Biliknya besar dan ada peti ais, mesin basuh dan ketuhar. Gym di tingkat atas agak bagus. Kanak-kanak paling suka kolam infiniti. Sangat bersih dan sangat dekat dengan Menara Petronas. Lebih baik jika orang di meja depan pada waktu malam boleh bercakap Cina.

overall semua ok.. bilik bersih cuma masa masuk tu aircond bilik tak sejuk lepas buat aduan, maintenance terus dtg betulkan.. tak sampai setengah jam semua dah ok.. hotel ni best sebab ada dapur lepastu ruang tamu kalau stay byk hari dengan family memang best.. ada mesin basuh dan dryer sekali nak kemana-mana pown dekat je dengan hotel.. klcc atau bukit bintang saya bagi 10/10

Semua okay dab terbaik. Makan malam pun sedap walaupun ala carte. Sarapan pun berbaloi sangat. Kolam yang pelbagai variasi sesuai untuk keluarga bercuti. Staff yang peramah dan baik hati kesemuanya daripada masa kami check-in sampailah waktu check-out. Terima kasih M Resort Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Kami minta kek hari jadi untuk satu bilik sahaja , mereka bagi kek sekali dengan dua bilik suite. Terima kasih lagi sekali. Nanti kami akan datang bercuti lagi. ♥️

Apartemen lama ada bathtub dan air panas dengan kamar mandi yang luas, ada pendingin protable perlengkapan piring sendok tanpa kompor, untuk harga 100 sd 120rm worth it lah jika tarif lebih dari 150rm mending pilih apartemen yang lain masih banyak yang lebih baik, kebetulan dapat kamar no A 38-17 closed sudah menguning dan pintu kamar setelah di tutup rapat dan terkunci terkadang masih bisa dibuka tanpa menggunakan kunci sangat berbahaya.., kondisi ini sudah saya laporkan semoga ada perbaikan. Untuk lokasi bersebelahan dengan hotel dan dibawah ada mallnya. Ada fasilitas kolam renang dan sauna tapi saat itu rusak info nya.

Terrible stay, dissappointed services and not well maintained facilities! Staff being unreasonable. Scam us and lied to us regards to our room. 1. Call the host (Israfil) that we have reached, he said he will come down, waited for 20mins and still not here. Only to called him again and he said he's at the lobby. And he has been standing all the while with no initiative to call us and talking to his friend. Went there and asked if he is the host. Yes, indeed he is. 2. Reached outside our hotel room and saw a hanging key and quietly went inside to our great surprise there were 3 housekeepers seating and chit-chatting at the sofa. They looked super shocked and asked again if this is my room. Get up and they turned on the aircon, with the sofa cover not covered properly and in a mess , floor carpet with crumbs?. And they looked ard maybe a last check? Terribleeeeee!!! 3. We booked for 2 three bedroom suites. Checked in and my cousin received a room with a glass door with no privacy. She is pregnant and staying with her parents and one of our other relative. She called in to have a room change. Was informed they have only 3 three bedroom suites and 1 room left which is my cousin. And mine was an upgraded 4 bedroom suite which Israfil didn't informed me it was? Googled and there's no 4 bedroom suites. Checked out, infront of my cousin asked him again if mine is an upgraded one, he said NO! Mine is 3 bedroom suite same as hers which is no. Mine has no glass door. We felt cheated. They twisted their words. 3. The whole apartment is a disaster! Laundry room toilet, the water spray is leaking. Room 1 has no lock! The room can't be closed properly with an open gap at the top corner. Beds and pillows looks stained and dirty! Master bedroom bathroom has no lock!! Maybe the lock is for show?? The bathtub is dirty have to keep washing it off for many times. Shower gel is empty. Total rundown! 4. Service is super slow!!! Asked for the spare key from checked in and was delayed till we went out and came back yet have to wait from 10pm to almost 12am after so many spam whatsapp to only received the key from a 'black face' staff (not the skin clr obviously, no racist game of course) 5. Forgotten about the rules that we cant place the rubbish outside the hotel room and forgotten to called the staff to pick up and throw, so no warning letter given for a first timer?. Straight 200rm penalty. Offered to pay but host can't issue an invoice due to holidays?. Maybe he meant weekends. After some arguments , debate here and there, finally he can issue a manual invoice. The whole experience with the services, staff and apartment makes the holidays bad!. Will never return here and no one should too. Hope the above management can have a proper background check of this company and why are they still operating. Not sure how are there so many bad reviews but there are still 5 stars reviews abovehead. Too many! Terrible stay, dissappointed services and not well maintai

Saya suka tinggal di sini. Lokasinya sangat bagus. Perkhidmatannya juga tip-top. Saya menghargai mereka memberi kami panggilan bangun setiap pagi untuk membangunkan kami untuk sahur. Sarapan pun sedap. Bilik air bersih dan cantik. Walau bagaimanapun, ia boleh menjadi sedikit bunyi pada waktu malam. Lebih-lebih lagi bunyi pintu ditutup dari bilik lain. Juga, mereka tidak mempunyai bidet di bilik mandi mereka. Secara keseluruhan, saya mempunyai penginapan yang hebat di hotel ini.
