Hotel Mesra keluarga di Krakow

When we arrived at the hotel both myself and my partner were disappointed Firstly we were expecting a room with a view what we actually got was a room overlooking a street with a tramline so you can imagine the noise ! When we spoke with reception she told us yes because we booked through a travel company rather than directly booking with the hotel there was no option for us to be moved unless we were going to pay a further £100 per night for the duration of our stay. On arrival also I noticed that the towels provided had lipstick marks on them( I didn’t mention this to reception ) we just used the other towel expecting a clean set the following day, this wasn’t the case we still had the dirty towel and the one we’d used hadn’t been changed either … When mentioning this to the hotel they did provide clean towels when we returned that evening but the dirty towels remained ( I don’t know if this is the case in Poland I’m not sure what the standard is but our beds weren’t made neatly just pulled over, the bin was emptied daily but no fresh toiletries, toilet roll or towels provided unless we asked for. We also didn’t find the staff friendly no interaction at all !! And trust me when I say I’m not one to complain or make a scene. Good points about the hotel- it was in a good location a little out the way (away from the hustle of the square but a 5 minuet taxi journey into the main square / or a 20 Ish minuet walk along the river to the square. The spa was nice and the massage was fantastic and very reasonable compared to Uk prices. I wouldn’t stay here again :( Expected more Not that we spent anytime in the hotel but I wouldn’t return. ALSO TIP anyone visiting Poland download bolt app ( taxi service ) we got a taxi from airport when we arrived it cost 150 Using a bolt taxi it cost us 40 ( we were 20 ish minuets away from airport ) Defo use the bolt app !!

Great hotel in a quiet suburb of the city. Staff were great, room was spacious and clean. Stayed on a BandB basis which worked well for us as we were out early exploring Krakow. Easy to get to from the airport, 15 to 20 minutes by car. A short walk to the tram stop for the tram into the old town, which is around £5 for a day card with unlimited use. Food for breakfast was nice with a huge choice. Location may not be for some people but it worked for us as it was quiet at night but easy to get into the main city to see the sites. Would use it again.

I stayed in a single room on the second floor which was very clean and comfortable, but on the small side. It was quite a squeeze getting on to the toilet! The bed was really comfortable. There were 4 breakfast options, and the English cooked breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in a renovated building, originally a small block of flats which must have been occupied by Jews in the Kazimierz district before the war. So don't expect luxury. Staff were really polite and friendly. Close to lots of restaurants, bars, nightlife, Plac Nowy and all the original synagogues. Krakow old town is about 15 mins walk. I had a lovely few days there.

I sorted through many hotel options in Krakow and didn't get the one I wanted because I reserved too late. Glad I did. This hotel is amazing. Close to the square yet quiet and very accessible to the good stuff. Easy check in, amazing rooms and front staff person was the best! Breakfast was good but we got there toward the end so things we picked over. Great coffee!

Lovely lovely hotel. However you need to be aware there are a lot of displaced families staying here which I am absolutely supportive of, but, the family near us had a dog and we were woken up 3 days in a row by a.dog barking for 1 hour whilst they were down for breakfast! So not the relaxing break we were hoping for. There was also parties both Friday and Saturday which were very noisy. It's a bit too far out of the centre. Easy to get a taxi and about £5-7 each way,but krakow is so cheap genuinely think you'd get an accommodation in the centre for equivalent of this hotel plus taxi each day.

This hotel is in a great location for old town (10 min walk), but out of the way enough that its away from the hustle and bustle. We had a room at the front of the hotel and although some reviews have said it can be noisy, we didn't find it disturbing (they do provide ear plugs in the room but we didn't need them). Trams run till fairly late but other than that we saw no issue. The room itself was clean and well maintained although the building itself is a little tired in places. The breakfast was good (starts at 7am on a week day and 7.30am on a weekend which was good for trips starting early), with a choice of hot and cold items, fruits, and cereal, we didn't struggle at all. Reception staff were helpful and the staff around the hotel pleasant. Overall if we were to return to Krakow we would definitely stay here again :).

Just off the A4 motorway and plenty of parking, friendly staff and great service. The room was very large clean and spacious with all the look and features of a 4 star hotel. Large comfortable bed, large bathroom, desk, mini bar, plenty of wardrobe space. The restaurant is spacious and a big thank you to the restaurant manager who made my dining experience very enjoyable. She found me an English menu and recommended the local soup and explained what was in the soup. Her table service was very professional and clearly understood good customer service 10/10 to her. The food was very good and plenty of it at a good price. Breakfast was a large buffet and catered for all tastes with meats, chesses, cereals, and catering for everyone’s taste. Will return again to this excellent hotel.

Fabulous hotel in an easy location to go sightseeing. Hotel staff were very helpful and attentive. The reception and the restaurant/bar is absolutely stunning! However the room we were in was very dated and basic and didn’t look like the ones in the photos we had hoped to get. We weren’t overly fussed as we spent most of our weekend outwith the room and just used it to rest our heads at the end of the night. We had a pleasant stay and overall good experience at The Atrium. Thank you so much! :)

A beautiful, cozy place with friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing! We enjoyed our stay. Only downside was noices from the hall when trying to sleep and the sewer smell in the bathroom. Still would recommend this place for a comfortable stay outside busy centrum.

駅から近く歩いて10分以内で行けます。旧市街の中心にありクラクフ観光に最適です。フロントはフレンドリーで、朝食サービスのスタッフもとても良いです。*料理やパンケーキ、ワッフルなどオーダーでき、出来たてをいただけます。チーズケーキも大変美味しく、朝にcavaを飲めるのも嬉しい。カプチーノはマシンでセルフできますが、ぜひオーダーしてその技術を楽しんでください！ とてもとてもオススメのホテルです。
