Clean and nice. Got the washer machine hehe very useful. But please fix the light, suddenly turned on and off itself.

The location and ambiance are pretty good. The front desk service is self-check-in, so you have to pick up the keys yourself, which was a little inconvenient. The hygiene could use some improvement. Overall, for this area and price point, it's a relatively good value for money option.

I had a wonderful stay at M Centro City Centre. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the window. The bed was cozy, and all the basic amenities were provided. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping malls, and attractions. The staff were friendly, polite, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The only small suggestion would be to improve the Wi-Fi speed during peak hours. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I would happily stay here again in the future.

Nice view, cleanliness in top, huge space for couples. Check in process is easy and most importantly, the host services are the best! Fast reply and helpful with our inquiries. Definitely a convenient stay if we visit KK.

Bersih & sangat luas ! Semua keperluan lengkap , penggosok baju , hair dryer , tv , working table & etc . Owner sangat generous towards us the whole time . I even burnt the ironing board by accident and told them about it , yet they said its fine and that I dont have to worry about it !

Bad customer service. No full info on how to get to the room, I need to ask over and over again. The room not clean at all, my view facing to abandoned hotel! Its scary at night. False information regarding parking! They said rm10/daily. But i end up paying rm60 for 2 night!! They didn't give full infomation how to pay parking and so on! Definitely not recommended!!

I had a great stay at M Centro Gaya Street as a solo traveler. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, with many restaurants, cafés, and attractions within walking distance. I felt safe throughout my stay and would definitely come back.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful; they assisted me during check-in because I wasn't aware that booking at M Centro means booking with Mercure. I bothered them several times, and they were always lovely. The rooftop pool is nice, as is the bar and restaurant. I ate there twice and really enjoyed the food. Their cocktails are also excellent, and the staff are very cheerful. The room was very clean, with good AC and good Wi-Fi. The only downside was not enough cutlery, but otherwise, everything was great. I recommend it.
