Ulasan Kobe Plaza Hotel

The experience staying at the kobe plaza hotel was amazing! The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was okay. Could use some improvements, but still nice. The 3rd floor lounge was so cozy and accessible. ☺️

Great location, lots of shops and restaurants. Very convenient. Hotel was very clean, providing free coffee, fruit juice and ice lolly in the lobby.

Few mins from Motomachi Station,and also 10 mins walks from Sannomiya Station. Nothing for negative reviews. But just only breakfast room. There is only one elevator to get through. The Superior Double Room’s room size is not tiny. I really appreciate it.

Very happy with the stay not sure how it's only 3 stats very good value for money I stayed here for a break from the hostels and capsule hotels and I loved it . Allowed me to drop bag off before I checked inn room lovely shower could be a touch better rather than one that's over a bath but still gets the job done . And the location is brilliant very close to local train stations and subways would recommend . Plus the Japanese breakfast was lovely a first for me

Great staff, courteous, helpful and attentive English speakers + hotel has advantages lounge area with free tea and coffee, comfortable seating area perfect for casual meetings—business or other. A very pleasant place to stay in beautiful Kobe.

There is near by JR train station but far from Shinkunsen station. But near by china town, you can walk to good restuarant and department store.

Clean hotel. This hotel is very close to Sannomiya station.

Its opposite Motomachi JR station. Chinatown and shopping street are behind hotel. The hallway and room are dimly lighted. Hairdryer looks old and clotted with dust. Need to get reception to get the aircon in room working. Overall tis hotel is old. For the price we paid for the executive room with window it is not worth it. Will not recommend.

I was very satisfied. The location was accessible to all the places I wanted to go. Like the Kobe Port, Meriken Park, Umie, Ferris Wheel, Cruise ships and the like. I will recommend this hotel to my friends. I think I will book this hotel again someday if I will go back to Kobe. It is clean and the ambiance is cozy. Staff is accommodating. I highly recommed this hotel because it the price is reasonable for the service.

這個酒店性價比很差，我當時定的時間價格是1770元2晚，來日本十多天換了4個酒店，最差沒有之一。 第一：高級雙床房酒店房間很小，以住香港酒店的經驗，面積不會超過15平米 1個大行李箱都打不開，衞生間像一個獨立的房子一樣放在房間裏，抬高很多水流聲大。 第二：房間很吵！第一天房間開在3樓，到凌晨一點多後面箱子喝酒打鬧唱歌各種聲音，隨第二天換到7樓，房間大了幾平米找到經理問是否昨天給我們開錯了房間，因為高級雙床房攜程上標註的面積是18-22平米，新換的房間兩個最大行李箱都可以打開了，第二天換的房間更符合一些，經理反覆説是一樣的。但實際就是差很多，溝通掰扯了30分鐘無果，經理説他們沒有在網站上標註面積。溝通的目的只是想讓他們在攜程這個網站嚴謹一些，因為標註的面積差別很大，預訂時需要確定清楚。 第三：酒店內部和房間都是暗色或黑色，房間又小很壓抑感覺氣場也不好，有東南亞的感覺不是很舒服。 第四：酒店沒有一次性拖鞋，圖片裏反覆使用的很臟，洗漱用品很潦草建議自帶。 酒店位置很熱鬧繁華，但這種同時也很嘈雜，神户不大交通很方便不必要住在三宮。所以不愛評論的我認真的寫了這麼多，給國外出行的你多一些參考，少一些踩坑經驗。

一家三口出遊，非常方便，元町站走過去幾分鐘，酒店設施完善。最驚喜的是3樓有免費的咖啡機，免費的冰淇淋和泡芙，小孩很喜歡。特別推薦樓下有一家賀正軒的拉麪，非常好吃！
