Hotel di Kawasan Stesen Keretapi, Kunming

Had a great experience staying here! The location is superb and what’s even more amazing is their customer service. Though this is only a 4 star hotel, their customer service is top-notch, deserved to be 5 star. Even before the stay, the hotel reached out to be if I need some decoration for my room. Without even a second thought they will assist you with your luggage when checking in and out. They also called to our room if we needed any night snacks and delivered it up. I encountered numerous hiccups with my taobao deliveries and they took the initiative to assist and contact the delivery company. The hotel also serves wonderful breakfast at the lobby and there’s a corner in the lobby where snacks are served at specific timing. What’s interesting is that you can make your own tea/coffee. The hotel also has laundry room for everyone to use at no costs. I would like to specially thank 凤凰 and 欣玉 for their excellent service and hospitality! ❤️

Saya melihat hotel ini di Ctrip dan berpendapat ia unik, jadi saya membuat tempahan dengan segera. Ia benar-benar mengejutkan saya! Ia betul-betul di sini di Jalan Dongsi, di bawah pokok beringin yang besar, dengan pengangkutan yang mudah dan persekitaran persekitaran yang baik. Bertentangan ialah bangunan baru-baru ini, yang menempatkan sebuah muzium. Ia sangat dekat dengan Golden Horse dan Jade Rooster Archway dengan berjalan kaki Anda juga boleh berjalan di sekitar Pagoda Kuil Timur dan Barat dan berjalan ke lorong-lorong untuk mengalami ciri-ciri tempatan. Reka bentuk hotel, sama ada di halaman atau di dalam bilik, adalah indah dan tersendiri, dengan pemandangan di mana-mana. Biliknya bersih dan kemas, dan peralatan mandian semuanya jenama import. Untuk mengelakkan kekeringan, terdapat juga pelembap. Perkhidmatan pembantu kedai adalah bijaksana dan bertimbang rasa, dan minum petang dan sarapan pagi adalah baik. Jika kita mahu melakukan yang lebih baik, ia adalah untuk mempunyai pemanasan di kawasan sarapan untuk menjadikannya lebih selesa pada musim sejuk.

The hotel is well located and allowed us to make our way within 10 mins to the Kunming train station. However we find the bed too firm for us. Didn't have breakfast at the restaurant but staff accommodated our request to pack some food for our trip early morning out of Kunming. Napping street and old Kunming old street are worth a visit. We had walked from Wen Lin street through the Jade lake to the old street. I highly recommend this walk, lovely!

We had 4 pax and the Hollywood room had a US King size bed and sofa bed to sleep comfortably. Room is spacious as well. Hotel staff was friendly. Laundry room available for free. Huge mall opposite the hotel which host a wide variety of restaurants. Will stay again if in Kunming.

Chose to stay in this hotel as it was just a 10 minute walk from the railway station, excellent for any travellers arriving in Kunming by the high speed rail. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. It even comes with free DIY laundry although we did not use it.

Booked the hotel very last minute but still good price to pay for a huge room. They just opened in May 2024 so all facilities are new n good. Very very friendly staff at counter who helped me order food as I dun have a local number to place order. Missed the free afternoon tea by 20mins when checked in . They have a cute robot which send food up. Will want to come back if I still want to return to Kunming again after the disappointing experience with booked driver of our own

這是我雲南之行入住的第四家酒店，酒店新裝修設施和配置都很新，房型和設施設計的非常合理，配置也全，全屋可以智能語音控制，淋雨出水量大，很好用，還有直飲水機非常好，想喝熱水不再擔心衞生問題。酒店臨街打車方便，離地鐵300米，出門左右還能看到共享單車，附近是以前的老街吃飯方便，還有大型商場，打車到南強步行街9元左右。酒店雖然臨主幹道但是晚上還是安靜的。服務員態度好，前台能提供指甲剪這樣利民的小物件，出門時幫忙拿行李，還主動介紹了周邊的美食。這個價格值得推薦

The receptionist is really friendly and was fast even when we arrived around 3 in the morning. The rooms are well heated, clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet is great as well, with both chinese and basic western cuisine available. The taste is decent. 

真的很喜歡！房間很新很漂亮，和圖片沒有差別，各個角落都非常乾淨，毛巾還是袋裝封起來的。位置絕佳，離火車站非常近，平常打車、地鐵都方便，而且門口還有很多共享電動車，騎電動車看看城市是特別好的方式！雖然在主路附近，但一進小路又特別安靜，簡直是鬧市區的凈土。酒店周圍基本都是居民社區，很安靜。而且一出門就是一整條街的飯館，吃飯方便，總之位置真的無敵！老闆人特別好，很耐心，跟老闆交談能看出來對小院極其用心和愛護～可惜這次是假期太火了沒訂上家庭套房。下次到昆明的話肯定還是選這家，希望酒店越來越好！

I and my 15 yo son had stayed in Jinjiang Hotel in the beginning of my trip in Yunnan and the end of my trip. It was my first time visiting China. We don't speak Mandarin Location: very close to Kunming Railway Station, around 10 minutes walk carrying luggage. Close to everywhere, around 2 km or 15-17 RMB by taxi to Shuncheng Shopping Centre, Nanping Pedestrian Street, Shuncheng Mosque, halal restaurant (only 5 minutes walk from restaurant), nearby shopping centre and department store. Service: excellent services, they went above and beyond especially Manager Ms Mei. She helped me so much to organise tour. All staff were helpful assisting me to get a taxi, show me the halal restaurant on the back of the hotel, show me the way to station. The hotel also provide welcome fruit and soup upon check in. Cleanliness; very clean Value for money: 4 star hotel yet very affordable with excellent 5 star hotel services. I would love to stay again in the future if I visit Yunnan.
