The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but only chinese, just take note if you’re a fussy eater.
The room was very clean but smelled like smoke. There were “no smoking” signs everywhere but even the hallway smelled like smoke. This s not conducive for a non smoker as it would not allow one to have a good night of sleep.

We were looking for a few hrs stay before our midnight flight. Saw this hotel in trip.com and we called to check. 小丹 was cleared our queries over the phone and shared there is airport transfer. She is very friendly and helpful.
Another staff was too very helpful but i forgot to get her name. The airport transfer transport was stuck at the airport and could not came back to hotel to send us to airport. This nice and helpful lady staff help us called didi and even help us bring the luggage up the car.
There were some issues with the GPS during the car ride. She called the driver and emphasize to the driver he must us to the airport.
It was a great short few hrs stay. :)

Lokasi yang bagus!! Pintu masuk metro Wuyi dan pusat membeli-belah terletak bertentangan dengan pintu masuk hotel, kira-kira 70m jauhnya. Jalan Kunminglao terletak di seberang jalan Wuyi. Saya memilih bilik bebas rokok dengan tingkap tetapi tiada pemandangan. Harga berpatutan dan termasuk sarapan pagi. Tidak perlu membeli sarapan jika bilik anda termasuk 1 sarapan tetapi anda mempunyai 2 orang dalam satu bilik. Kakitangan meja depan mesra dan membantu. Pasti nilai untuk wang.

Ini adalah kali pertama saya di sebuah hotel yang membuatkan saya menunggu sehingga pukul 4 petang hanya kerana mereka berkata pembersihan yang kurang panas sehingga saya mahu menukar pakaian, tetapi terima kasih kepada itu, saya menyerah pada salah satu rancangan saya.
Biliknya bagus. Ia sangat luas dan selesa, dan pembesar suara Bluetooth adalah berkualiti.

原本是訂洲際，但是被很多差評勸退。我是因為看到別人好的評價來住這家店，前人的評價沒有半點虛假，這是一家非常好的酒店。先來誇誇好的，因為房間衹有不到二十，服務人員的響應速度很快，牙膏用的我自己平時用的GUM，為此我把多出的都帶走了，枕頭是符合人體工學的，衞生很好，前台朋友們很熱情温暖，整體環境很舒服。酒店在融創園區，沒有車，幽靜，吃飯非常方便，缺點是如果要依靠公共交通的應該不太方便，不過昆明打車便宜，再遠不超過50，基本在20以內，我認為值得為了優點克服一下去住店。如果還到昆明，我是回來再住店的。再寫一點中央空調很好，房間不悶，通常酒店的通病就是悶的不行。

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel has unbeatable location, which is just to the south of Cuihu Park. It is within walking distance to restaurants and tourist attractions. The rooms were clean. Those next to the main road could be a bit noisy at night. The breakfast was excellent where there were plenty of choices on offer, both western style and Chinese style. The staff were friendly.

PPengguna Tetamu酒店在恆隆廣場邊上有天橋直通廣場。設施很新，全程微笑服務，辦理完入住進房間後發現行李已經先一步送達了。服務非常周到，管家Emily一直噓寒問暖，並且給我介紹了很多昆明好吃的和需要打卡的地方。早餐的話我們是在5樓用餐的，品類不算很多 ，但是味道還是很不錯。用完餐後餐廳迎賓小姐姐一路將我們送到電梯。離店的時候管家Emily和一位帥哥接過行李，一路將我們送到酒店門口。酒店住過不少服務這麼周到的還真是頭一次。
總體非常滿意，建議來昆明的小夥伴優先考慮。
提一點小建議吧：1.剛到房間時，電視顯示的是別的住客的名字。
2.客房點餐是在電視是掃碼點餐，沒有紙質菜單。但是問題是掃碼之後顯示的餐品非常少，聯繫前台反饋後工作人員刷新了一下後台。然後餐品才顯示出來，順利點餐。
軟件服務方面還需要及時的跟進，希望越來越好。

Pplushparadisecomfortable stay for a night stop over before an early flight the next day, it was a comfortable stay. the sheets were nice and soft. the toilet and showers are built such that they are individual cubicles, so the shower cubical doesn’t have any where to hang clothes/ towels, etc. all amenities provided, and there’s a laundry room with washer dryer to get your laundry sorted before continuing your trip.
shuttle bus to airport was 5am for a 7.40am flight, where it’s a “car pool” system, must book at time of check in.
night supper is a bowl of mien xian, basic. it’s a warm bowl to keep you going. there are no food options around outside of the building.

SSimonThe services provided by the hotel employees are top-notch, almost cater to your personal needs, comparable to a 5-star Hotel. Room is very clean and quiet. Hotel is located within walking distance to pedestrian streets and shopping malls. Breakfasts are mainly local Yunnan dishes that you have to pre-select for the next morning or as and when you check-in, limited selection though.

PPengguna TetamuWe are Americans from Hong Kong and traveled to Kunming for our Easter holiday. The positives of this hotel: 1. it was beautiful. The design and furnishings were very well done and the room itself was exceptionally clean. 2. The owners were so kind. We arrived way after the tea time hour, but they still provided our family with cappuccinos and fresh fruit, free of charge. Both were delicious and our children were so excited about the gourmet coffee art. 3. The mattress in the main bed area was very comfortable. Not a typical “hard” mattress like many hotels in China. Another bonus: it was actually a KING size, which we rarely see outside the US! 4. The breakfast was Chinese style and the rice noodles were delicious! The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard area to eat outside. A few items to be aware of: 1. although the hotel was in a neighborhood near the lake, the neighborhood itself was a bit strange. We could tell it was meant to be a beautiful, well-to-do neighborhood of modern villas, but more than half the neighborhood was unused and/or under construction so it wasn’t as lively feeling in the evening because it was so dark and desolate seeming. It was beautiful in the daylight though! 2. This is not a big hotel chain, just an independent boutique style hotel operating in one of these villas. 3. There are no optimal eating spots near the hotel. You have to take a 20-30 minute Didi (taxi) ride to the nearest area with a lot of restaurants. However, if you like street food, there is a street food carnival area about 10 minutes away via walking (walk north along boardwalk bordering the lake.)
Overall, because of the kindness of the owners, the cleanliness and modernity, delicious breakfast, and comfortable mattress, we would definitely choose this hotel again for a one-night stopover.

PPengguna TetamuLocation was great that it was a walk away from the Kunming Railway Station where I needed to be to leave the city. I liked how it was near a lot of food places! The volunteer Evens was an interesting person to talk to when I learned about his background in what he does as an occupation and where he is originally from in China. The owner Winni was a nice person as well and I appreciated and enjoy her and some of the other guests that cooked for us the night that we had a big dinner. Thank you for being part of the chef crew Winni. Everybody who stayed at the place was respectful and considered towards one another in the way that they conducted themselves. Was able to go along with the rules of this hostel because it fit my daily habits. Nobody had any habits that bothered me.
Not really into the hostel type of stays, due to lack of privacy. Was just happy to stay at this place since it was pretty much right at the doorstep of the Kunming Railway station where I can catch my train on time where I wouldn't end up getting lost in the city which in turn would end up missing it.
The only negative thing that I didn't like was that the bathroom did not have bath towels and just regular hand towels where I would not be able to dry myself very well after showering. Because of this I didn't want to take a shower at this place and the fact that these towels were used repeatedly from other guests, which made me feel uncomfortable wanting to use it. Would come back to this Hostel again if I happen to have to come back to Kunming again where I needed to be near this train station to catch at train there.

PPengguna TetamuThis hostel immediately make you feel warm and welcome! Close to the city center, it is easy to find and the staff is friendly (and speak English if you are a foreigner!). The hostel has a lovely lounge, rooftop and terrace where you can sit, enjoy the hostel's food and drinks (very good and affordable) and relax. I stayed in a 6-people all female dorm room, which was a little bit small but it is enough, especially since you have so many other places in the hostel where you can hang out. The bed is comfortable, the shower and toilet are outside of the room but easily accessible and clean. I had no problem with using the washing machine and dryer provided either.
I only stayed one night but the hostel made me wish I had planned more time in Kunming! I will definitely book here again if I go back to Kunming.

SSietseFine stay for 2 nights when arriving in Kunming. Location is nice, although hard to find the exact location. Be well prepared and have the hotel phone number ready. Good restaurants and coffee shops nearby and walking distance to the park. Smoking is allowed in the rooms which is the downside, otherwise everything fine.
