmation email said that upon arrival we would be charged $74.97. What we were actually charged was $118.09. Even showing the confirmation email to the desk attendant made no matter.
The included continental breakfast was sufficient, juices, coffee, waffle maker, bagels, fruit, cereals. The dining area was clean, well maintained and central A/C. Also included is a happy hour from 5-7 in the lobby with wine and individually wrapped snacks.
Over all 4 stars, had parking been free and they honored the price we were expecting to pay on arrival, they'd get 5 stars. But hey, it's Key West, they march to a different drum.
